Description of Work: The Vertical Connection is an approved provider for our home owner's insurance company. We didn't know that until Steve, our salesman, informed us. We didn't have to do a thing after we told the insurance company to assign the claim to them. Steve was very helpful in the entire process and very knowledgeable about their many products, making our choice much easier. Mike and George, the installers, were prompt, courteous and answered our many questions clearly. Their installation skills were put to the test with some of the quirks in our home. They passed with flying colors. I will not hesitate to use the Vertical Connection again.

Description of Work: They fixed the sub floor that another home improvement guy installed improperly, then they laid tile that I bought from them. It came out great and looks fabulous. They finished when they said they would, cleaned up well, and were very professional.

Description of Work: They installed carpet through the entire second floor of our house.The sales professional was friendly but the information on where we should put movable items was wrong. When the installers came we did have movable items in one room as we were told that it would be a two day job but was completed in one. As a result the items we had in the selected room were just piled up in the bathrooms and left there.Fortunately nothing was broken, although something heavy was dropped during the install,I heard a loud thud but did not know what it was and the installers did not tell. |The store never did do a follow up as they had on previous work and it was a disappointment.

Description of Work: They installed carpeting in four bedrooms upstairs and wood laminate flooring and carpeting in our basement. The service was excellent. The installation went as promised and they came and finished the work in the timeframe they indicated they would. Their prices were in the range of other services providers.
