Description of Work: Vertical Connection installed wood- grained vinyl plank flooring in our rec room; separately, they installed new carpet in our den. In both cases, the sales experience was positive, and the installers were prompt, courteous, professional, and did outstanding work. I would purchase again from them without hesitation.

Description of Work: We purchased new carpet for our stairs and Vinyl locking floor for our basement. Vertical Connection installed both the carpet and the floor. We were very happy with them except one minor complaint. We had ordered vinyl quarter round based on a recommendation from our Sales Representative without seeing it. We had seen the samples of the floor but Vertical One did not have samples of the quarter round. The vinyl matching quarter round was not what we expected and cheapened the look of the room. We did expressed our unhappiness. We did not get any concession or assistance in replacing it which was disappointing. However it was what we purchased and hopefully they will take our advice to have some in the showroom for future customers. This is why I gave them a B on responsiveness and price because we had to replace the quarter round and rip it ourselves. | |Besides that we love our new floor and carpet, Vertical One was excellent to deal with except this one issue. I would recommend working with them and have learned my lesson to look at samples of everything.

Description of Work: I purchased a hardwood floor a few years ago. Recently I took a small piece of carpet, that needed the edges bound for my mother and the manager went out of his way to help me get the carpet finished.

Description of Work: Installed flooring in new sun room.The only complaint is that they over ordered amount of flooring by two whole boxes. I did return and was given refund but amount needed was measured by one of their employees and overage by that amount is questionable.

Description of Work: Installation of engineered hardwood floors, ceramic tile, and window / sliding door treatments. | |It all went very well, in the end. They were prompt to replace a piece of flooring trim that exhibited a factory defect the day after installation. | |The biggest problem / disappointment was that they originally told me that they could install the flooring so that the boundary between the tile and wood could be a curve. Upon installation, it turned out that this could not be done, necessitating an increased total project cost and loss of a visually interesting/beautiful design element; the boundary needed to be squared off.

Description of Work: I have used Vertical Connection to replace the carpet in my family room with laminate (one of the earliest versions) - that was about 20 years ago and the floor is still perfect-a testament to the quality of the installation. They also retiled an entire bathroom - floor and shower. It looks absolutely beautiful even a decade later.
