Tri County Tree Service is by far the best Tree Service company I have ever used. The work was completed on time, as scheduled and I was provided constant feedback regarding the overall process. I knew exactly what to expect from the beginning to the end of all work. I couldn’t have asked for more! Love these guys!

All work went incredibly well,removed all trees we discussed in our first meeting.Everyone was very professional and did everything to insure the rest of the yard was not damaged.We would definitely hire them again.They have also done great work for my parents,son and many neighbors.

Brad and his crew are amazing. My estimates on all 3 jobs were done right away, they came in better than everyone else's and Brad's crew works like a well oil machine. I have had Tri-County Tree service work on my property several times removing dead trees, grinding stumps, and pruning large trees. They are very professional and knowledgeable on the correct way to remove dangerous trees. His equipment is top of the line to remove trees safely. These guys were excellent from the time of the estimate to completion of the job. They were extremely responsive, professional, knowledgeable and completed the work in 1 day. Price was excellent and cheaper than the other 3 estimates I received. I had on 120 foot tree that was leaning over my shed. They roped it high up and using pulleys and a special piece of equipment they were able to not only straightly the tree up but to thread it through a group of trees without damaging the other trees. Quite Impressive!! I will definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them for your tree work.

Wonderful service, totally professional. They did in two days what I expected would be a week. Awesome job, would rrecommend to anyone, anytime. Could not have been more happy with them. They did a great job! I had originally contacted Brad at Tri-County Lawn & Tree Service because we had some trees down at our rental property. He checked out the damage and provided us a quote for services. Once scheduled, he did a great job (per our tenants) on clearing the trees and debris left behind. Upon completion of the job he e-mailed me an invoice and payment was made via PayPal! He made this transaction relatively painless since we live out of state! Much appreciated and I would definitely use him again!

I had squirrels on my roof due to the Crape Myrtle reaching over my roof. I spoke with them on Wednesday and had the trees trimmed by the time I got home on Friday. They did a wonderful job and the squirrels can no longer reach the roof line.

Brad Dowell, the business manager/owner is outstanding. His crew worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after the job-an important component of doing tree work. My property looks much better after he finished. Tri-County may not be the most inexpensive but they are great to work with and provide outstanding service.

I purchased the "Big Deal" on June 17, 2013. I received an email from Tri-County on June 19, 2013 which read: "Thank You for your interest, we are finishing up with the storm damage in our area. I should be available for estimates next week. Thank you for your patience." This is the first contact between me and the company. There had been storms, and the work I needed to have done was not storm related. So when I got this email from Brad Dowell, I thought I'd be nice and give them some time to clean up the trees in other folks' yards that had knocked down power lines, etc. I didn't hear anything back, so on July 9, I emailed Tri-County/Brad. I explained that I had purchased the Big Deal over three weeks prior, and wanted to get the service scheduled. I explained what the problem was, and attached a picture of the tree that needed work. I asked for the work to be scheduled as soon as possible, and preferably on July 12, 2013. I received an email back from Brad that same day (July 9) that read: "Thank you for the picture, and I will be your area this week to look at the tree." Didn't hear anything back for a week, so I emailed again on July 16. I asked if anyone had been out to look at the tree, and said I really did want to get the work done as soon as possible. The next day, July 17, Tri-County responded: "Still working hard to get to everyone, should be soon, sorry for the delay please do not worry the coupon will not expire." I did not contact Tri-County again, and they never contacted me. I think a month is plenty of time to have the work performed, but I would have given the company another chance if they would have at least sent someone out to look at the tree and set up an appointment to do the work within a month of purchasing the Big Deal. But as far as I know, they didn't (I didn't get an answer to this question in the last email from them).

It was fine. The service was provided within about a week or so of the big deal purchase. The total cost was no more than $200. It was another $25 or $30 extra over the big deal amount. My husband was the one who dealt with them, but we didn't have any issues with them at all. If you want to use their services make sure to continue to contact them, just keep on top of them.

Tree was removed, we phoned on Weds. 5/14/2014 & provider told me he would be out to look at the tree. By Mon. 5/19/2014 they had been to look at the tree, sent a quote/contract via email and followed up by phone. We were told the tree would be removed, all debris removed and the stump ground sometime this week depending upon the weather. We came home Tues. 5/20/2014 and the job was done with no visible signs other then disturbed dirt. They even took the time to put aside a group of flowers I had not had a chance to get moved. Absolutely would recommend & would certainly use again.

They did a fine job and did everything while I was at work.

He came out and looked at the tree, and I kept emailing him about trimming the tree. He kept telling me that he would get back to me and he emailed me back that he’d be in touch. I still have not heard from him.

Outstanding job. We were very pleased with the service provided by Tri-County Lawn and Tree Service and have recommended Brad to our friends and neighbors. They showed up when promised, were safe and professional, and left a clean job site. I will use them again when I need tree or lawn service and have recommended Tri-County to my friends.

We had one large tree in the front of our house that the original owners had planted. It was too large for its location and was becoming a problem, blocking the sidewalk and encroaching on the driveway, not to mention the concern of what would happen should it ever fall. We also had several large bushes, I would call them small trees, on the side of the house that needed to come down. The tree was removed as were the bushes and all of the stumps were ground. Between the weather this winter and the holidays, it was a little difficult to schedule; but obviously there was no way to plan for the weather (especially this winter). Nevertheless, making the arrangements was easy and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

The service was excellent. They were very responsive, they came out the day after they contacted me. They did an excellent job and I plan to use them again.

I thought they would have removed the brush from what they cut during their time here but they didn't. Scheduling went well but I was not here when they came out to do the work.

Work done within 2 hours. They did a great job with clearing the limbs they cut down. Delivered a cord of seasoned oak firewood at the same time and left it in place as requested. Upon request of an estimate, someone came out to check out the tree almost immediately. He noticed not one tree that needed trimming but two. I did not notice the second tree but would have within a year or so. I'm so glad he noticed the other tree before it became an issue. Would use again in the future!!
