Asked Reliability Home to visit and inspect our very old and non-functioning whole home humidifier. Reliability provided several options, ranging from $300 all the way to $1500. Some options involved repairing our existing humidifier and others involved installing various grades of new humidifiers. We were overwhelmed by having so many options to chose from. We just wanted a simple answer...was it even possible or worth it to attempt a repair? Or did it make more sense to install a new one? The tech refused to provide advice one way or another. We elected for a $600 option to repair our unit which included a warranty. That is what fit our budget and we trusted that this would work, since the professionals gave it as an option. After the work was done, the humidity level in our home never changed. We asked them to come back out and they said there was nothing they can do. Their only option was to pay them MORE money to install a new humidifier. This was completely unacceptable, as we never had the budget for a new humidifier (which was the reason we elected to repair). They refused a refund. A 3rd party HVAC installer inspected our unit and advised us that a repair should have never been attempted, as it was far too old and used an obsolete technology. Reliability knew that if they told me the truth and said my unit was not worth fixing, I might not spend any money with them. So they give me options; just to ensure i spend at least SOME money with them. Reliability's practice of providing options; is simply a money grab to extract whatever cash they can from a customer, depending on their budget and willingness to pay.

Technician arrived on time, very polite and knowledgeable, provided several options on the repair. I will be using Reliability Home for any future repairs.

They did repair or install air conditioner. They did the twice yearly check-up of my system. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, helpful and fr!iendly. The company came out in the Fall and solved a very pressing problem I was having. They worked until they found it. Excellent company!

The technician/ plumber was great. He arrived on time, he explained the issue and the options for repair. The pricing is pretty steep but that may be for plumbing as industry

Everyone was professional throughout my whole experience with this company. Received call back right away, easy to schedule with, very accommodating. Job was done well and the service tech respect my home by using shoe covers and a face mask. The Service Tech explained what he did, what may need done and things to consider. He was knowledgable regarding services available. I received a quote within 1/2 hr of the service visit. It was a great experience.

The response was immediate, though the request was made late in the day. A technician made a temporary repair to get the furnace to fire; the next morning, two technicians replaced all of the old and defective parts in just over an hour.

Our technician, Erik, was very professional and cordial. He was able to find our problem, get the parts and come back later to complete the project on the same day. Of course we would have rather paid less (who wouldn't), but we have heat and it is much quieter so I would say we got good value for the money. Thank you.

Excellent service

They sold to me and installed a new bath/shower faucet that had used parts. The faucet was not brand new. I would not recommend this company for any of your repair or replacement needs.

David went over everything he did and when he left I felt quite comfortable that my Hvac was working well
