I've hired this company 3 times for AC services and bathroom repairs. Absolutely wonderful! Appointments are easy to get, techs are timely and service performed on that date quickly. Techs are skilled, friendly and explain everything in detail. Highly recommend!

The plumber showed up on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue.

They were very responsive and finished the job in a timely mannner. They found multiple problems & fixed these, for which i was thankful although i called them for a minor problem.

They were fantastic!! our tech walked into our home with covers on his shoes and he cleaned up after he was done the project! We got three prices and they were willing to offer a discount and were able to do the job immediately.

The cost was12x more what any other plumber would have charged for the same service. To unclog a toilet was going to be $518.00 plus 95.00 for the service call.

Definitely a very dedicated professional. Kept at the problem until it was fixed.

Charged over $250.00 to put in a simple flush valve because the toilet tank would not fill. The valve retails for $8.00 and it took 10 minutes to totally complete the job. I hired because their policy was $95.00 just to come out. I feel totally ripped off. On the plus side, the technician was very nice.

I had a water heater emergency with water leaking over the basement floor. Reliability came out immediately and had a new water heater installed within a few hours of my call. I needed fast service because of holiday guests coming, and they did not disappoint. I also learning a lot about water heaters from Kevin. Very personable, professional and FAST.

The technician did a good job of investigating the problem, but could not determine the cause of the small leak in the basement pipe. He said it does not appear to be an active leak. Time will tell. I first discovered it 2 months ago and it has gotten a little larger, then stopped. I'll just have to monitor it.
