It went well. Three or four cleaners came out. They were on time. I had no complaints.

Teresa and her crew first came for a deep cleaning in August. They were to be here around 2ish and would be done when I got home around 5. After paying $34 to have my dog in doggy day care so he wouldn't freak out with all the vacuums and people, I arrived home with my dog around 5PM to find Teresa and her crew just starting what was a 4 hour job. She had called and left a message but it was on my home phone instead of my cell phone. However, the place was clean so I let it go although it was a late night for everyone. The next cleaning was scheduled for two weeks. However, that was Labor Day so I thought they would come two weeks after that. Teresa called the week of 9/8 and was upset as her employees could not get into the house as the storm door was locked. I had no idea they would come that Monday (the 8th) as that was not communicated to me. So I scheduled for the following Monday. Once again I put my dog in day care for another $34 and arrived home at 5:30 to find no one had come. I had just gotten changed into jeans from my business clothes and heard a commotion at the front door and four women came bursting through. They did not ring the door bell or knock, just used the key and burst in. When asked why they were late (it was my understanding they would be here between 2 and 3PM) they lied and said they couldn't find my house and had been driving around Columbia. For 3 hours! They said they would be done in an hour and it was actually less. A few days later I noticed they did not move anything when they dusted and a large cobweb in my home office was still there. I called Teresa to cancel her services and she asked for another chance; said she would come herself to ensure the house was clean. She also said she let that team of women from the previous cleaning go as there were issues with other customers as well. At this point it was to be monthly cleanings; not bi-weekly. This time they came during the day and everything was reasonably clean although that cobweb was still there. I was starting to have hope this would work out on a monthly basis. Imagine my surprise when I come home two weeks later to find my house had been cleaned again! At that point I cancelled her services and Teresa had one of her employees drop off the key in a reasonable amount of time. I know these issues had been mentioned by others but I was hopeful I would be one of the lucky ones. Apparently not!

I've had my house professionally cleaned monthly for the last few years. Teresa's services are more expensive than my last cleaners (by about $30/month), but it's worth every penny! Teresa brought a team of 5 people to clean the house. They did an amazing job. They cleaned places I didn't even know were dirty. My previous house cleaner was good, but could not hold a candle to the work Teresa's crew did. I could not be happier with the job she did. Initially she thought the first cleaning would be a regular cleaning, but as she and her crew got into the cleaning, they found there was more to do than originally thought. Understandably, the first cleaning ended up costing a bit more than initially planned, but Teresa was very fair about the additional cost. I'm giving her team A's across the board. She may be a little more expensive than my past cleaners, but the price she charges is very fair for the incredible work that her team does. I've hired her group to clean monthly, and have complete confidence that my house will be very clean :-) Teresa is also very professional. Other cleaners wouldn't come over for an initial estimate, but Teresa did, and she came within a day of my first contact with her. She is easy to reach, and is very responsive. She is prompt, and texts me with updates on even slight timing changes. Bottom Line: If you hire this group, you will not be disappointed!!

We've been using Teresa's cleaning service for about 1 year to clean our 3 bedroom single family house. We were put off by the cost ($500) of the initial 4 hour cleaning for our house, but the job was well done. And we have been very pleased with the service over the last year. The cleaning is done very well and the weekly price is reasonable. We have used multiple other cleaning service in the past and this is the first time we can say we are pleased.

Teresa and 5 women showed up on time this morning and worked for 5 hours. They had no issues moving furniture aside and replacing it when finished. I'm ashamed to admit I hadn't cleaned the place in well over a year, thus the time it took for them to restore the home to its original shine. The team split up with one lady cleaning the entire kitchen (even the insides of microwave, fridge, and oven), one handling the blinds and windows, another dusting and washing all the surfaces and furniture. Teresa and the two other ladies took care of the upstairs (yea, it is a condo, but multiple floors like a townhome). One was in charge of the bathroom while the other cleaned the bedrooms. At first, I was only going to have them clean the master bedroom, as I don't use the second room and it was basically home to boxes. A couple hours in, after seeing just how detailed a cleaning they were doing, I pulled Teresa aside and asked if they could take care of the second bedroom as well. They were finished with the upstairs before the three working downstairs were done, despite having to room around all of the decorations. Oh yea, they even cleaned the outside of the front door!!! Ok, a few fun things. I've got a collection of stuffed plush figures that were on the dresser. When I came upstairs to see how they were doing, they'd rearranged them in the most optimized setup. Bonus points for decorating skills there :) I did have to assist the lady with the windows so she could clean the outsides. I have the kind that the top and bottom panes can flip in, but well, all of the women were short, and I could tell they were having a difficult time reaching the top to pull down the upper pane. Then, for some reason, one of the windows refused to close back up. I had the lady step aside and just gave it a good, hard push, and whoosh, fixed. Might have startled her a bit, but it was nobody's fault. Hopefully the window will be more cooperative next time. This was my first time hiring a cleaning service and wow, I know it seems rather expensive, but not once were any of the women sitting around in the 5 straight hours they were in the house. They came in, got right to work, and the results speak for themselves. Oh, there was only one issue, they'd missed a few dark buffs on the top of the bathroom door frame. I pointed it out to Teresa and she had the lady clean it up. I'll definitely be having them continue to clean the house bi-weekly which Teresa initially estimated would be about 140-150 flat. The initial cleaning was an hourly rate, and her original estimate was spot on (the high end, but again, I literally never cleaned my house for over a year... so, yea...) I highly recommend giving this company a try, even if it's only for a one-time cleaning. I'll post another review after a few follow-up cleanings.

