Super experience from beginning to end. Design service was so helpful and she was patient with my indecision. Professional expert floor and cabinet installation, and tile work is beautiful. They were on time everyday and the entire job was scheduled perfectly. Everyone was polite, professional, and cared about making us happy. We will be using Bowen again and recommending to our friends.

We had a great experience from consulting to installation. Having a showroom with multiple bathrooms allowed us to work with Anna to design and select the bathroom (floors, cabinets, lights, paint, shower,etc ) accessories. Our designer, Anna was a pleasure to work with . The installation team were very polite, on time and cleaned up everyday. We would recommend Bowen Remodeling.

From the first time we met our designer we felt confident we had chosen the right company. She listened to what we wanted and keep us in our budget. Their products are excellent quality. All the employees were on time and very professional. They were very good about protecting the rest of the house by keeping things covered and cleaning up as they went. I have already recommended Bowen and would definitely use them again.

Fantastic! From start to finish everyone we dealt with couldn't have been more friendly and professional. The design process for remodeling our bathrooms was a breeze, thanks to their in-house designer Anna. Can't wait for our next remodel project.

Someone from Bowen Remodeling came out to look at our bathroom and discuss what we were looking for in the remodel. She arrived on time and was very courteous. She discussed our options, took some measurements, and then explained that there might be some larger issues that we were unaware of and that it might be reflected in estimate. We received the estimate about a week later and it was astronomical. We were thinking maybe $5,000-$10,000, possibly a little more, but they came back with an estimate of $17,000-$20,000 for a relatively standard size bathroom. They mentioned in the email that the number was high because of the possible unknown issues, but when I replied to the email asking for an itemized breakdown of costs, I received no response. I followed up with an email a week later in case they may have missed my email, and I still received no response. I didn't even receive a response that said they couldn't provide an itemized breakdown. They just completely ignored me. I find this extremely unprofessional and disrespectful. I would never recommend Bowen Remodeling to anyone, because if they are this unprofessional before the work even starts, imagine how they might be when they already have your money and are in the middle of a job.

We have nothing but compliments for the people working on this job. Friendly and patient with our questions. The first 80% of this job was a very pleasant experience, but now let me get on to the not so pleasant stuff. It all focuses on surprises. Our designer originally suggested double hinged doors for the pantry. When it turned out standard size doors would not fit, the contractor unilaterally decided to go with bi-fold. More of a nuisance and disappointment that we ended up having to use bi-fold doors. The major issue was we did not know of the substitution until it was too late to do anything about it. The following issues had to do with change orders. After the original design we asked to for under cabinet lights, a dimmer, and a USB outlet. There are no lights under the cabinets above the sink. The second is the cost. It appeared that the amount of labor associated with the electrical and mounting the lights was nowhere near commensurate with the cost. Coupled with the cost of the lighting it seems that the cost was excessive. I am really confused with the cost of the dimmer and the outlet with USB ports. The electrical outlet was already included as part of moving the outlet from the front wall. The dimmer was nothing more than changing a switch. I found a USB 2 pack for $20 and a dimmer 2 pack for $16 so I am wondering why the cost $200? This is my fault because without thinking it through, I agreed to the changes. And finally, we had another company that is doing the flooring for the whole house, hardwoods and carpet. Bowen insisted they demo the floor in the kitchen but agreed, reluctantly to give us time for the flooring company to survey the site between the completion of the demo and the installation of the base cabinets. They estimated three days for the demo, but the demo was completed on day one and on day two the base cabinets were installed. Problem is they left a plywood subfloor so when the flooring contractor came in the kitchen was a 1/2" higher than the rest of the house. The flooring contractor refused to assume the risk of cutting the plywood with the cabinets installation completed. This required the installation of over 600 square feet of plywood to raise the foyer, dining, and living room floors. Yes, the problem could have been solved by a transition piece between the kitchen and the other rooms, but that was simply not an option. The design process was fun. Before the job started a production person came out with the designer and they walked through the entire job, and yeas, there were some small changes that needed to be made to the design. The installers were polite, patient with questions, and very neat. The half dozen or so items on our punch list were resolved to our satisfaction and in a very reasonable time. Their cost was within the low third. Next time I will make sure that every construction detail is verified up front down to the smallest detail.

Jordyn was wonderful to work with. She allowed us several visits to pick and design our kitchen and was open to adjusting when the project didn't quite fit the budget. She worked onthe scheduling timeline to make sure we were happy and helped make sure the project was done as quickly as possible. The team that worked on and installed all of the pieces was courteous and always cleaned up after themselves. You could never tell there were people sanding down and painting in our kitchen! We will definitely be going back to Bowen for remodeling needs. THANK YOU

It didn't. They sent an estimator to my home and she subsequently sent me a quote. There were some errors on the quote and I had a few changes. I sent two messages, visited their showroom, and called twice in an attempt to get it straightened out, but they only answered the phone once and never provided a revised quote.

Overall it went very well and we are happy with the quality of the work and the materials used. The single most frustrating aspect is communicating with the project manager who can be delayed in getting information to you and returning calls. In all other aspects working with the staff and skilled employees. Cost below are for all three jobs.

It went extremely well. The kitchen is beautiful. The staff are so nice and very professional. They did an exceptional job. I am just so impressed with what was done to my kitchen, words cannot describe how happy we are. We are in love with our new kitchen. I recommend Bowen Remodeling & Design highly, and I will definitely use their services again.

Fabulous! The work was done on time and to perfection. The workers were very helpful, always respectful and worked very hard to our satisfaction. The owner came out several times to be sure we were completely happy. The designer could not have been more helpful, giving us great ideas that made the project come together.

