Description of Work: I contacted J&D to reschedule my service appointment. J&D was to contact me later that same day to schedule. It has been a week now, and despite calls and emails, I have not been contacted by J&D. (Plus, J&D's email on the Angie's voucher bounced back to me.) At this point, I have paid for the drywall/painting service months ago, but am unable to schedule an appointment. Which makes me question whether I want them to do the work at all, particularly given the other complaints.

Description of Work: I haven't been able to use J&D yet, but I did recommend them to a friend who called them and had them come out and do a number of carpentry and repair items at her home. She was delighted with them. She said they were on time, stayed within their estimate, took on an extra task when she asked if they had time and could do it within a certain dollar value. She said they were very professional and she would gladly hire them again.

Description of Work: I have an old house (1919) which had some water damaged plaster. I purchased the special but it did not include ceiling repair, yet the damage was both ceiling and wall (at the corner). They did a fabulous job, gave me a reasonable price to do the entire section and used the appropriate plaster mixing techniques and type. I had some damage from the August 23 earthquake and I will definitely be calling them back. Great , honest, hardworking guys.
