Great! They came within a few days, arrived on time, and laid out a written plan of action that made sense. Suggested minimum repairs were reasonable and we authorized the work. They also quoted a more ambitious series of repairs that we didn't opt to do. We appreciated seeing the options, though. Once the traps were in place the tech came back many days in a row to set and check the traps. At the end the tech removed the traps and gave us a report on how many squirrels were removed (two!). Squirrels in the attic is an expensive problem to have, but Trappro did a great job for us.

Trappro, showed up on time, were very professional placed and monitored the traps. Left me a report detailing that they trapped 3 squirrels and then offered to seal the hole permanently or temp. I paid the extra fee for the permanent fix. I haven't had a problems since then. I recommend them highly.

I had them swing by. The visit was fine but we decided to hold off on doing anything for now. I'm considering doing something different. I am considering larger renovations that would encompass the narrow thing they were going to fix.

Steve, Joe and Bradley were prompt, professional and conscientious. They all did a great job. The day they came to replace and cover the fascia board was very windy. I thought it was too dangerous to be on the roof, but they did what they could and returned another day to finish the job. The quality of the work is outstanding at a very fair price. I highly recommend Trappro and will use them again if needed.

Trappro responded to my request for a quote very quickly, telling me exactly what was included in the flat fee. I spoke to Wendy on the phone and she gave me some pointers on how to determine the extent of my problem. Finally, I decided to engage Trappro. The technician came out and set out two traps on my roof. He estimated it would take 3 days to a week to settle my problem. One trap was adjacent to the hole in the siding that the squirrel had chewed through and one was placed on another section of the roof. The next day, Trappro came out to check the traps. This time they changed the trap next to the hole. On the third day, Trappro checked the traps and the squirrel had been caught. It was a pregnant female as they had predicted. They removed the squirrel but kept the traps in case there were additional squirrels inside. After several days of not hearing any further indoor activity, but hearing and seeing a squirrel engage the trap from the outside, Trappro determined that there were no additional squirrels in my home but that males were attracted to the smell of the female that had been there. They removed the traps and covered the hole with metal that would keep squirrels from entering again. In all, Trappro visited five times and discussed the issue with me at every step. Every assessment and prediction they made proved to be accurate. They solved my problem and restored my peace of mind.

They were very thorough, set traps and checked them each day until we caught the pregnant squirrel. I actually had another company come out first to give me an estimate but they were more expensive and did not promise to trap the squirrel before sealing up my attic. Trappro was less expensive, more thorough, and got the job done.

The trapper came out around the same time each day. Friendly guy. His friendliness likely caused the capture of the animal. In causal conversation, he learned the raccoon had eaten me candy out of our garbage. He brightened after receiving this information, added candy to the trap as bait, and the raccoon was captured shortly thereafter. Had he not bothered to strike up a conversation, the animal may not have been caught.

Well my husband was home, but he said that person that came out was so nice. He checked everything and was very personable. I was very surprised when he said he was the Owner of the company! Well come to find out it was the pipes knocking. We have to replace the hot water heater! Thanks again for discovering our problem! I will use u if I ever really have an animal in my house!

Excellent communication from the very start. Steve (the owner) came to my house to assess the situation and set the first traps. He noted the areas that needed protection and were the squirrels were entering. He was extremely attentive and knowledgable about squirrels and explained the whole process clearly. Then, each day, a technician came to my house (it was Justin I think) to check the traps and remove the squirrels. He came in a clearly marked truck and worked quickly and efficiently. The office provided excellent feedback as did Justin. At one point, the squirrels came back and they found another hole and set more traps and were very diligent in checking everything. I was impressed by their attention to detail and clear communications with me about what was needed.

Process to remove the squirrels has commenced with humane traps on our roof. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and clearly an expert in this "better know what you're doing" line of work! We are contracting with TRAPPRO to do this important job start to finish which will include cleaning up the attic, reinsulating, replacing our attic fan, and rescreening a gap on our chimney. Very impressed and will highly recommend TRAPPRO!

Service was great. Technician was clearly an experienced expert. My husband and I were skeptical that they would find entry points as we had struggled, but they did. Gave lots of advice on how to handle in future. Very nice. Will use again and will recommend.

