Twigg Plumbling & Heating

Description of Work: Installed hot water heater in relative's home. Also went on emergency service call to rental home on a Friday evening with next to no notice. Probably not the cheapest but I'm not calling anyone else. They do what they say they're going to do...and they do it right. Office staff is always very courteous. They are my first choice.

Description of Work: We started using Twigg's when the owner (Jim) used to come out on calls, he was always very fast and professional, no BS kind of guy. Now it depends on the service person you get as to how the call goes. Mostly they are above average for the area.There's only been one minor incident where they've done something wrong and had to come back and fix it. I'm not sure if they charged us for the return or not, it's been too long. After trying a few other plumbers, Twigg is the only one I call for anything!

Description of Work: My husband and I had them come out and do an estimate for remodeling our bathrooms. We signed the contract at the beginning of May with the understanding the work would start after the holiday. It ended up the work did not start until September. This after being required to pay 50% up front. The work was good and I wanted them because of all the great recommendations we had. During the time that we signed contract and had work done, I called several times to see when the work would start and many times never received a return phone call. I consider that unprofessional. I also had to have them come back because one of the custom made vanities in one of the bathrooms had a false front drawer that popped out and had to be put back on. I have to say that there work was professional and it is good, I would just make sure to have an actual start date when using them.
