I like it when things work - - Called, one day later I had an estimate. Called,, two days later I had a new water heater. Exactly what was quoted, no extra charges.

They could not fix the issue. They told me that a relay was bad and that was the problem. I replaced the relay, that was not the problem.

Chris is a great technician and if I ever had any issues with the furnace he'll be the one I ask for.

A very nice and knowledgeable guy came to my home. He checked everything, all was in order and he didn't try to upsell me. We discussed a couple of products, he gave me pricing info and left me to make up my own mind. I did not feel pressured.

Thus far I'm very Happy with Home Advisor and very happy with Reliability Home, LLC!

Easy to work with company, no high pressure sales, work completed quickly.

Both the customer service and the quality of work were excellent. The value for money spent seemed a bit, just a very bit over priced but we were in a bit of a pinch with our last heat pump, so needed another one quickly. Also, the price didn't seem unreasonable (and since pricing it after, it seems well within average). Definitely recommend this company.

I cannot express highly enough how satisfied and pleased I am with this company and the work they did. I would most definitely recommend them to anyone in the market for a HVAC system. The workers were extremely professional and courteous and explained everything thoroughly. They showed up when they said they would and worked diligently. Very, very, very pleased.

They were fabulous. Quick to respond, quick to find the problem and quick to repair it.

This company specializes in gas and electric heaters but has limited, but growing, experience with oil furnaces, however in their defense, the technician was very upfront about what he would / could perform and what he recommend be performed by another company which specializes in oil furnaces. this, to me, speaks to the integrity of the company.

The technician was very polite and explained everything he was going to do. Just to make sure he was making the right decision for the repair he contacted his boss. The part was available in Baltimore and he went and got it in minimal time. The time and price to fix my AC was a positive experience.

If I could give more than 5 stars to Reliability Home, I would. I have been so impressed with their operation, from quote, to install, to follow-up and assistance with new HVAC rebate (that I didn't even know about). It's rare that I find a company that inspires such confidence. I feel fortunate to have found them through HomeAdvisor. It can be so hard to know where to start looking when you need help.

Gary was super helpful...he answered my questions after normal working hours, with texts and a phone call. My husband and I were working different schedules, so Gary sent the estimated costs to both our email addresses. The estimated cost was right on target - no surprises! Reliability Home also replaced a water heater for us on the same day. The only way this experience would've been better is if it were free. 😜

The service representative was courteous, knowledgeable and very efficient. I recommend this company for all your air conditioning repairs.

Delightful! The projected appointment time was between 1-4. They called at 12:30 to tell me it was going to be closer to 4. I really appreciated the heads up.
