Timely response to my request for estimate, during the very hot uncomfortable days, when the old system failed. Gary was thorough, organized and up to date - he took pictures of the entire system using his tablet, and attached them to the estimate, so here would be no surprises for the installers. They had experience with hydronic heat systems as well. They guaranteed to meet or beat any competitors cost, and gave me a seniors discount of the entire job. I like doing business with a family-owned and run company, and everyone involved in the job was pleasant, responsive, and totally professional. I am very pleased with Reliability Home, and strongly endorse them.

Free Estimate, Timely Schedule, Great Product and Service, Everything Done with Integrity!!! My AC died on Wednesday, but we were leaving for a long beach weekend on Thursday morning and returning Sunday night. I scanned HomeAdvisor and filtered by highest rated: Reliability Home was #3 at 4.79, but they had hundreds of reviews whereas the 2 above them had a dozen or two--I read several pages of the reviews and was satisfied. I was also able to schedule directly from HomeAdvisor which the others did not have that ability, so I scheduled an appointment for first thing Monday morning. They arrived and evaluated the situation with no hidden agenda or smarmy sales pitch: under powered furnace [I had recently bought the house and was not surprised] which would continue to cause problems. I decided to completely fix the problem and replace the furnace and AC Unit. I chose the middle of the high efficiency options. They came the next morning and left around 7 pm with everything up and running and my old stuff hauled out. Since I previously had a humidifier, they needed more time to hook that up and run another wire. In doing so a few days later, they found a duct vent that did not fit properly and fixed it without me saying anything or charging me. Why? Because they want things done right! They also take your BG&E information and mail in the rebate for you because they don't want to take any chance that their customer will miss out on the $1000 rebate. I wish I had chosen them the same day that they came out to give me the estimate . I had three more estimates done. Reliability Home give me the best estimate. Their estimate was the best and beat the others . Some by a few hundred dollars another by a thoundsand dollars. Mrs. R. Martin
