Description of Work: The latest effort by Professional was installing a ceiling fan, recessed shower light, bathroom GFI and eleven (11) recessed lights in basement. This is seventh time we have used their services. Have always been extremely pleased with all aspects of their work. We will certainly use them in the future.

Description of Work: Replaced two motion detector units on outside of house. Installed the day after my call! Two fellows worked together and had them up and centered and asked for my requirements on angle and were completed in 45minutes. Great job and said if they lights needed adjustment on line of sight, Just Call and they wud come back for adjustment. NOTE the light units are upgrade BET units,hence more costly then then units from local hardware/home centers. Will definitely call them again!

Description of Work: They determined that my light fixture was shot & needed to be replaced. They would take a pic. of it & replace or I could buy my own (I did, to update it) & they would come back & replace it at no further cost. | |They even installed a temporary bulb fixture so that the room wouldn't be dark in the meantime. Nice convenience.

Description of Work: We had used these guys before for a heavy-up in 2008 ($1395) and updated electric & recessed lighting in Kitchen remodel($2195). Rob was always responsive and the electricians were very friendly and attempted to keep things as clean as possible. In 2012 we converted our garage to living space. Professional electric ran all new wiring to garage, installed 8 recessed lights and hardwired our smoke alarm system and added two new outlets to the exterior of the house. They were able to work with our schedules and inspection dates and were always done in a timely manor. Pricing did seem to increase from 2008, but what do you expect. I think Rob is very fair and enjoys what he does. His workers are clean, on time, and seem genuinely trustworthy. They have always been our go to for electrical needs.

Description of Work: I contacted this group via email requesting they contact me for an electrical diagnosis on some outlets that shorted out. They contacted me the same day despite it being a Sunday and made an appointment between 11-12 for the following day. They called 15 minutes the following day prior to their arrival to confirm their the appointment still stood. They diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed the issue. I thought their prices were fair, the electricians were polite, professional, and competent. I would definitely call them again for electrical services.

Description of Work: Outstanding service and work. ran a new circuit to my deck/gazebo. Installed a GFI ciruit breaker in my panel. Works great and professionally done. I also asked them to rewire a plug to be hot and not switched for my dogs Hidden Fence. He tested an adjacent plug and determined that it was not on the same switched circuit and would meet my needs. Saved me the cost of the rewire work. Rob was easy to work with and very professional. I am able to dig the trench before they arrived to run the new ciruit which saved me money and them time. Highly recommend them for your electrical needs.

They had damaged a bookcase when moving the furniture which would have been very easy to hide but they reported the incident and had taken an agreeable amount off the bill. They also had to come back after they were done with the work and didn't charge me for it at all.
Description of Work: Their work included installing double taps in circuit work and rewiring all of the outlets and switches within my home. They moved all the furniture to get to the outlets and moved it back. The original estimate was for $1350.

They performed the work in the basement in a satisfactory manner, but then they did something to make our electric lose power upstairs, and wouldn't come back to fix it for days and days. The owner of the company wasn't even interested in fixing it, and said I must have done something wrong. I will never use this company again.

Professional Electric has always been exactly on time and performed the work they said they were going to do, at the price quoted. They are the only company I call for electrical work. They may be a bit more expensive than some other companies, but to me, it is worth it.
