Reliability home consistently delivers quality HVAC service they are prompt clean efficient and your texts are extremely knowledgeable I have found them to be very helpful in troubleshooting problems and dealing with emergencies I rely upon them for my semi annual heating and air-conditioning service

The guys that came out were nice and did a decent job, the people on the phone were nice and stayed in contact when there was a problem with the part coming in. the biggest problem I had was one when questioned about why I wanted the sink I wanted. two I had a problem 10 days after everything was done, and the guy they sent out to look at it said **it is probably the sh** plumbing in the house** but yet their guys were the ones who ran the plumbing for this sink and he broke the sink when he was out here and did not say anything about it and I do not write reviews but I will write this one.

On time

I had a choice to replace or repair the water heater. The I have evaluated the replacement being more cost effective for my rental property. Their cost, timing was right on my requirement. The work quality, customer service was great. I had an other project with them in the past, and I would hire them again.

I suffered sticker shock however the work was performed in a professional manner, the plumber was on time and seemed to have all the necessary equipment to do the job. I would probably use them again, but I'm sure I would have to sit down and I saw the price!

Service was quick but ultimately overpriced. This is one of the reasons we only used them for the diagnostic and went with another plumber to do the repair. The other reason was two-fold: First, they expected to be paid up front before service was completed and when asked about it they said it was company policy. Additionally, they tell you that the initial $150 (approx) service fee is rolled into the follow on service yet when I mentioned this as part of a pay up front option, they stated that the service fee only rolls into follow on service if you schedule the next service during that first visit - which is kind of hard to do when you have to order the replacement part (which I did and not their tech). They claim this caveat is in their initial conversation script when they are called, however they called me and it was never explained that way. Overall, the tech was professional but communication from the office side was poor and their pricing is very high - would be at the bottom of my list of prospective businesses.

Service was excellent from the initial phone contact to the installers. They came out the next day and installed a new AC system. Very happy and highly recommend.

Excellent work! Listened to our needs and was very responsive to what repairs really needed to be done!! They cleared and re-leveled some of the drain pipes to get water running smoothly again, installed new cleanouts, and jetted the pipes. They also replaced our water heater which was leaking from the bottom and ready to cut loose a torrent of water. I would highly recommend Reliability Home Services and their technicians Rob, Bobby, Mike - all courteous, answered all our questions, and did a great job cleaning up before they left. We found them through Angi and are glad we did!

My Tech was knowledgeable, friendly an efficient. I have a service contract with the company and they are very responsive. My only concern is that in general the company is expensive but maybe everybody is.

Excellent Took time to install the ac unit and it is working great

I really appreciated their quick response they came out the next day and repaired and upgraded my ac unit. The staff was wonderful starting with Crystal and Amanda in the office they were very attentive as I described the issue I was having with my AC it was approx.5:00 in the afternoon and they said they'd have someone out to my house the next day Eric Winebrenner was the tech and he did a great job diagnosing the problem and then making the necessary repairs/upgrades to our AC unit I couldn't be more pleased! I will definitely use them again and certainly recommend them to anyone I know of who is having issues with their HVAC system!

The workers were friendly and professional and they did what they could... but, the price was too high. 10,500 dollars for a 3-day job is more than what I am willing to pay.
