I was amazed at how hard my team of ladies (4 then Teresa joined halfway though to make sure all was perfect) worked to get my house in shape. They went above and beyond to satisfy me and I will continue to use their services. A++ from this customer. Beyond expectations.

Teresa's Cleaning is tops. The ladies that come to my home really care about the work that they do and seem happy to be doing it. I have been using Teresa's Cleaning for nearly a decade, without interruption, and they have been very flexible when changes are needed.

Teresa has been my cleaning lady since 2014. I love their work. They came with 5 people and cleaned for 8 hrs. They took the windows out. They cleaned the blinds, inside of appliances, inside cabinets, baseboards. Things I didn’t even think about. Teresa came at the 6hr mark and asked them to redo a few areas up to her standards. I was only charged for 6hrs of work. I’m so grateful for their hard work!

Smiles from us. Teresa came over for the consult, and personally supervised the initial cleaning. When we are home, the team is pleasant and professional. When we aren't, we return to a clean home with everything in its proper place. Again, smiles from us--and from our two small dogs.

All of Theresa's employees are super polite and efficient. They do great and consistent work. On the days I am home, they cheerfully work around me with no problem. They come a set day of the week, however, they sometimes come at varying times during the day (that is why I didn't give them an A for Punctuality).

First and foremost, they are through. After a visit, dust has disappeared from moldings, the inside of light fixtures, window blinds, and ceiling blades. I highly recommend this service to anyone concerned with allergies. Second, they are focused and efficient. While quite pleasant (and even cheerful), they come to my home to work. Within moments of arrival, they are on their hands and knees scrubbing a floor or shower. With four workers, the place is shining in an hour. The only matter that could benefit from improvement is communication. I have learned from experience to send any non-routine requests via email before cleaning day. And the crew could be more open in reporting minor mishaps, which are inevitable in an older house. Handles that fall off, curtain treatments that do not reassemble well, items that don’t fit back together when placed back on a shelf – all of these are examples which I do not consider damage but would like to know about before I discover them at an inopportune time. All in all, I am very pleased with Teresa’s Cleaning Service; I look forward to a continuing professional relationship.

Been using them for over 3 years now. They are great. They come and clean our house in 90mins now. They are friendly, caring, and professional. I am happy to have them and LOVE how clean the house is afterwards.

Usually 5 people arrive to do the cleaning of our 4-bedroom house, and it is done in one to one-and-a-half hours. At the end of that time, the house is spotless.

The initial cleaning was fantastic. They showed up on time and cleaning every part of the house. The cleaning was thorough and I am very happy with the results. The quote was for 7 hours and it took them about 8 so don't be surprised if they actually take longer than the quoted time (I still felt it was worth it). Additionally we had this company clean the house every two weeks for about 3 months until we ran into some financial difficulties. After about 3 months we tried to contact the company to begin a cleaning schedule again with no avail (still have not received a call). Figured they were busy. I recommended this service to my brother who owns a house much larger than mine. Surprisingly he got a call back and I did not. The company came in and quoted $140/hr with an estimate of about 12 hours. Unfortunately when they finished they tried to adjust the quote to $240/hr because she said she brought an extra person. While we are happy with the service at both houses we are not happy with the change in quote after service was completed without any mention of any change. We ended up paying the original quoted price but the owner stated they weren't coming back because of it. It almost seemed like she didn't need the business. Ultimately all parties involved were happy with the service, however, the attempted change in quote was unfortunate.

She did great work, but her responsiveness and follow-up was horrible. I used her services two years ago and thought she did great, but she was often late and the very last time she showed up several hours late. I opted not to use her again. I thought I would let bygones be bygones and try her again because I am moving. She responded one time to my several phone calls and said she would call back and never did. Poor customer service is what I now associate her with. Too bad because she really did do great work.

I underappreciated how exceptionally effective and professional Theresa and her team were. They needed no instructions, but would transform our house every month. They cleaned under, around, and above and did it very quickly and efficiently. I think their work is well worth the cost. I highly recommend to anyone.

When I interviewed Teresa, I found that most of the tasks other services called "extra" were part of her normal routine. I checked multiple references before hiring her, and everyone was very happy (and in some cases, had been for decades). She and four other women came to clean my house today for the first time. Everyone was talking and laughing and generally looking like they were happy to be there to clean my house. I left to run an errand, came back and found one woman on my kitchen island cleaning the top of the ceiling-mounted light fixture, and another kneeling in front of my fireplace cleaning each fireplace tool individually. I've had many cleaning services in over the years, and no one has ever even NOTICED the fireplace tools, let alone cleaned them. They are amazing! (I'm putting in the cost as zero because they aren't finished cleaning so I don't know how much it will be yet.)

- Motto is (or should be) "The customer is always wrong!" - Far too expensive for the services rendered - Cleaners themselves have scant English skills, but it's apparent that they are terrified of Teresa. - With good reason. I found her rigid, argumentative and condescending. - Only what was verbally agreed on may be cleaned, even if they didn't understand the agreement in the first place. - They only cleaned twice, broke items and then denied it. - Didn't replace anything to its original place after cleaning. - On the plus side, what they do clean was done very well, but not enough to get to that second star.

Teresa and her crew were amazing! They attacked my house and made sure every aspect was cleaned. The job was a little bigger then then initially thought, but Teresa made sure they still did everything she quoted. They did not leave until the job was complete and Teresa stuck true to her quote of quality and price. I would highly recommend her service to any and everybody I know.

I am writing this review in order to address the errors that were made in my comments when I was called by Angie's List for a phone review. We have used a number of different cleaning companies over the past several years, and I say without hesitation that this cleaning service was the best quality that we have experienced. It seems to me that the challenge of finding a cleaning service for your home really is about finding a company who has the same vision and standards that you may have as to what cleanliness even is. If there is a huge gap between what the client expects and what the service can deliver, the professional relationship will always be a stressful one. That pretty much describes the situation with cleaning companies that we had become used to having. When I met Teresa, she said that she would show me what clean is; not to worry that I'd be disappointed. She was correct; their standard of cleanliness is great. Teresa herself is a kind and genuinely a nice person. Her team, as well, we're easy to work with. She has many people in her crew (I believe 5 that night), which was important to us. We have a very large home and really needed a good cleaning, so we really prioritize having a crew that can cover lots of ground quickly. Her crew members are able to work independently and appear to take pride in doing a job well. So often it is the case that the crew members of a particular service are unfriendly, unenthusiastic, unable to communicate with you, or just appear to be overall unhappy to be there providing the service. Not so with this company. It is very obvious that they truly aim to please. In all honesty, the cost of this service was/is a challenge for our situation, but considering that we hope to continue using this service from here on out, we are obviously willing to try to work with it! Finding the right cleaning company for your family's situation is a challenge for so many families we know and we sincerely hope that we have just found the company that will be the right fit for us.

.Over all we have been very pleased with the cleaning provided. They clean all the upholstered furniture every time. They clean all the hardwood floors, tile floors, carpeting, blinds, curtains. three bathrooms done very well and the kitchen shines. If we have any issue we call Teresa and she handles it promptly

They are great. The workers are excellent. The service is excellent. They are excellent in completing the work promptly. I would recommend them to a friend and I have recommended them.

Very good quality.It turned out to be more expensive.We didn't like the negotiating practices on prices. We ended up spending more than we agreed to. The quality was good, however.
