The tech was nice and helpful; however the reason for the rating is because at no time when I was booking was I informed of the $95 estimate fee. The failure to do this and then just expect the payment is what will make me unlikely to book or work with this company. This is the first time that I have ever had to pay for an estimate when using HomeAdvisor. I am open to doing so but feel that I should be informed when booking the appointment so I can make an informed decision as there are multiple companies who give free estimates (the other two companies that came out did not change for their estimates).

The company - including the receptionist and plumbers were all professional and polite.

Reliability Home was the third company to come out and check our central air conditioner. The previous companies came unsure what the issue was and left advising us they were gonna set other techs to come out to repair it. No callbacks. Called Reliability (love that name). The tech Matt was personable, professional, and thorough. He assessed the problem and fixed it! Yay!!! The company even does follow up visits to check up on their work.

Customer Service was great - office kept me informed of Plummer s arrival time plus provided a picture of him. Plummer explained all options and prices - he installed new toilet and left the bathroom cleaner then it was when arrived.

Fantastic experience with this company. Customer service is still a thing. Very responsive, helpful and took the time to answer all questions. Highly recommended.

They were able to get someone out to my house quickly to assess my AC issue, and were able to get the new unit installed and up and running within 3 days. Everyone I worked with was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Very positive experience.

Unfortunately had to hire these guys multiple times for separate jobs but each time was good work and an easy transaction

For the job I needed done, I thought it was very pricey. But I hired them because they were able to start work immediately (which I needed).

The men worked as fast as they could. Finding someone who can work on a boiler that well is not easy. If I need any other work I will call them. They cleaned up the job sight.

Prompt and very knowledgeable. They took apart my system and cleaned it and serviced it like no other company before. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to others.
