Teresa's Cleaning Service Inc

I didn't realize that I was located outside of the service area until they were done and getting ready to leave. My great deal cost me an extra $30 that I wasn't expecting. Most of the cleaning was fine, but the kitchen floor was another issue. I'm not sure what was used on the tile, but it really seemed to strip what little luster was left.

We scheduled the 2nd cleaning for July 2nd. We had an evening appointment. Teresa called a few hours before and asked if we reschedule for the following evening. We did not feel good about this but we told Teresa that this was OK. Teresa's crew out the next evening about 30 minutes late but we didn't say anything thinking they might have needed additional travel time. We were happy with the cleaning so we scheduled our 3rd cleaning for August. Teresa called the agreed upon day and said her crew would be out at 4:00. Well 4:00 came and went with no cleaning crew or phone call. my husband called Teresa at 5:00 and she informed him that the cleaning crew would be at our house at 6:00 then she said 6:30. My husband told her very politely that we need to know the approximate time because we have to put time aside out of our busy schedules. At no time were either one of us rude or impolite with Teresa or her cleaning crew. When the cleaning crew did not show up at 6:30 my husband called Teresa and left a message on her phone that we will no longer be using her service. Teresa's cleaning crew finally appeared at 6:40 and we turned them away. Teresa never called with an explanation or apology. If Teresa did not want our business or had the time for the job she should not have wasted our time or money. Now we have to find another cleaning service and probably have to spend more money for another deep cleaning. VERY unprofessional service provider.

They did an excellent job and we plan on continuing to use them in the future.

Teresa could not have been more professional , polite or responsive. She throughly reviewed my home and provided an on the spot estimate. I have approximately 2500 sq ft that needs cleaning once a month. I make sure everything is throughly picked up so that a service can clean. The quote for an initial "deep clean" which was not optional was $720 following monthly with approximately$230. I could understand the $230, a little on the high end but the service provided as described by others on Angie's list certainly made the price reasonable. There was just no way I could ever justify spending $720 on a deep clean.

For the most part, they did a nice job with the cleaning. I am not very demanding, so if there are occasional slips here or there, I don't sweat it, because even having cleaners come to our house once a month is significantly much more attention than my house would ever get if I were to clean it on my own. In addition to the cleaning, they will also change bed linens if you leave the clean stuff for them. I have used them for almost 4 years, and what I have noticed over that time is that the cleaning job done during the first two years was more spectacular than during the latter 2 years. I also noticed more property damage in the second half (minor - including a broken glass light shade for a ceiling fan light, water damage to our gas range). They do not do as good a job removing water stains from the shower door glass or the grout tiles (our house is newly built, so I have noticed a gradual accumulation), but to be fair I wonder if that is because we have them come once a month as opposed to every two weeks. I have had cleaning services in my prior residence with another company in another state, and they managed to make the water stains disappear on the tile and shower door over time(but we had them come every two weeks). However, Teresa has always been very accomodating with accomodating our schedules. The reason we discontinued services after almost four years is because today when my husband walked into the house, he noticed a strong gas odor in the house, and saw that the gas was turned on full blast on the gas stove. While I am fairly tolerant of minor property damage, we are not tolerant when the saftey of our home and family is jeopardized.

Teresa and her staff were very punctual. Each member was very professional. My house was cleaned as never before. When they finished,my house was spotless. I am very pleased with the detail to cleaning everything in my house and with the cleaning job they did. I highly recommend her services and definitely plan to use her housecleaning services again.

Teresa's staff have cleaned my home three times and I've asked that they come monthly. Four or five staff come each time and have done a very nice job! The cleaning team headed by Pedrina is focused--they come in, each person has a designated responsibility, and they don't waste a single minute. They are also friendly, professional, and very hard workers. I've used other cleaning services before and they don't compare to Teresa's staff--I highly recommend them. Thank you, Teresa and team for the great work!

She was very prompt in getting back to me and coming out to give me a quote for cleaning. Her team arrived yesterday and all I can say is WOW! I have honestly never had a cleaning team do such a thorough job and I have to say it was such a pleasure to come home to a wonderfully clean house. Her team was very friendly and worked to make sure that everything was spotless. I will definitely be using Teresa's team to clean my house until I move out of the area in about two months. I wish I could take her with me!

Theresa's Cleaning Service gave us an initial deep cleaning that was excellent. the ladies were here forever and cleaned everything. it was expensive, hundreds of dollars, but well worth it. they also have been cleaning every other week since then and continue to do a good job.

I called Teresa and she came over that same week to see my house and give me an estimate. We set up the 1st time cleaning, but as we got close to the date, I had to reschedule because of work. Teresa was very accommodating and set me up for the following week. Teresa and her team of 4 other women showed up on time and ready to go - they bring all of their own supplies and equipment. They ladies worked very hard all morning - Teresa had to leave but said she would be back soon.When she returned, she had brought lunch for her team and they took a quick lunch break on my front porch (it was a nice day :-)). They returned to the cleaning and did not stop until 5:30 pm! They were there for 9 hours!! My house was cleaned from top to bottom and I was very pleased with the work. I am now scheduling cleanings every other week for $125.

Great! Teresa answered immediately and it was easy to set up the appointment. On appointment day, the staff arrived on time, along with Teresa, who made sure of what exactly I wanted cleaned (priorities). Everyone was very nice. They were the best cleaning crew I've hired- worked non-stop for the full hour and the place was the most spotless I have ever seen it. Would definitely recommend/use again.

