Great customer service. They do exactly what they say they are going to do. The people in the office are helpful and polite. The techs are professional and informative. They give you a CORRECT window usually same day and call before they come. I called on a Saturday morning with no heat and someone was at my house within 90 mins. I am very happy with my experience so far with this company.

I ve had my furnace for just about a year now, I converted from oil. From troubleshooting my oil furnace to installing my gas furnace, and beyond these guys have really pulled through. Recently I was having issues with my furnace not staying on, I had 4 techs out to my house. I wasn t able to reproduce the issue the first few times. The long and short of it was a pressure issue due to rusted 110 year old Baltimore City gas pipes. Dime size holes in 1 in. steel pipe. Gary was able to track there issue down to a pressure issue and BGE came out soon after to address the problem. I also had a leaking main shut off valve which expedited my repair from BGE.

I was truly taken aback by the quick response and attention to detail getting the work done - taken aback and impressed!!

5 star service but a little high on price.

This was a simple replace a kitchen faucet. they presented me with prices of,$500+, $845,.....TO $1600+. I took the $845 price because it included 2 shutoff valves $300 for 2 $9 valves @ home depot. Not happy with you or them, looking into reporting to BBB etc

Great customer service. Quick turnaround. Tech didnâ t try to over sell the issue and executed his fix and was direct. Just what I needed.

The company reacted quickly to our repair issue. The customer service people were friendly and got a quick appointment. The tech, Rob M. showed up quick, was quick to diagnose, and quick to repair. He was friendly, knowledgeable and willing to educate me on the equipment. The 1/2 star from 5.0 is solely because he was quick to try to sell me the most expensive fix (due to the popularity of the option) but I am more of a “tell me what we NEED and then provide the other options” kind of guy. He was not pushy about it, just not my style of discussing options. As for cost, I have nothing to compare to, but it was definitely reasonable. I will absolutely be using them for the next repair.

This is my first time using the company, the tech was pleasent and explained in detail what he was doing and why. He use shoe covers while in the home, good move. Will use again.
