Didn't have to wait long for an appointment. All techs who came to work on the water heater and piping issue were great. Finally solved an ongoing issue that other plumbers couldn't figure out. Very happy!!

The tier system they utilize is bogus. Just do the job correctly for one price. Don't make me pay you more to do a better job. Do you want it to break in a week? Use the bronze package. A month? Silver package. It goes on as the price balloons to an astronomical price with a bundled service package.

I meet with Daniel the tech on the day before Thanksgiving, he gave me a price range from $857 to bandage jog, I paid him $349.00. I asked him if furnace would work, he stated yes, I asked him if I would have to call him back no madam, etc. the furnace works. We all leave my home at about 5.00. 2 hours later after my brother got home. Furnace never came back on. They came back on Friday, I paid them another 213.00 dollars. That is how that went.

Dan was super hot, once he got the oil burner working again. I think those things burn at like 3,000 degrees. Steam everywhere, everybody was hot man! Dan was hot, I was hot, the cats were hot! Yep, it was a hot time in the old town that day. That burner really can throughout a serious big yellow flame! Anyone want to get a peek into what hell might look like just open the peephole on an oil burner! Thanks, Dan the man!

These guys really tried to sell me a bunch of unnecessary services making the cost of what should have been a repair greater than buying a whole new water heater. They will try to trick the consumer by using terminology of "band aid" for your repair making it sound like you are paying for nothing if you don't buy all the extras.

They were very professional and showed up on time. Everything was explained so we could understand it. They showed different levels of service and their cost to meet our needs.

Arrived in about 3 hours after I called. Diagnosed problem and retrieved part and was fixed same day. Very dependable.

Workers were on time and I received a call 20 minutes earlier to alert me of their arrival. When they arrived they were very professional. They introduced themselves and showed me their IDs. They explained all of what they will do and asked me if I had any questions or concerns. After work was completed they cleaned up after themselves and the explain the new system to me very thoroughly. I will recommend them to all of my family and friends.

Like other companies, I asked for one specific service and I was offered 6 solutions Varying in price and complexity from $350- $1200. I chose the former without all the bells and whistles. I appreciated their punctuality, attention to my particular needs and courteous demeanor entering my home including wearing covered plastic booties over their shoes to protect carpets.
