I felt like they were scam artists. They tried to charge me for absolute nonsense. It was so bogus. They didn’t even know what to write on the invoice to charge me!

Our central a/c unit is 23 years old. The technician explained to us all options and their cost. We decided to have the no-cost temporary repair until the unit can be replaced in two days. The technician arrived two hours after our call on a Saturday afternoon. He was professional, competent, and friendly.

Had to reschedule because the technician was running late. But even after that I still give them a 5 star rating. Technician was personable and followed company policies perfectly. He figured out what our problem was after we had wasted money on another company. Definitely recommend.

I put the job on Home Advisor at 1 PM on a Sunday, asking for an appointment Tuesday afternoon. They immediately called me and had a tech at my house by 2, with a working AC system by 4. My only gripe is that their pricing isn't broken down by parts and labor, just one fee with no explaination. They charged $600 to replace a $350ish (per the manufacturer's website) blower motor and 2 hours of labor. I'm not sure what the normal hourly rate is for HVAC work, but I was happy to pay it for their outstanding customer service and technicians.

We noticed the A/C wasn't cooling. I opened the circuit box by the A/C and saw it was melted. I went on Home Advisor. Reliability Home came up, I made the appt. Within 30 sec, my phone rang to confirm a time, I also received an email and text message. This was about 1:50. Within 25 min, Daniel showed up, looked over the problem, came up with the solution and had everything running by 3:25. He did a fantastic job and I would use them again. GREAT SERVICE!

Customer service was ok. Technician seemed knowledgeable but didn't do anything other than diagnose the issue for $85. I needed my interior coil cleaned and the options were "bandaid" and had different higher levels from there. The "bandaid" option was over $350 dollars to clean the coil or more expensive as the packages increased. Ultimately, he recommended a brand new HVAC unit for 12-15,000 dollars!!! The company also says you can put the $85 towards the repair but that's ONLY if you purchase a plan right then and there. If you think about it for a night you can't put that money towards the repair. I ultimately called another company and they cleaned the coil for me and didn't pressure me to buy a new hvac unit that I didn't need. The repair was less than $300 and my unit is working just fine.
