Description of Work: They fixed the ceramic tile. Previous contractor installed due-rock (cement board) incorrectly. After firing him, we hired Vertical Connection to do it right. The finished floor looks amazing. I love the ceramic tiles I got there (thinking of putting them in bathroom next) and the installer did a fantastic job.

Description of Work: They came to our house for measurements and advice on new blinds for our house. This included 3 bay windows. They made recommendation on the type of blinds we might like. Once the blinds were ordered, a team of installers came to our house and installed blinds for about 20 windows. Very efficient and professional. Price was on the high side but quality of craftmanship and installation warranted it.

Description of Work: The Vertical Connection was used as a result of a broken pipe and basement flood. It happened YEARS ago - maybe 4 or 5. I truly do not remember when. Insurance covered it so I could not tell you how much it cost. Also, I can only tell you I was happy with their services then. Do not know anyone who has used them since.
