Absolutely appalling customer service, left unresolved problems. Had them install and replace some outdoor fixtures and switches. Crew was very polite, did good work. Unfortunately they made a minor mistake--switches were mis-wired, so in a bank of 3 switches, 2 wires got wired to the middle and nothing wired to one switch. Didn't catch it until after they left (all three switches on, all lights on, easy to miss). No big deal, easy fix, I'm sure they'll just stop back and fix it. Message the owner--sure I'll let you know. A week later, same answer. Rinse and repeat for 3 more weeks. Now over a month, and I have no commitment to fix. Call and send a couple more messages, and the owner's response is now "if you would stop with the constant messages, it would have been done already". So apparently a once-a-week message for over a month to fix an error they made is unreasonable. I'm frankly shocked to be treated so unprofessionally. I think they generally do good work, but if they happen to make a mistake or you need any kind of support once they've already cashed the check apparently you're out of luck.

I'm very pleased with the responsiveness of Rob and his company. I was worried about possible problems with the outlet because of how it sort of exploded. They came out the next day and fixed it immediately. The technician told me it was definitely a concern and could have caused a fire. He was very helpful and pleasant to work with. The work took a short time, and the price was reasonable for the work done. I would definitely use them again.

A perfect job. They were on time and very professional. Because of the virus they used masks and gloves. They were very helpful and answered questions. Cleaned up everything afterward. Will definitely use again and recommend to friends and neighbors

Outstanding all three jobs. I found out about the company before I knew it was on Angie's list through one of my neighbors. I had already used them for the first job and was completely satisfied. Then I had contact them again after I saw them on the smaller jobs. They prices were reasonable and competitive. Their workmen quick, efficient, and polite. I will use them again in the future for my next project The first job cost $1339. The second and third jobs were about $400.

Professional electric has serviced my home on three separate occasions. The first was a rewiring job. They pointed out that my fuse box was fine and did not need to be upgraded on the second visit just modified. When I call them for additional work they came out and install my new light fixtures and advised me that my exterior wiring was fine. I found out about them from my neighbors. I did not find out that they were on Angie's list until after I had the work done. They were Outstanding each time.

It went great. They responded immediately to my call and gave me a convenient time and called when they were near our home. The two men were very pleasant and explained what they would have to do to complete the job. The new fan was larger than the previous one and they had to work through a crawl space part of the time. The new switch was a smart switch with timer and they explained the pros and cons of the switch. The work was done quickly and they cleaned up and left the room spotless. They were really nice to work with and so glad we called them. The price was very fair.

Completed some electrical repairs needed as part of our home inspection. The response time was quick, the work was performed right away, and prices were fair. Would recommend and we will use again for future electrical work needed.

They came early Monday morning as promised and replaced a bad GFI. We weren't even late for work! Wonderful service!

They had initially come out to assess my needs (about 1 year ago): having four bedrooms fitted with window air conditioners that can run simultaneously without tripping a switch and shutting off electricity. They provided me with a solution for this which was installing a dedicated outlet/ circuit breaker for each air conditioner. Well one year later I asked them to proceed with the job. They used the same plan and estimate they quoted me one year ago. They arrived early and on time, the job took about 3 hours. They had to do some drilling, cutting, etc to run wiring, They were so neat, covered the holes neatly and kept it to a minimum. When the job was done, it was perfect. We have been blasting all four air conditioners when needed and it's been wonderful and ice cold during these hot summer days. I have used Professional Electric for years and will continue using them for all my electrical work. They are really great guys: professional, reliable, smart and you can't beat their prices.

