Description of Work: Overall the field help was good. We did have one person scratch our stainless steel sink washing out his grout pan. But the contractor gave us a credit for that. Our biggest complaint was the responsiveness and communication from our designer, that made for a very unsatisfying feeling about our experience with Bowen Remodeling. We will not use them again. |

Description of Work: One of the owners came to our house and spent more than an hour with us reviewing our needs. He was pleasant, took notes, and measurements. However, he never returned our calls with an estimate. We emailed several times and called several times. It was extremely frustrating b/c the company was recommended by a friend who had a great experience with the company.
