Daniel arrived at my home and provided a reasonable, detailed, all inclusive estimate for the plumbing and electrical. He also took photos of the area so the installers had an idea of what they would be working with. Other estimators stated the plumbing part would be separate from electrical portion of the job. Just the plumbing estimates from the other pros were very expensive. When all was said and done, Reliability Home's estimate was exact, down to the penny. I really appreciated that there were no games or hidden charges. The installers were great, courteous and left the area cleaner than when they started the installation (thank you guys).

It is easy to reach them and finalize the contract. They do the job in reasonably quite time. The crew is polite and they take good care of your house. The only suggestion I have is that crew to tell the house owner the details on how the job will be done - we will cut here, place the humidistat here etc. I am very pleased with the experience.

the workman were courteous and arrived on time. A representative from Reliability Home called a week later and I stated that I thought the fan was too set too low. The technician was at my home a half an hour later and changed the fan speed. I would recommend Reliability Home if you need a new HAVC system or repair

The team that came to my home were very courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. Even the powering who came to give an estimate was very forthcoming took him time to explain options. I was worried I would not have great in time for the big storm, but they was able to accommodate me just in time.