Excellent all around. Rob gave me a very good estimate over the phone since he had worked in a bunch of my types of houses. That said, I told him I would be more comfortable with an on site estimate cofirmation given amount of money involved as well as some minor things I wanted to show him. He showed up right on time, and early, which meant I didn't have to take off form work. He said the estimate was still okay. So we committed to each other at that time. The day of the work, Johnny and Mike showed up right on time and got to work. Everything was done within about 6 hours, which was shorter than I had thought. Johnny showed me what he was doing so I understood the work involved. They were very pleasant, nice to talk to, played good music during the work, and my overall experience was outstanding. The attic fan issue ended up being much simpler than I thought, which was good to find out. I'm very glad I hired them

The service went excellent! They were very efficient, cleaned up afterwards, were very nice and respectful team, and they did excellent work.

It was a great experience working with Professional Electric. I was having wainscoting installed and in the process discovered the light switches were right at the top and would have to be moved. I called Professional Electric and Rob came out early the next morning to give me an estimate and had someone there the next morning to move the switches. We were impressed with the quality of work and plan on having them back in a few months for electrical work we need done.

All outlets in one room were dead (despite flipping circuit breakers & GCFI's). One outlet just outside the room was clearly malfunctioning, with electrical power blinking on & off. So I made an appointment with them a few days ago. About an hour and a half before they were scheduled to arrive, they called to let me know they were in the area, & ask if it was okay for them to come early. (Sure!) Johnny & Mike quickly confirmed and repaired the faulty outlet, and (as expected) the other connected outlets immediately began working again. It was obvious that they are knowledgeable about their trade, and I would gladly call them again & recommend to others.

Came sooner than scheduled as they were in the area. Thanks Jonny for job done quickly and solved the issue.

Mike and John were polite, professional and competent. Prior to their visit I had anxiety about the panel and the possibility of fire. Mike and John both are great service providers and the company should be proud to have such great folks representing the company.

As with all our business with Professional Electric the job was done well and the attic fan is working beautifully. We have used this company for many small jobs from fixing switches to installing recessed lighting and have always been satisfied with the quality of their work and customer service.

Had an appointment scheduled but the night before, a guy called to reschedule it, for what reason I don't remember. No problem to start with... I get it, things happen. But he wanted to reschedule for a specific time that I didn't know would work for us or not. Told him to pencil us in and I would check with my husband to see if he would be home. When I called back to let him know that the time frame wouldn't work for us (with about the same amount of notice he gave us), he was clearly irritated and gave me some spiel about messing with his schedule and how inconsiderate I was and how much money I was costing him. I reminded him that he was the one who rescheduled us to begin with and that we were the ones who were accommodating his schedule. I didn't mention to him that he shouldn't berate paying customers for needing to reschedule, regardless of the reason. He became irate and started yelling, told me to find another provider and then hung up on me. I called the office to complain about the situation and asked to speak with the owner, and the receptionist told me that it WAS the owner I had been speaking with. Needless to say, I was floored. The company's name is a misnomer, be warned. There will probably be a sweet response to this review, based on the way he reacted before. That's okay, they were awful and rude and completely disrespectful, and I'll tell anyone who listens how awful the owner of this company really is. Avoid at all costs.

I had originally contacted a couple other electricians for this work, but unfortunately I could not coordinate times with them. As luck would have it, I contacted Professional Electric and they were able to accommodate my schedule and get the work done quickly and professionally. I'm glad I was able to use them in the end, and I plan to continue using them in the future for other work. Good price and great service.

Rob with Professional Electric responded the same day to my request for service. After some brief Q&A, we set an appointment for the next day. He and his buddy showed up on time, analyzed the existing wiring (as left by professional painters), and then connected and installed a new LED-type ceiling lamp. They worked quickly, left no mess, and even educated me on some electrical issues. I was totally satisfied by the quality of their work and by their price. I would be very comfortable going back to them for any kind of electrical work.

Everything went very well as mentioned earlier. Absolutely no complaints whatsoever.

Vendor quoted price by phone and arranged an appointment. He arrived on time and without delay proceeded to do the work. Vendor was polite and professional. Did not seem to waste a moment's time in performing his task. We were quite surprised when he finished so soon. He also cleaned up debris and removed old equipment from the house. I am very pleased with Professional and will definitley use them again, very soon. I have also informed my relatives of my experience.
