I got a big deal from Angie’s List. It worked out well. I had miscalculated the size of the room, so it ended up being too large to apply the big deal but they allowed me to buy a second big deal rather than add on fore price. So we kind of came to agreement there which seemed kind of flexible. The quality of work was good. They were friendly. They were able to quickly schedule after I initially contacted them. Two gentlemen who came out to do the work were friendly and helpful. They finished the job efficiently and they did a good job.

No problems. Provider showed up on time. On his way, he bought the required materials which we had agreed to pay for. He efficiently completed the job.

Everything went well. Cleanup was fine results were fine

He did a great job hanging drywall in an area of my home.

It went great. The guy showed up on time, fixed all the cracks in our plaster walls. It was a big deal purchase - $120 for four hours worth of work.

First let me say they were very polite when they came to paint the rooms. I purchased two voucher to paint the two rooms. I had to buy an additional voucher ($120) when they were on the premise because he said the room was big. They painted extremely fast. The voucher included patching holes, but when I pointed the out the holes from the curtain rods, they said they could not do it now and would have to fix it the next time they came out to caulk the front door (a different voucher). Before they left I noticed paint tracked on the carpet. He cleaned it up what he could, but a couple weeks later I noticed more paint...now dried (paint was almost same shade as carpet)..I also noticed that a couple walls that ended with new color, had paint over the edge into the wall that was not painted. Example hallway buy the stairs, the new color was tan and that got on the off white wall going up the stairs. I felt that they came in and was more focused on the speed to leave, than do a quality job. Again, they were very polite but not careful. Now I have to paint the hallway and still figure out how to get the dried paint off the carpet.

I bought this voucher a year ago. The main reason was to remove old caulk and replace with new caulk around front door. When they came they said they would have to come back because it had rained two days before and it was not dry enough. One of the guys put a screen on the bathroom vent to prevent birds from getting in. He also installed a bi-fold closet door. I bought a full toilet replacement kit. The toilet always continue to run (just a little) since it was installed. This was a brand new toilet. He replaced everything and I noticed it still was leaking. He played with it a bit and I noticed he did not replace the piece between the tank and the toilet seat. He then told me that would fix it and that I had a defective toilet. I later had someone else come and replace that piece and it fixed the problem. I have been trying to get the front door caulked since last year and there is always an excuse, or he says he will be out next week and no one has to be home. I finally just left a message and said I was done. The caulking was the most important thing to get done, because I have rheumatoid arthritis and cannot do it myself.

Since they wouldn't come to my address in Silver Spring, the work never happened.

There were five holes. They put in packing and applied fresh plaster; then troweled each to a smooth surface finish

I got the Angie's List Big Deal for 1 hr of drywall repair for $100 (I think that was the cost.) The work was fine. Some areas were slightly uneven and could use some sanding but I guess this just isn't possible to do until it's dry. My only complaint is they didn't do a very good job of cleaning up their mess--one of the patches was behind a toilet, and I found dust and bits of drywall there. Overall I was satisfied.

Despite leaving several voicemails this provider did not call back to schedule an appointment. Angie's list refunded my money from the big deal.

They were unreasonably high. Went in another direction.

We had a prioritized list of areas that needed work that we shared with the contractor upon arrival. They indicated that they would do their best to get to everything on the list, and they did, even though it took a little bit longer than the 4 hours. They declined additional money for the extra time. They arrived when they said they would, were professional, friendly and courteous. The work was good quality, and they left each area neat and clean. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to a friend.

We bought advertised coupon for services but in actual estimate, the service provider /coupon did not meet our need.

It was great and easy to do.

The repairs that were made were okay. They were passable but didn't look great. Also, I had expected drywall repair, and he really did more of a caulk-job, which I could have done myself. Also, they got putty all over my ladder.

They arrived on time, were very polite and neat. They finished in no time, and they asked whether I was happy with the work. I was happy and I would use them again if needed.

The came out got the work done quickly and did everything I requested in a very short amount of time.

I needed him to patch up a wall. It needed to be painted over as well. He was able to put in some drywall but then said he couldn't do anything else. He left the job half done.

My kitchen pull out faucet busted the housing for the hose. I called J& D and Jerome was there to replace it for me the next day! He would have come sooner, but I wanted to shop for the new faucet myself. Jerome is my go-to handyman. He is very quick, neat and professional. I purchased the BIg Deal last year from J&D as a houseworming gift for my daughter who had just moved into a new home. Jerome was able to accomplish a punch list of tasks including installing a dishwasher,motion security light,caulking a bath tub, hanging mirror closet doors all within our big deal. We really appreciated his services.

They stopped the leak. The repair was well done. I would recommend them to other members. Well worth the money. There were three guys who came and got done quickly. Very polite and professional, they cleaned up after they left.

I purchased a big deal from them. I had a little bit of disappointment with that super deal. It may have been because I did not understand what the deal involved, but I was disappointed. When I bought the deal, I thought it was going to be a total repair including sanding down the repair and making it ready for me to put the final coat as paint on, but that is not what they did. They repaired it and they mudded it, but they did not sand it down, they said well when it dries you can take a wag and you can sand it. I sort of felt that the final sanding and finishing to ensure a professional looking job would have been part of the repair. They did not charge me anything other than the original big deal purchase. The quality of what they did was fine; it is just that I did not understand that it was not going to be a complete job.

When I contacted them, I felt like they acted like I was bothering them. I found someone else for the work.

Work was done well; clean--no mess on carpet or furniture afterwards. Explained reason for gaps in sheet rock was siding was missing. I did not know this! Nhad siding replaced, which took a while due to approval of HOA. J and D returned and finished job as promised.

Performed on time, exceeded all expectations
