Price was outrageous. Tried to sell me parts I didn’t need and the B.S. that went with it.

The crew was easy to work with and did a great job installing the new hot water heater.

Very responsive, a little pricey.

As a first time home buyer I was very nervous about picking a heating and air company randomly online, but Reliability Home proved to be a great choice. They were able to arrive to our home the very next day and waived the diagnosis fee since I chose to use them for our repairs. (Most companies still charge you the assessment fee even if you choose to work with them). They did arrive a half an hour late to the appointment, which is why I only gave 4.5 stars, but they were courteous enough to call ahead of time to let us know and called us again to let us know when they were on their way. They clearly explained what was wrong with our unit and all of our repair options. I will definitely be using them again for any future issues.

Had to pay $85 up front before estimate for repair, then wanted to clean outside compressor for $1200.00, Holy Crap

They were able to actually come a day ealier and were on time. Tech was honest and did not suggest any unneeded repairs. Explained what may have caused the initial issue. Wore the red booties.

The tech Daniel was very knowledgeable and very courteous. Also did not try and take me over the coals on pricing. I would recommend him and the company anytime.

Explained the problem and discussed the options to repair. Work was done in a reasonable time period.

Fixed the problem.

Hopefully I don't need to replace the water heater for the next 10 years.

I would recommend Reliability Home for your HVAC needs. Their team was responsive to my questions, on time and knowledgeable about the problem.

The technician showed as promised. He is a professional. His explained in detail what was needed with options. He gave very courteous and prompt service. I would highly recommend Reliability Heat and Air!

Whole crew was a pleasure to work with, from Elisa and Amy via phone/emails to Daniel on-site. Arrived, diagnosed, fixed fast and THEN stayed another half hour answering all my HVAC questions. Followed up wonderfully via e-mail. They got a system down.

This company is 100% professional. From the phone contacts - with three(3) different people - to the two(2) service techs who came onsite, they were all knowledgeable, personable, professional, instructive and arrived early!! Glad HA listed them, and glad I chose them. Very satisfied with the service. Price?? Well, things cost what they cost. Ended up a little higher than I expected, but they did the servicing excellently, the first time! I would 100% highly recommend them to anyone - anytime! P.S. I had called two (2) other "advertising companies": they had attitude and inconvenient schedules and prices!!
