Description of Work: They installed both carpeting and laminate flooring in the entire house.

Description of Work: I got a bid from them to install laminate flooring. It was a good offer and they were very professional and easy to work with. In the end, I got a better offer from somewhere else, but I would definitely consider using them if I need other flooring or window coverings.

Description of Work: It starts with their estimator. She showed up on time and she was prepared with 3 carpet samples. We settled on one carpet that we liked. She took measurements and wrote up an estimate. Within an hour, she had the info she needed. We have her a deposit of about $2000. She said that we would hear from her installation crew as soon as the carpet arrived. She gave an estimated date. We had to wait 3, maybe 4 weeks. Within that time period, the carpet arrived. We got a call from the installers that they were ready for us to come out. We settled on a time, and they showed up on time. They were neat and efficient. They removed the old carpet and padding and put in new carpet and padding. The whole job was finsihed in a reasonable time (in around 3 - 4 hours). They cleaned up behind themselves, which is very important to me. The installer came a day later to make sure everything was done up to my standards. Everything is still great, even with 2 dogs! I'm happy with it, and the room is much improved. I got value for the money that I spent. This isn't my first experience with the Vertical Connection. I've had 3 previous carpet buying experiences, and they've all be just like this one.
