Description of Work: We wanted to give my mother the gift of a cleaning for Christmas. Teresa and her team were wonderful! We were able to schedule a cleaning within a few days. My mother was extremely pleased with the outstanding service she received. She said they rolled up the area rug and gave the floors a good scrubbing. Her house was cleaner than we have ever seen it! The team worked diligently the entire time. I highly recommend Teresa’s cleaning service.

Description of Work: I hired Teresa's Cleaning Service about 7 months ago and used it consistently every 2 weeks. Overall I was happy with it and would have continued but decided that I really couldn't continue to pay the cost twice a month. To reduce to once a month would have increased the fee and it wasn't enough of a savings to benefit me. I've not had much experience with cleaning services in the past but there were a couple of things I really liked about Teresa's. There was a crew of 3 (sometimes 4) ladies and they were finished in 60-90 minutes. Since I'm at home, I liked that they were out quickly. I will add that my house is small, about 1500 sq. ft, there is only myself, my husband, and one cat. The crew always did a really fine job, much better than any service I've had in the past, and I suspect they are not overpriced for the quality. But I don't really have enough current experience with other services to compare. There were a couple of issues w/breakage but they were resolved, annoying but not enough that I would not continue to use them or rehire in the future. Teresa was always responsive and accommodated an occasional schedule change when I needed. The crew was fairly punctual, usually within 15 minutes of my scheduled time, occasionally a little later. But they were reliable and personable. However, I'll note that the crew is Spanish-speaking, and a couple of times, communication would have been more difficult were it not for the fact that I know some basic Spanish. All in all, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this service.

The pricing is on a sliding scale depending on the size of the home. They are a little bit slow to respond. I highly recommend Teresa's Cleaning Service.

+ -1 moreAMAZING! I had Clean as a Whistle in two weeks ago and was very disappointed. Today, Theresa's wonderful team was here promptly at 8am, and four women spent 3 hours cleaning my home top to bottom (first clean is always longer and more expensive--any company that tells you otherwise is not doing a thorough job of cleaning). I am absolutely thrilled. We were so in awe of how thoroughly clean everything was, my husband, as a joke, ran his fingers along the top of door frames and paintings--perfectly clean! And the whole crew is a pleasure. Thanks Angie's List for introducing me to Teresa's service--highly recommended!
Description of Work: First visit today was a thorough deep clean to get the house up to par. I will have them in every two weeks for maintenance cleaning. Four women spent three hours in our home, and it is impeccable, top to bottom.

+ -1 moreAfter seeing the awesome reviews for this company I thought that I would give them a call and have them provide me with an estimate. I assumed that I would be going with them given how happy everyone was with there service. I called on 5/12/09 and left a message asking for an estimate. Was called back on 5/13/09 and told Teresa would come out on Friday at 7pm to provide the estimate, so I gave them my address. I was then called 4 more times asking for my address on Friday. Then a little before 7pm I get a phone call from Teresa's husband telling me she wasn't coming because I am out of their service area. What, they couldn't have figured this out 2 days ago when I originally talked to them? It says on Angie's List that they are statewide. When I told him this he said well Angies list only give you a few options to either pick one place or the state so we picked the state and figured we would just tell people that we didn't go to them. That isn't cool... apparently they only serve HOWARD COUNTY.... that isn't statewide! Make sure you have them look up your address before you arrange a meeting time with them... apparently your time isn't valuable.... I was glad that I didn't take off work early for them.

We had one snafu at the beginning where they forgot to include us for the cleaning but Teresa was very responsive and they came the following day. Have had chain/national cleaning services from the area in the past and Teresa's group equals and in many ways exceeds all of the others. They are very accommodating in determining what you want done and what products are to be used. So far, they are outstanding and I am very happy with them!

They come in a team of four women and my mother told me that one of them was in my master bathroom the entire two hours they were here. They charged $60 extra for the first cleaning, but it was worth every penny. These people know how to clean. _________________________________________ Update: I can't believe I have been with this company for over three (3) years now. Incredible. Teresa and her staff are amazing. Not only do they care about my house, they care about my children. When my infant son was being cared for by a nanny from a reputable local service, she let him fall off the changing table and didn't tell me. Teresa and her crew saw the whole thing and called to ask me that evening if the baby was OK and to tell me that they didn't like the way the nanny treated the baby after he fell (put him in a pack-in-play when he will still crying after the fall). Can you imagine my gratitude to Teresa and her crew? I called that nanny and fired her right on the spot. Three years later, Teresa and her crew are still doing a great job. I haven't always been the perfect client (had to cancel at the last minute a couple of times, accidentally left the door alarmed, etc.) but they have been gracious and accomodating.
Description of Work: This company cleaned my town home top to bottom and cleaned EVERY surface imaginable, including doors, blinds, windowsills, and you'll love this --the hotplate of the coffee maker. . .you name it, they wiped it. The bathrooms were gleaming and there was not a speck on the floor.
