In time very honest

My furnace would not start on one of the coldest days of the season. Dan was a little early which I really appreciated. He had my heat working in about an hour & it's running fine a day later. I also think the charge for the service was very reasonable.

Timely and very courteous (they helped us out with a furnace emergency during the Christmas weekend!). Very good quality work and priced very reasonably. Another company was quoting roughly 4x the price to just diagnose the problem. We would definitely hire them again.

They come out fast, and they don't try to oversell you. We had a quote on the same unit from a highly publicized company that was more than twice what we paid for this unit.

The Techs were polite and thorough on their job. To supply and install a whole-house humidifier was a little bit expensive as compared to other companies, and the price quoted is non-negotiable.

They came out in the afternoon that we contacted the service and were the lowest price by $140 for a comparable unit from another provider. We were very satisfied with the service and the product. We needed a minor adjustment and they came the next day when we contacted them to do it.

They was very early on time and very professional I had several other companies come out to my home and tell me all kinds of stories but Hughes was up front with my situation and matched the price of another company that gave me a estimate.

I had Robb out for the humidifier and convinced myself that rather than just replace the part on an old furnace I would replace the whole system. Robb led me through the process of installing a dual fuel(oil heat backup) heat pump installation. The installers finished their work in one day. They were a very nice group,3 fellows that actually introduced themselves right away. They cleaned up, demonstrated all the new equipment and consistently conducted themselves a real professionals. I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone.

Owner was the person who actually came out and did the estimate and also came by to check out the work. Heat pump was not actually at his subcontractor when promised so he got me an upgrade. Just called them again for my other heat pump that is now on the blink. Great experience.
