Their work was good. They came out every day that they were able to. We had a big snowstorm here in DC. There were a few days they couldn't get here, but they came and caught the squirrel and the problem is fixed.

Very well- they offered suggestions- After setting the trap they come by and check daily.

Overall, they did a great job. The came and put up a squirrel trap over the hole in the porch roof. That night we had a very perturbed squirrel in the live trap. Over the course of the next week they caught and removed three squirrels. This was a set price of around $300. They came back and sealed the hole with matching trim and painted that part of the porch roof for about $100 more, then added expanded metal to the runoffs of our retaining wall--that took care of the rats in our garden. They were fast, helpful, and professional. I gave them a B for responsiveness only because they didn't leave the pamphlet nightly telling us how many squirrels they removed as they said they would, and because I had to give their customer service people my credit card info a few times. They gave us a quote to add expanded metal below our front porch to keep animals out that I am seriously considering in the future.

My stepdaughter reported on squirrels in the attic of a house I inherited. We called them and they were very punctual. They came right on out. They started setting traps and catching them. They were able to set traps outside the very first time they came out.

Ground Hogs have been making tunnels under my barn and in other outbuildings on my property. Trap Pro came out the same day I called and left 2 traps. They came each day to inspect and left several more traps. Over a period of 10 days I think they removed 8 hogs. We haven't seen any since, which doesn't mean we won't ever see hogs again given we live on a farm. But for now the destruction has been stopped. I appreciate their responsiveness and professionalism and the fact that they could be removed and relocated.

Trappro was great - we had a couple of problems with some bats that were hiding behind shutters and a racoon digging a home under our front porch. After calling a couple of places that offered annual service plans to put some moth b**** to help deter the bats and just an short term trap to catch the racoon, Trappro came by and offered a better long term solution for both - which included putting in permenant barriers including some fencing, concrete footers and other preventative measures. For the racoon that dug beneath our front porch Trappro was able to catch the racoon and also put in a concrete footer barrier to prevent future "invasions". We also had them install covers on the exhaust vents to prevent animals form coming in there as well - and Trappro cleaned them out as well. Trappro was very professional, on time and also give a complete inspection of our entire home to full proof it from all animals. I live in a wooded area and so far no new problems to report. What I like about trappro versus the others is they offer one time long term solutions and and not solutions that require long term annual service contracts.