I've used them for about three years and they're good. They're punctual and they're flexible. They did a fantastic job. Their customer service is good. Anytime I need them, I call them. If they don't answer right away, they get back with me very soon afterwards. Their price is pretty comparable to the other services out there.

Teresa's crew of 4 did a very thorough job. I would definitely use her service again.

Teresa met with me on the 10th to do a walk through and she gave me a price and how many hours it would take to complete. She also explained the different areas that her crew would clean. Teresa's Cleaning Crew did an outstanding and excellent job! They cleaned walls, baseboards, light fixtures, switch plates, electrical plates, removed cobwebs, blinds, window sills, windows, sliding glass door and screen (inside and outside), vacuumed. They made the bathrooms shine and in the kitchen the stove was cleaned thoroughly, the refrigerator was cleaned very well. The best part is they cleaned the very tops of the kitchen cabinets and behind the refrigerator and stove. I also had a mini laundry room in the kitchen and they cleaned the lint from the walls in the nook that the washer and dryer were located. I would highly recommend Teresa's Cleaning service!

Teresa and her team did a great job. They cleaned my kitchen and two bathrooms. They also vacuumed my stairs. I will definitely use them again.

Teresa and her girls were amazing. I had them clean our house from top to bottom and they were fast and detailed. They were all beyond sweet and kind. My house felt like a bed and breakfast after they left. The beds were freshly made and new towels were put out, yes I left them out for them to do, but their professionalism was extraordinaire. I wish I could afford them for biweekly cleaning, I do not think they have a monthly option. So I will use their service again for "spring cleaning". I look forward to doing business with Teresa and her staff again

I contacted several cleaning services to begin a biweekly cleaning of my 1400 sq ft townhouse. Teresa and her company responded quickly and came to my house for an estimate. Teresa walked me through her cleaning methodology and answered all my questions regarding dirt, chemicals (to keep my pets safe) and making sure the same people come every time. Her company was a little more expensive than others, but once she walked me through the thoroughness of her cleaning style, I felt that it would be worth it! OH BOY, was I right! Her team arrived on time the day we discussed (and were very accommodating of our schedule) and quickly got to work. It took them 5.5 hrs to deep clean my house, which was exactly what Teresa estimated for the initial cleaning. My husband and I were blown away by how clean our house was. They got out grim and mold in the shower stall. They cleaned and organized my son's bookshelf. They even got the dust on the top of our high ceiling fans and cabinets. We are very much looking forward to our follow up biweekly cleanings (which should be under $150 and 1.5 hours) now that the initial cleaning is done.

Teresa visited us for the initial assessment and estimate. She described what her team would do... wet wiping fans, baseboards, mouldings, door jams and window sills; hand washing and drying tile and hardwood floors including folding back area rugs and wiping under those; changing bed linens. I was blown away by the level of detail in her description, but it only scratched the surface of what her team does. During the initial cleaning 5-6 people took over my house and scrubbed every nook and cranny! It was a bit pricey but when they say deep clean they really mean it. We have had cleaning services in the past, including deep cleaning 4 years ago before we moved in and that service paled in comparison to what Teresa and her team did. We were so thrilled with the deep clean, we continue to have them come back every two weeks. We feel the pricing for the weekly service is spot on. We get a full house cleaning (none of this rotation stuff that other companies do!) including fresh linens. 4-5 girls come every time and they work tirelessly. The team is very easy to work with and will scrub anything we ask, including revisiting an area they cleaned if we weren't satisfied. We are the last house of the day so they aren't always here exactly at the same time every week (usually it's within about an hour window.) Since they are so excellent in every other aspect, we roll with the time thing. Teresa's Cleaning has been taking care of us for 9 months and we don't see an end in the near future! My husband is *extremely* particular and he has been very pleased with the cleanings (no other cleaning service in the past has been able to meet his high expectations the way Teresa's team has.)

