Description of Work: I used the Angie's Deal, which gave us $500.00 worth of service for $250.00 I had to pay an extra $100.00 but I was expecting to pay extra because we have a LOT of trees and shrubs. The company came out within a day or so so (a few wks ago) to do the estimate. I happened to be home during the furlough so it worked out well. They came out this past Tues (Oct 29th) and did the actual work while we were at work. The job they did was very very good! We had crepe myrtles around the deck that had really started to grow too high and were hard to manage. They cut them down to the height of the deck. It'll be interesting to see how quickly they grow back next year!! We have other trees that they cut and they did our shrubs around both the front and back as well...I'm very pleased with the outcome.

Description of Work: After reading some of the most recent reviews I see I am not alone. I bought an Angie's list Big deal at the end of June and am still waiting for them to perform the service. I called Tri-County and spoke to

Description of Work: I bought the Big Deal and it was a big rip off. Purchased in early June and was assured I would be contacted for an appt the following week. Have contacted them every 2 weeks since and kept being told they were still catching up from a big storm. i've asked for my money back and now they've stopped responding at all. Angie - how so I get a refund? These small companies shouldn't offer Big Deals when they don't have the resources to deliver the services.

Description of Work: We've emailed back and forth several times, but he is apparently swamped with work and is too busy to get to my area (but for some reason still has a "Big Deal" advertised to reach new customers).

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal -- $150 for $300 worth of tree service. I attempted to contact the provider several times. When I was able to reach him or he returned my calls, he asked that I email him with the specifics of the job and the property address. He would then assess the job and give me an estimate in a few days. I emailed him at least three times and never got a response. Eventually he stopped returning my calls.

Description of Work: The company came in ready to knock the trees out! They were very fast, worked safe and were very professional!! Brad was awesome to work with and his team was very nice. The crew was able to get rid of two broken trees within an hour and a half.

Description of Work: Took down and carted away numerous huge trees that were threatening our house. They ground the stumps and spread wood chips on disturbed area. Left the area tidy. Pleasant and professional as well as quick Amazing job,..