We had a couple of squirrels in the attic and walls. Trappro came out, identified the entrance points, left traps, inspected the traps daily, and once the squirrels were gone came back and sealed the entrance points. Employees were punctual, polite, and knowledgeable. All of the work was performed quickly and professionally with minimal involvement from us. Workmanship was excellent. The written estimate of the work was clear and accurate. There was a flat fee to remove the animals and a separate cost for the repairs which we elected to do. The work was well worth the money.

Eric was very knowledgeable and helpful, answering all of my questions. He was also the one who returned to do the repairs and appears to have done a real good job.

Arrived on time, did the work promptly and neatly and with minimal disruption. No complaints.

The process went well. The initial inspection was thorough and identified likely ingress points for the flying squirrels. An estimate of repairs to prevent future ingress was presented. Repairs were made and hopefully we won't have any more squirrels in the attic!

The entire process went very efficiently and professionally. An estimator came out to assess the scope of the work, sent me an estimate and scheduled a day for the work to be done. He put a trap in the whole so that any animals still in there would be able to get out without any new 'guests' arriving. He was friendly, professional and very knowledgable. Another technician came to remove the trap and fix the whole. He, too, friendly, professional and efficient. I haven't heard a 'peep' since!

They put up this one-way trap. They tried to charge me for stuff we didn't order. They tried to charge us another $200.

We hired Trappro to remove birds and nests from our bathroom and kitchen exhaust vents. The tech was punctual, confirmed the price before he began work, and was very efficient. After removing the bird nests and debris from the vents, he cleaned and disinfected them. Screen covers were also put on the vents to prevent birds from further entering our house. He took down the microwave in the kitchen to access the vent and put it back. When he left, everywhere was still clean. He was even friendly with my children, which I appreciated. All around great service, and great price. I highly recommend Trappro and would use them again if we ever needed it.

I had used the company in the past. We did not end up having the snake in the rental anymore once they got out for the service. The staff did not really have to do anything in that case, but they did lay traps and had good recommendations. We have not seen snakes since. My husband was the one who actually spoke to and scheduled the company.

They worked for a month trying to rid our attic of raccoons, trying various humane methods. They ensured the raccoons were evacuated prior to closing up the house. We received a quote from them on the house fixes to keep future animals out and did not feel pressured to do any/all of the repairs. However, we elected to do some of the repairs and the repair team arrived on time and did quality work. They even did some cosmetic repairs to our siding while up on our roof. No animals in the house anymore! I saw some comments on here about upselling, but we did ask about whether we needed additional items (e.g., new insulation, cleaning, etc) to which they said we didn't need them. So we did not feel upsold in our experience.

The experience with them was excellent.

A team of 2 men were punctual, professional, friendly. Completed work as planned. They said we should stop seeing mice after about 2 wks. That has held true so far.

The worker worked from the outside first. He used a "snake" to remove as much as he could from the outside. Then he came inside, removed the microwave, and blew out the vent from the inside. In addition to a bird's nest, he found an old beehive. He vacuumed the debris and reinstalled the microwave. The next thing he did was install a protective screen on the outside of the vent. Trappro promised that this would prevent a reoccurrence.

Contacted TrapPro on 2/18/14, was offered an appointment for the next day (A+ for availability). I described my issue/problems with the receptionist, she was very helpful and informative. Letting me know what the potential problem could be (i.e., birds, squirrels, etc.) and provided pricing for removal services. Had a 1 - 4 pm appointment window, technician arrived at 1:05 pm. Started the inspection immediately, he put my mind at ease stating there was NO evidence of rodent droppings (thank GOD!). Tech came prepared, impressed me with his 40 ft. (I think) ladder. He had NO problem with reaching the 2nd floor dryer exhaust outside the home. Tech removed several birds nest and cleared dryer line. I was advised to have the dryer line cleaned every 12 months to minimize and/eliminate this problem in the future. I will definitely be contacting TrapPro for this annual service. An added bonus -- I was able to use a $25.00 coupon I pulled from Angie?s List.