Teresa came out to do an estimate before quoting us a price and was very clear about the sort of services we could expect and explained what a move-out cleaning entails. While it seemed a bit expensive at first, the finished house looked amazing and I thought the price was fair. In addition we got a 10% discount as first time customers even though we are moving to the East coast and wouldn't be able to continue using her company. Teresa and her team arrived on time and were incredibly efficient and helpful. We still had some things we wanted to pack and move out of the bedroom so the cleaners could have access, but the team packed and moved all that stuff downstairs before we were even able to get upstairs! Likewise, we had not emptied out some cabinets as we were planning on doing it later, but Teresa wanted access as she wanted the house to be immaculate and do the full move-out service promised . So her team packed everything even though none of that was included in the cleaning service. Obviously they aren't movers, but did what needed to be done to make sure the house was immaculate. Which she and her team did -- after she and her team were done with the house, it not only looked better than when we moved in, but I swear it seemed almost new. I could not recommend this company enough.

They send 4 people out here and it probably takes them at least an hour or 2. They have been reliable and I haven't had any problems. It seem like a fair price but I don't have anything to compare it to.

Although they fit me into their busy schedule they were nearly 50 minutes late which through off our plans for the evening. They broke several small items and did not tell me and took things out of containers and put different things in their place. I still can't find several (inconsequential) things like Q-tips and air freshener. They spent an extraordinarily long time on my 2 full bathrooms upstairs and did a cursory job at best on my downstairs bathroom and kitchen floor. Although my bathrooms were clean, I felt like 2 people taking 2 hours to do a full size bathroom is ridiculous. I contacted them based on their Angie's list rating but will be more cautious in the future.

Arrived on time and left when the work was completed.

Teresa's Cleaning service is excellent, her staff arrives on time, thoroughly cleans every room in the home and leaves the house spotless, clean and fresh. We highly recommend her services

Teresa came with 5 or 6 other staff and they spend 4, almost 5 hours moving furniture around, scrubbing base boards, hand-cleaning floors and windows -- everything you can think of. They also straightened up all the rooms, vacuumed, scrubbed walls, cleaned cabinet doors, appliance fronts, and the stovetop in the kitchen. They even moved stuff around on book shelves to clean under them which a previous cleaner that we recently hired did not do. They were extremely thorough and very easy to work with. They are scheduled to start regular bi-weekly cleanings this week.

I'm ashamed to admit I don't remember exactly when we first started using this service but I believe it's been almost a year now. Very pleased. Teresa came in and did a quick look over the house for a free estimate for one deep clean and cleanings every other week. It was $280 for first deep clean and $140 every other week. We have a 1800sqft home with 3 bedrooms, 1.5 baths and partially finished basement. They did the deep clean and agreed on a good regular time to come. They come with 5 or so people and knock it out very quickly. They are very accomodating when I am at home or request anything special. I have an old dog who they are very nice to and a snake which doesn't seem to freak them out. They bring everything except garbage bags.

Teresa's Cleaning Service responded promptly to my inquiry, made a mutually-convenient appointment for an estimate, and returned within days for an initial deep-cleaning. All of her employees are professional, courteous, hard-working, efficient, and beyond thorough. I have had the pleasure of their service this year and was very appreciative that they could accommodate their schedule for our special occasions that required added attention: bridal shower, wedding, out-of-town guests, etc. I have employed many cleaning services over the last decades and have never been as pleased as with Teresa's Cleaning Services.

It went excellent, we've used several cleaning services in the past and they are by far the best. They clean more thoroughly than anyone we've used in the past. They're always punctual and courteous with a houseful of kids and a dog. It's nice to have someone come in and do such a thorough job on the cleaning. I would definately hire them again in the future and give them my highest recommendation.

The cleaning crew arrived on time and cleaned my townhouse within 2 hours. The cleaners were considerate and removed their shoes at the entrance. Their cleaning process is very well thought out. They cleaned the house very well and it was easier to breath and sleep in the evening after the service.

I walked with them all over the house and made them aware of what needed to be cleaned and a large item in the rec room that we would clean ourselves. All the bathrooms, showers, tubs, sinks. windows, shower doors and toilets were cleaned. I had asked them to close the window shades before leaving and set the house alarm. We had to leave before they completed the cleaning but when we returned we were quite pleased with the work they accomplished. We are very pleased with the service.

I can't believe how wonderful they were. Teresa gave me an estimate first and came out a day or so later to do the work. I am a handicapped senior on a fixed income. I will have them back again and have already told all my friends about Teresa's and Angies list. Five wonderful women came out and started from baseboards to ceiling fans. It was not an easy job, but they did it all in 5 hours and were cheerful about it.
