The Vertical Connection Carpet One

I have bought carpet from this company three times. Each time the experience was excellent.

Measured and installed blinds in family room. They did a great job!

Installation was fine....crew was on time, professional, clean up was good. Sales experience was where we were disappointed. The quality of the carpet and padding was no where close to what we thought we decided on in the store. After a little over a year of gentle wear, the carpet is buckling and needs stretching in many places. Plan to contact the vendor soon to come assess the problems.

The salesman, Steve B. was extremely helpful and actually told me for the areas I wanted the carpet that I did not need the carpet I had originally chosen which was much more expensive. He came out and did a thorough measurement which resulted in very little left over. The installers were very punctual and did a great job, cleaned up as they went along and the seams are not noticeable. I would highly recommend Vertical Connection/Carpet One and plan to use them in the future for flooring and window treatments.

Their work is satisfactory. I would prefer to work with a local business, one that I feel that I can get satisfaction from is there is a problem. They are pleasant and professional.

We live in Columbia and had seen ads for The Vertical Connection for years. Who knew they also did a fantastic job with flooring? As part of a remodel of the first floor of our home, our designer suggested we use the company for flooring. After meeting with Adam Joss, we chose a beautiful walnut hardwood and an updated runner for our staircase. We couldn?t be more pleased with the outcome. The products were high quality and the installers were truly craftsmen. All work was done on schedule and the installers cleaned up after each day's work. Our new floors contribute to the feeling of living in a brand new house!

Highly professional, did everything fine. Price seemed a bit high but did such a nice job from showroom advice to installation they are well worth it.

The team was prompt and professional. The quality could have been better - I have dark streaks on my carpet along my baseboards.

They installed mini blinds at my windows which were of very poor quality and never did fit the windows quite right. I bought kitchen pergo type Armstrong flooring for my kitchen the cost was outrageous and the installation was absolutely terrible. The quality of the flooring is also terrible. When I complained, I got more of the same. I definitely would not recommend them for anything. |

We had exceptional customer service that included assistance with selection, preparation for installation, and terrific installers. The experience was wonderful! I'm not sure the price was competitive but the I know that no one would've given us a better product and installation experience.

Installed hardwood floor - the most recent of several flooring installations throughout my home

Installation was good and the installer was very polite. They have very good attention to detail. Their prices are competitive. We will be using their service again very soon (next month) for carpeting.

It went quite well. They were here when they said they would be and finished the work in a few hours. They needed to order these custom-made blinds and they came in when they said they would. They installers were quite professional. They're a well established company. We did not get other estimates because we knew they had the product we wanted.

It went great. They're a very good company to work with. They were professional and thorough. I have no complaints. It was a positive experience.

On his initial visit, he knew exactly which floor would match our existing flooring perfectly. The process was 99% fabulous. There was one concern where there was a gap in the wood where the floor met the wood stairs and they fixed this with an epoxy wood filler. They cleaned up the wood cuts and vacuumed each day. I would recommend their service to others. They’re a family-owned business and I dealt directly with one of the sons.

Scheduling was fine and they compled the work in the timeframe they promised. I would recommend them to others.

The sales process was great in-store, and the install went smoothly as well. Two guys showed up in the morning and worked for about 5 hours. We're very pleased all around.

I really liked working with Stephanie. She was very helpful and has a good sense of color and design. She is a very pleasant person. The floor was beautifully installed and it looks lovely.

Vertical Connection was an absolute pleasure to work with. Adam and Stephanie were extremely knowledgeable in helping us decide on the product that would best fit our needs and design style. The turn around time was faster than we expected. The quality of the product and installation were superb. We are extremely happy with our choice, and will definitely return to Vertical Connection for future projects. Highly recommended!

They did a great a job and I would recommend them to others

Everything went well including the installation process. Everyone was ontime, and additionally, they gave us advanced calls to confirm our appointments. They were great about cleaning up the space when they were finished as well.

We took the damaged blind to the Vertical Connection showroom in Columbia Md. We were greeted promptly by Bob Frankenberger and he along with Stephanie were very helpful in assisting us with the repair. They took care of everything. We just dropped off the damaged blind and they packaged it and sent it to Hunter Douglas for a no cost repair. When the repair was completed Stephanie contacted me and she made arrangements for Vertical Connection to install the blind. This was our first experience with Vertical Connection. This was not a big ticket item for Vertical Connection but they provided great service and attention.

It was pricey, but it was great. It was made just exactly the way I wanted it, so I was fine with the cost. They are very professional.