Extremely well. The designer was main point of contact. Once we had a plan, she provided a work timeline and kept in regular contact. Crew members were professional, did beautiful work, and kept the house as clean as possible. Bowen made me fall in love with my home all over again.

First, everyone who came in were great, professional, personable, clean, and very helpful. The work turned out well. BUT, insist on a project manager to be responsible for work. There were incidents of rework and additional repair simply because there seemed to be no communication between the individual workers who came in. My main POC was apparently my sales person, who wasn't readily available during the work phase. Someone to coordinate before and during the work phase would have been helpful, and kept the original 3-4 day project from stretching out 3x.

Great experience. Bowen has a very complete showroom (including tile) and the designer gave us great guidance in making choices. All staff were timely, courteous, and neat, and did high quality, meticulous work. All were good about communicating with us, and were very concerned with our satisfaction. Both the process and the results exceeded our expectations. We would recommend this company to anyone.

They were on time and were always very professional. They kept us informed and we were very happy with their craftsmanship. The whole project was a success.

Though their estimate was high, I selected Bowen because of the good reviews and the professionalism and attention to detail shown during the initial consultatiion. There were a few problems (tile selected not available at the last minute, cabinet not designed to include drop-in bowls), but in the end Bowen took care of everything to my satisfaction.

Samantha and an other person came to our home and they were very pleasant. They took measurements and gave some ideas. We were told it would be about 3 days for them to put measurements and ideas in computer and they would email designs. That was in the middle July. We waited two weeks and never heard so called and left numerous messages and emails. Still never received a response. On Monday August 10th called and spoke with a woman that was very apologetic and would have some one get right back to us. A week later - nothing. VERY POOR customer service. Wouldn't use this company or recommend them.

I meet the owners at an industry show at the show place arena 18 months ago. I gave them a call on 6/8/15 and they returned my phone call and asked what services I wanted an estimate for. I told the woman on the phone that a new door which includes windows on the side and a window above the door. I know it's a full kit because I've had a few other estimates this week. I also wanted to remove the hardwood flooring in the foyer and powder room and replace it with tile. I was asked how much I wanted to spend on the project? I responded that i know the door kit is expensive from the other estimates I have received and I guess the price will be determined by the cost of the flooring. I was asked how many estimates I've received? I told her 4 or 5. She began to lecture me that the industry standard is 3 or 4 and at this point I am comparing apples to apples. I asked her why it was her business how many estimates I get for my house? One of the estimates was for 11k which I considered a joke of a quote. It's my money and my house if I want 100 estimates guess what I'll get 100 estimates. She than told me they weren't the company for me. This is not the only issue with this company I had them out last year for some wood rot to be replaced. I received the 1st quote which wasn't want the estimator and I had talked about replacing.The 2nd quote was for wood which I clearly wanted pvc to replace the rotten wood. Finally getting a quote for what I wanted I decided to use another company to do the job. I receive an email from Sherri a few after asking to let them know where they stand for doing the job. I should have stayed away but I guess I like punishment.

The shower, tile work (and drywall behind the tile), floor and toilet were removed, the tub and tub deck were left. The sinks/counter are in a different area and were not affected, though the lights above the sinks were replaced. The crew that came to the house were friendly and professional. Tarps were laid from the front door to the bathroom door. Work was done in the room with the door closed, so there was virtually NO dust spread thru the house. They vacuumed several times each day, as needed. I got an update each afternoon and a heads up as to what would happen (and who would be coming) the next day. I received phone calls in the morning if they got hung in traffic and were going to be late. There were very few problems, but with any project a few hiccups can happen, and those that did were quickly resolved. The tub deck is oddly shaped, with odd angles, so it was a big challenge to install the new tile and it was wonderfully done. It was large tiles that had to be cut down to small shapes to fit around the tub and into the odd corners. It turned out that the grout and the caulk didn't match, even tho' they were made by the same company and had the same color name. A few calls and they found another caulk to try that ended up matching perfectly. All the "bad color match" caulk was removed and the updated color was installed quickly and easily Once installed, the showerhead just didn't look right. They happily replaced it with one that worked in the shower better. I was in contact with the original designer Samantha, so I could either run questions thru her via email or with the on-site project lead Ben. The process with Bowen was relaxed and fun. The design process was pretty easy, sitting with Samantha and going thru the possibilities, and we walked in with a different shower door design, and she KNEW about it and it was no problem. She helped us get thru the design, continually answering "well what about if we did this...". I was informed all the way thru the remodel, I knew what was going on and the result is BEAUTIFUL. I am VERY happy with my experience with Bowen and recommend them with no reservations

They were very professional, was pleased with the quality of the work.

Trades all did good work. Finished product good. The problem was that they were trying to train a designer as a job supervisor. Her design work was good. She didn't have much construction or scheduling experience and that resulted in several delays. That was more of an annoyance issue. I would use Bowen again, but would ask for a different job supervisor.

My only complaint would be the waiting time between signing a contract and commencement of the work - five weeks. Apparently the wet Spring weather contributed to delays on other jobs., pushing mine back. However, that said; Bill and Carlos did a beautiful job of painting our LR, DR, MBR ceilings and stairwell. The job was not easy as we have very high ceilings with beams and grasscloth on the walls. The cutting-in required in order not to get paint on the grasscloth was my main concern and they did a lovely job. They arrived on time, were very professional and are very careful and talented painters. They covered every surface, cleaned up daily and left everything in great shape. I really could not be happier with the results and would definitely recommend Bowen Remodeling and especially Bill and Carlos.
