Originally gave this company 5 stars (because they were able to fit us in quickly)...but updating my review to 1/2 star. Reliability Home put in a new high efficiency system that has not worked since we installed it in May. They have been to the house to repair the problems about 10 times. We paid over $11,000 for the system. It is now 3 months later and although they are supposed to warranty their work for a year... they have said they will not fix the problem and sent us to their insurance company. They do not back their equipment or installation. We are very dissatisfied with this company.

They were great to work with. They came on time to do the install as discussed the night prior. My AC had been out for a week, the reason they got my business is because it was after hours and Rob still called me back walked me through EVERYTHING (including financing). Really nice guys to work with, very polite and professional. Would highly recommend them to ANYONE!

I was completely pleased with the estimate and the work performed by Reliability. They started on time and cleaned up when they finished. The entire installation team were courteous and professional. I would definitely use Reliability again.

All I can give is a timeline: Called to request service Monday morning. Service Tech. arrived at 12:30 pm, Monday morning. Project agreed to and approved by 1:30 pm Monday. I went to work Tuesday morning and arrived back home at 1:00 pm (short day) and project was complete. Summary: Old AC stopped working on 7/19/2015 New AC in place on 7/21/2015

Great family owned company. Showed up on time and got busy. Called when they were en route. Followed up with second visit. Great service and value. Will use them again.

The contractor showed up on time and was preceded by a phone call from the company office. The estimator discussed the options with me before scheduling the work. Work was done quickly, efficiently and neatly despite high temperatures and humidity. Very professional.

He was a very polite person. He came in, he checked everything to see what was wrong, fixed what was wrong, and was out. I would use him again.
