The ladies showed up with all their gear, they went right to work and did a great job. They got the job done much faster than I could have done it on my own and they did it at least as well if not better than I would have. Absolutely I would hire them again.

They arrived promptly and immediately got to work. The were very efficient and effective performing an excellent job. My place is cleaner than I've seen it in awhile. They are a 10 out of 10 service. They dusted and cleaned all the surfaces of my furniture as well as closet doors, kitchen cabinets and counters, and bathroom sinks and toilets. All the floor space was mopped or vacuumed. They came with all their own supplies and tools, including new trash bags to put in my trash cans when they emptied them.

The two maids were AMAZING. I have gone through 4 companies in the past year, and now I've found the one to stick with. They started at 2:00 pm and did not stop until 7:00 pm, everything was spotless, not just deep clean but COVID-clean. The home is getting old and harder to maintain, and the cleaning was peace of mind. I would definitely recommend them, don't look any further - the pricing is beyond reasonable and quality meets above expectations!

I recently used the company “Two Maids and a Mop” to clean my small apartment. I’m so glad I made this decision because they were wonderful to work with. To begin, they provide information through email as well as phone so if you prefer email like I do, you are able to review what they send and respond as it fits your schedule. The packet they sent contained all of the information you need, and they were very up front about pricing. They also confirm the time with you which is something I like companies to do. When the two employees showed up, they were friendly and had everything they needed for their time. I also had not had a chance to put my dog in the bedroom yet, and they were extremely nice to her. They were efficient and professional. They had me assess and approve each area after they had cleaned it which I did not expect and was a very nice addition to the service. They packed up their things quickly and left, leaving my apartment looking as nice as when I moved into it almost 2 years ago. Afterwards, there was a price discrepancy which the company immediately rectified, their customer service is responsive and thorough. I absolutely recommend this company!

I've been using Two Maids & a Mop now for a couple of years. My partner and I are retired and the Maids come in every two weeks and do his share of the housework! They do it faster, better, and without moaning about it! My husband has just come home from a longish hospital stay and I have enough on my plate without cleaning house - they are an absolute blessing. While they generally vacuum, dust, polish, and mop everything in sight, they are also great at doing other things as requested.

Amazing! Everything was perfect! We did the deep cleaning and will definitely keep them on board for our ongoing needs. It was so amazing to come home after a long day of work to a spotless house!

My apartment was recently flooded and after all of the water and restoration work was completed I needed a deep cleaning for the entire apartment. The management responded to my request quickly and professionally. They followed up promptly after the cleaning team had finished their work. The cleaning team itself was excellent The team arrived on time as scheduled and did an outstanding job in cleaning up my place. The team was professional, friendly, and extremely thorough. I have now contracted with Two Maids to clean my apartment on a regular two week basis.

The management team, the maids, and I enjoy a strong working relationship. When the maids arrive, it is all business with them, and they are quick to size up the cleaning needed. They go straight to work and usually finish ahead of schedule. My small apartment collects dust and pollen from the avenue below and they are very dependable in its removal, and that means a lot to me. They also clean the kitchen and bath as well as part of the fee. Use with confidence.

The maids were not only on time, they were early. They were very friendly and cleaned our whole house in three hours. I was very pleased with the cleanliness of our home and will definitely use them again in the future.

I recently moved out of my apartment and into a condo. Two maids and a mop were prompt, quick and did an excellent job. They showed up on time, and were in contact at all times. I will definitely be recommending and using them again.

Keeping this very short... two maids and a mop came in and didn’t clean during the first scheduled appointment. The owner, per their policy, sent them back out and they did a better job (maybe a C+) but broke blinds and the owner blamed us because we asked for them to be cleaned and in her words the blinds are cheap. The owner doesn’t care about customers who don’t receive quality work from her staff and wasted our time and money.

We have had our house cleaned before, but never by Two Maids. We couldn't have been more satisfied with the results. So satisfied, in fact, we wound up signing up for a monthly cleaning service. Great prices, excellent management (so responsive), and friendly & hard working cleaning ladies. We will definitely be recommending them to friends. Thank you!

Good communication beforehand, though scheduling wasn't able to meet our first preference. Team arrived slightly late but within the window I was given. They did a great job in the house except for the higher shelves, which they went back and dusted after I noticed.

The two ladies who came were prompt, worked diligently the entire time and were more than willing to handle anything reasonable we requested. They were also thorough. Would use this service again.

Amazing. It's the first time I've used Two Maids & A Mop and I'm very happy. A last minute late night scheduling, they came in the next day and did a fantastic job. They even did an amazing job cleaning an incredibly filthy kitchen and bathroom. I'm definitely using them again!

The ladies were booked for 1:30 pm with a one hour window for arrival in case of delays. They arrived shortly after 1:30 pm and set straight to work. They brought everything they needed and were fast, professional, and through. I'm delighted with my newly cleaned home.

Overall, very well as usual. The same two maids worked again today and did another fine job. My small apartment faces Wisconsin Ave and gets quite dusty in a short amount of time, so the monthly cleaning is needed just to keep up with it. Ruth and Marnie do a fine job of providing the cleaners and extra work estimates are gladly given in advance. Cleaning the main windows and blinds and cleaning a fair size cabinet are two examples of extra work at a reasonable price; and only need to be done once-a-year. Great people to do business with.

The ladies did an excellent job! Our bathroom is gleaming and the oven looks new!
