What a stress free experience. We are in the dog days of summer and we didn t have any air conditioning working. Gary diagnosed the problem. He presented 5 way s and cost levels to fix the problem. We picked the choice that was a very practical solution and very reasonable cost. I m sitting in my air conditioning right now. Fixed in less than 2 hours.

They located and repaired the problem with the A/C very quickly. I was impressed by their knowledge and service and signed up for a yearly plan.

I was overall very pleased with the service I received and the technician, Rob, was awesome. Very professional and very nice. I do, however, feel that I was overcharged getting refrigerant added to the AC system. I donâ t agree with having to pay for a whole new second â jobâ after already getting the first estimate and paying for it before the second â jobâ is sprung on me. Paying $422 additional to just add refrigerant and re-start AC is, to me, a rip-off! Sorry that I am not happy about this part of the overall picture. But, I was totally pleased with Robâ s work. Thank you.

They were timely in returning calls, on time for appointments, honest in their recommendations, and communicative. Can’t ask for more than that. I bought the service contract and they have been fantastic.

Called this company because of Angies list and they are local to us. My sons old furnace was making a loud noise. Reliability sent someone to look at it. He said it would be $1325 to fix it and in order to avoid being charged that $95 service call we had to pay for it right then. They would order the part and then install. When he showed up with the part, he said it did not fix it and it would be another $1300. That is where we stopped because it was an old unit, how could it be worth it. I cannot even imagine how they can justify giving us not one penny of our $1325 back. We called them because we do not know anything about fixing a furnace. Why is it okay to diagnose the problem, be wrong, fix nothing, and still not give us one bit of our money back. It makes me sick every time I think about it. We called another company on Angies list and he replaced the whole unit and said no way was that ancient unit worth fixing.

They were very timely and professional everything went well, the price was a little high but I did pick a higher end unit. A very good company to work with.

They had to come out a few times, but very friendly, knowledgeable, and the tech had some issues and the service manager came right out as soon as I called and he verified that everything was done properly and put me at ease.

Had to call them back, AC would not come on. Wiring change he made was incorrect.

Great workers even in bad weather the price was a little high but the work was worth it

Arrived on time, very respectful of my home and the furnace area was clean when they left. They checked to make sure the system was working and explained everything they had done and replaced

Gary came to my residence first to diagnose the problem and explain the solutions to the problem. Very helpful and friendly. The company works on a tiered system for repairs. I am not a big fan of this. However, it does give you the ability to mitigate the cost of a repair; or choose a more expensive, often more complete solution, and add a service plan to it all. The techs who came out to do the actual repair were also very friendly. The work done appears to be complete and well done. My only complaint is the fuel oil the spilled on my basement floor and the grease that got on the top of my new white dryer, and door frames. I was able to clean some of it up, but not all of it. I spoke with someone about this and they are sending someone to cleaning it up. I would still definitely recommend them to do future work. They will probably end up fixing this old furnace again or doing a gas conversion upgrade in the future for me.

Customer service was excellent the tech showed up on time explained everything he was doing gave me several options had them do the repairs it was done in a professional and timely manner the tech was excellent to work with I would highly recommend them to anyone you would be very pleased with their service
