Description of Work: When we bought our house, our dryer exhaust vents were poorly installed and small rodents could get into our basement. they came out and reinstalled the outlet vent that was rodent proof.

Description of Work: The technician arrived on time was thorough in his assessment of my questions. They left some traps in the attic but based on my responses to his in depth questioning and his evaluation of the attic he determined that I didn't have an animal problem in my attic currently, but most likely had one at some point(prior to purchasing home) |We decided to have him come back in 1 week to pick up traps but due to my hectic work schedule we haven't rescheduled. I would definitely rehire and or recommend this company without reservation!

Description of Work: Checked foundation, thought that seemed a little cursory. Put in traps, came back to check them. Plugged up hole and checked trap again. Seemed like a hefty price for the amount of time it took and not yet sure that animals aren't getting in.

Description of Work: The initial inspection of where bat got into house and removal of a bat was $125. To prevent other bats from entering,the remedial measures cost $1100. At this time, it seems to have worked, but I won't consider it as having woeked unless we have no more bats for many years. |

Description of Work: After having a house inspection by another vendor and told all was well, I came home a few days later to discover a bat had somehow gotten into my house. I immediately called Trap Pro who came out the next day to inspect and found a small opening between my roof and drain gutter where the bat was able to get in. Trap Pro gave me an estimate and scheduled an appointment within 3 days to seal the opening and insert a one-way out shoot to ensure nothing can get in the house in future. The price was steep, however, I cannot put a price on my peace of mind knowing the work is guaranteed and I will not have bat visitors in future. | |They were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. Description of Work: Inspected for snakes in attic and crawl space, set glue board traps. Inspected for likely points of entry for the snakes and mice and advised on how to close those gaps. Tech was knowledgeable, and provided many useful tips.

Description of Work: Contacted Trap pro to determine if black snake found in the house (which we had removed) was the lone juvenile or we had more to deal with. Very knowledgeable man came out and determined no more snakes were around but identified a few areas where he felt other pests as well as snakes might gain access. Overall the recommendations were, for me, to expensive for the work recommended and I did the necessary blocking and filling of access points myself. One recommendation was to caulk the bottom of all the cedar siding boards. Checked with my builder who said absolutely NOT that it would cause the boards to rot due to blocked drainage passages that are supposed to be there. I informed the company of this incorrect recommendation. | |Did like their don't kill what you don't have to approach to pest control.

Description of Work: I am the president of a three unit condo association. I called this company and explained that I believed that I had squirrels in our attic. I was told that they charge a flat fee of $395, which includes the inspection, the trap setting, the baiting, and the covering up of the entry points. As I spoke to the rep, I wrote down word for word what she told me and sent it on to the other members of the condo association, letting them know that the fee was going to be $395. When the tech came out and looked at our roof, he wrote up a proposal for $1395!!!! $1,000 more than the estimate. He also charged a $79 inspection fee which was previously never discussed. When I called the company and asked about the bait and switch, they said, the cost was more because I had multiple holes. When I told them that they should have mentioned that possibility before coming out, they simply said that they had no way of knowing how many holes I would have. I said that in that case it makes no sense to tell people you have a flat fee. They office manager did not apologize about the misunderstanding and refused to even acknowledge any fault. Even if the $1395 is a fair fee, the company's dishonest practices made me never want to have anything to do with them again.

Description of Work: Had a raccoon getting into my attic through a roof attic fan. They checked the attic space out and found no evidence of raccoon living in the attic. Put out a trap on the roof for a week and fixed up attic fan so animal wouldn't enter again. After a week, they took trap away (no animal caught) and then installed "animal-proof netting" around fan so it wouldn't return.

Description of Work: I called at the beginning of the week to make an appointment with Trap Pro. The customer service was great. Steve from Trap Pro came to my residence yesterday to provide an inspection. I am glad that I called Trap Pro to get a second opinion because the first company that came out, which is "A" rated company on Angie's List by the way, didn't listen to what I had to say and didn't do a thorough inspection, only to give me an estimate to correct a problem I did not have. Steve actually listened to my concerns, and thus made some adjustments to his inspection. He thoroughly inspected my property and correctly diagnosed my problem based on the evidence around the property. Best of all he did not take advantage and explained everything patiently and meticulously. After all, it is not like I am an expert. The other company became impatient when I asked too many questions. Steve gave me a quote for the service and he was very friendly. I would highly recommend Trap Pro.

Description of Work: Townhouse setting - animals in attic. Trappro contained my house from outside - including attic fan and dryer vents, and found vulnerabilities from my neighbors' adjoining walls. So far, so good. It is good to know that they guarantee their work and I can call for follow up, as needed (which I have done). Highly recommend.

Description of Work: Excellent experience! Trappro located and removed a large deceased snake from our duct work. We had been smelling something foul in the house for weeks - we were sure it was something dead in our ductwork (we heard 'it' moving around before it died) but didn't know exactly what or where it was. Trappro showed up the day after I called and got to work quickly. Steve poked around in our crawl space and under our sun room, eventually finding the source of the offending odor and removing it. Steve also noticed there had been a mouse problem in the house. We moved in only a month ago and are discovering all kinds of fun things. Ha! In addition, Steve saw a hole in the crawl space where animals were entering from outside. He worked up an estimate to install a one way door to let out whatever is currently calling our crawl space 'home' out - but not let them back in. He provided another quote to fix the hole to prevent further entry. Steve impressed my boyfriend who is not easily impressed. I highly recommend TrapPro