Teresa's Cleaning Service LLC cleans my mothers house and she comes monthly. The first time they came to do a thorough cleaning and they were a team of 5 people, after that they have been coming with a team of between 3-5 people. They are very careful and very prompt. There's been others that my mother has used and they have not been good. Their price is very competetive. The quality of their work is good. They come in either on time or early except one time when they were late. They are very professional.

The team acted in a very professional manner and performed the work precisely & quickly. Their happy spirits and congeniality was catching. They left everything as they had found it, which has not always been true for previous cleaning teams. It was one of the easiest cleaning sessions we have experienced in many years.

House cleaning. The initial deep clean was amazing! They even cleaned my dryer vent and scrubbed the inside of my washing machine.

I contacted them to do a house cleaning and made an appointment for a walk-through so I could get a price estimate. After they failed to arrive for the appointment, I called, and was told that they'd gotten hung up at another appointment, had forgotten about mine, and would need to reschedule. Everyone can make mistakes, but this was handled very unprofessionally, so I chose to hire a different service.

When I called Teresa, she was very responsive and set me up for later that evening. She arrived with a group of 2 other women. I told them what I wanted cleaned, and the focus of removing the odor that lingered from my smoke filled items. The women spent the next 2.5 hours working extremely diligently. They are extremely detail oriented and literally cleaned every inch of my apartment, including base boards, doors, light switches, lamps, and every surface. The women also helped me organize my closet and hang up my clean laundry. They cleaned my deck and sliding glass doors and all the tracks to the door. They did an amazing job, and were very friendly. I would highly recommend Teresa and her cleaning service, and will be using them on a bi-weekly basis. After my neighbor form upstairs came to visit me while the women were there, she marveled at the great job they did. Teresa went upstairs to give my neighbor an estimate on her apartment after leaving mine, and my neighbor plans to use her service as well.

While it may be important to hear from new customers, it's better to hear from old ones. We have been using Teresa's Cleaning for two years now and we are just as happy with them today as we were when they first started. The same crew of four women show up each time and they do a thorough job of maintaining the wonderful cleaning they did when they first cleaned our home. The women really take pride in their work and even seem to enjoy it. They arrive with a smile, they often sing and laugh and chat with each other, but never at the expense of their work. They don't ever take a break and always work hard while they are here. Ocassionally we ask them to do something extra and they always do so with a smile. How can you beat that. My wife was skeptical when we first hired Teresa's cleaning, but not anymore. She says it's the best decision I've made, other than marrying her.

She was very accommodating to fit us in her schedule so that the house was clean for holiday visitors. Will definitely be using on a regular basis!

Overall we were very pleased with the cleaning. The cleaning crew arrived at about 2:30 in the PM and finished at about 12 hours later. The house was spectacularly clean in the end, especially considering how dirty it was when they began work. The few spots missed we could easily touch up. We are still admiring all the work that was accomplished, even in cabinets and drawers which are not immediately obvious. The baseboards were wiped with damp cloths and floor scrubbed by hand to remove most spots. Many small items were removed from windowsills, hand cleaned and replaced. One candle broke in the cleaning but it was fragile and we would likely have also broken it ourselves. (Terese let us know immediately, which we appreciated). Cluttered cabinets were not put back in exactly the same order but to do so would have made for very inefficient cleaning so was also not an issue. Since only Terese was fluent in English, we were unable to make minor suggestions to save them time or clean up missed items without going through her. There are a couple of areas in which they should do better, however. Excessive water was left in some places on the hardwood floor, including under a rubber mat. Since our floor is not well sealed this could easily have damaged it. Fortunately we spotted the water and avoided a problem. Most seriously, some of the crew threw out items, which I am sure looked like trash to them, but we wanted to keep. This included a sprayer for our horses, clearly marked as such, a kitchen night light and pieces from another sprayer we intended to reassemble (which a second cleaner threw away after my wife retrieved it initially from the trash), In practice the crew should have placed all items they thought were trash into a box and let us decide if saving them was worthwhile. Even a small piece of paper could have been meaningful to us. My wife went through all trash at the end of the cleaning to search for items that might have been mistakenly discarded. Overall our house looks beautiful. I would definitely recommend this service for doing your "deep" cleaning" They did a tremendous amount of work and indeed did what they had promised, despite underestimating the magnitude of the job. They continued to work diligently even in the wee hours of the morning after a long days work. I would only caution you to take steps to make sure nothing is inadvertently thrown away and to keep water on your wood floors at a minimum.

I called Teresa a little over a week ago. She came for the estimate and we set a date. She arrived a few minutes late, but called me to let me know they were running a little late. Teresa and her team arrived ( very nice ladies, by the way) and they found that it was going to be a tougher job than Teresa originally thought. I totally expected this ( the place was filthy from lack of cleaning) and agreed to a price increase which was totally deserved. They stayed for almost 3 hours and did an absolutely marvelous job. It is spotless!!! I will hire them again in a heartbeat. Now, I can have my dinner party without the extra stress of cleaning...so worth it.

Overall very well. We used a deal to get some pre-holiday cleaning done. They arrived on time and did a very good job cleaning the house.

Teresa's cleaning service is always professional, on time, dependable and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The owner comes to every house and inspects the job to make sure we are satisfied.

Teresa and her crew did a great job. The place was in need of a serious cleaning and it was pretty much spotless when they were through working their magic.

I contacted them to schedule the appointment and it was almost impossible to understand them. We were unable to communicate so I had to cancel the deal.

This last visit was much like the others; the group of them show up on time, get right to work and do a very thorough job. The house is shining when they leave.
