Two Maids & A Mop

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a couple of discussions with a representative of the company before we hired them to discuss what we needed done. Due to some construction work, a layer of dust had settled on all of the furniture and items in our finished basement. I was very clear that we needed a thorough cleaning of two rooms and that everything in those rooms needed to be wiped down and I wanted to make sure that the company would could handle the task, regardless of the cost. It was important to us that the cleaning be done correctly. The representative was clear that she understood and assured me they could handle it and gave me a quote for the work. We had difficulty scheduling and the company changed from sending one cleaner to two on the morning of the service with the amount of time paid for cut in half (which made sense given two people were doing the work). However, what we got was a superficial cleaning with only the obvious areas wiped down. We continually find other items and areas that weren't touched or cleaned. When we reached out with feedback to the company, the owner responded that we should have contacted her earlier. We were clear what we wanted and the company was clear that they could provide this service, but the company didn't do what we hired them to do. I believe the owner's view was that it was our fault that her company didn't do a thorough or decent job and that we should have inspected every item at the time the work was done.

Fantastic-everything was cleaned including baseboards, dust bunnies around ceilings and lights. They even showed little touches of caring by folding all the towels in the bathrooms in a pretty way and folding over the toilet paper. There was just no comparison to the type of "clean" they did to my previous cleaning service. Outstanding job and I will be using them routinely as well as recommending them as first choice should anyone ask me to recommend a cleaning service. You will not be disappointed.

They did an excellent job and were very polite. Before leaving, they asked me if they had missed anything.

This was the ladie's first time here. They asked for priorities and then went right to work. They were poised, polite, communicated perfectly and cleaned perfectly. I am really particular with housecleaning services. These gals did not need any instructions and used all the right products. I would do it again and would recommend them to everyone.
