He uses intensive floor treatments. He is very personable, explains products he used, and the rooms are nice and shiny. I would recommend him to others.

It went perfectly. This was a tricky job requiring removing floors that ran under the frames of, and into, a series of five closets. Grant was patient and helpful in guiding us to choose the wood, stain color and finish that would be best for our home. He made several trips to deliver samples. Grant and his team were unfailingly professional, meticulous, and delivered a beautiful final product. I highly recommend this company.

The floor looks fantastic! There was paint on the floor which they removed, and they matched the stain color to the rest of the hardwood floors in our home. There was some damage to the flooring that they could not remove but they did a really great job. They also used sanders with vacuums attached to prevent dust from coating everything else in the room. They were prompt and responsive.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it worked out really well. The guy who came out was real nice and I enjoyed working with him. It makes life more pleasant when it is agreeable. I thought the price was reasonable. The responsiveness and punctuality were good.

The owner arrived on time, 8am to deep clean my hardwood floors. I bought an Angie's List Deal for 300sq ft. for $120. Grant provided me a quote for the entire house, but I wanted to see how effective it was first. The process took a few hours. Grant showed me the dirt and grime that came up, like when you deep clean your carpets. He was very personable and knowledgeable. Plus, he gave me some solution to clean my floor in the future.

Great experience with Baxter Floors. Grant was professional, thorough, and very knowledgable. The cleaning itself was low-impact on our crazy household (we didn't need to remove furniture -- they just shifted things around as they worked). I thought our floors were in good shape because they're vacuumed and mopped regularly, but after a cleaning from Baxter Floors I could really see a difference. Would definitely work with this company again.

Grant was great. He called to confirm the day before and arrived on time. He worked very hard and I estimate that he spend about 25% of the time on his hands and knees cleaning areas of the floor that he could not reach with the big machine. He cleaned up everything and the floor looked nice and clean.

He spent two hours and when he was done he showed me the formerly clear water before he disposed it down the toilet--it was a lovely shade of black! He was friendly and did a great job. I asked him for an estimate to put new floors in my house and fix the current ones. I have had other people in and they told me I would have to replace my kitchen floor--he told me it needed to be surfaced and dealed. Definitely recommend him again!

Grant Baxter came to house to look over floors prior to starting work. He was very helpful with his suggestions and answered all of my questions. We scheduled the work to be done on a Saturday which was a terrific option. We moved all furniture, etc. out of living room. Grant arrived on time and was finished during the allotted period of time he said it would take to complete floor work. We stayed off floors for 24 hours. This was our choice. We moved furniture back the next day. We did not put area rugs back down for 7 days, per Grant's suggestion. The floors look fabulous. We wish we had done this work sooner. It was a delight to work with Baxter floors and highly recommend them.

Mr. Baxter arrived promptly, explained my problem with using a product that was not working on my floor that had been recommended by the floor installers. He spent two hours cleaning the surface first and then applied a product to make the floor shiny. I was instructed to clean the floor with a damp mop in the future no need for the other products. I was happy with the result and that I wouldn't need to use a lot of products.

Grant arrived a few minutes early, brought in his machinery, looked at area to be cleaned and starting cleaning. He scrubbed by hand problem areas and finished up leaving a dry clean wood floor.

Very professional; arrived as scheduled and completed on time. Although my floors were not in bad shape, they look much better following the cleaning. I only had them do the kitchen and foyer, but will surely use them in the future to do my dining and living rooms.

Grant is a super nice guy and very protessional. He was also fun to work with. He did a great job cleaning the floors. I couldn't believe how much they sparkled after he was done. Amazing.

IT went great. The only misunderstanding was that gloss was applied instead of satin but Grant returned another day and put an additional coat of satin on top. The floor looks great and we're hoping that re-sealing it will add years of protection.

I purchased hardwood floor cleaning and I got what I paid for - in a good way! Grant Baxter did the work himself. He was prompt, thorough and very knowledgeable. He even offered to clean my kitchen linoleum. He made suggestions for additional work but wasn't pushy in any way. I will probably have additional work done as a result.
