The crew did an excellent job. There were five women, including Teresa, who worked forf 5-6 hours. They cleaned walls,kitchen cabinets, windows (inside), light fixtures, floors. They moved everything off of bookshelves, cleaned the shelves and replaced everything.

They arrived on time, brought all their own equipment and products, and worked hard for 5 hours.

They showed up on time, cleaned well, and left quickly. We were pleased.

I have used other housecleaning services, and so I had an idea of what would happen. I really underestimated their thoroughness, their dedication and the quality of their work. I am astounded at the quality of this service.

I hired Teresa for an initial cleaning and hoped to use her team in the future on a regular basis. The initial cleaning was $280 for a three level townhouse. I thought it was a bit much, but she assured me that her team was very skilled and she was bringing a total of 3 people so they could be done by 5pm. We agreed via phone on a date and time: 6/26 at 3pm. She showed up on time with 5 people including herself. I asked how long would they take and she said 2 hours. I stayed in the basement most of time, but was a tad disturbed by the loud music and singing on the main level. Teresa was on the top level and a couple of the younger girls were on the middle level. Almost 3 hours into the cleaning, one of the girls came through the front door with bags of McDonalds. The 3 younger girls proceeded to eat on the couch and on the diningroom table and were carrying on loud enough to wake up my son who was asleep in the basement! About 15 minutes later, I heard Teresa come down and the music was turned off. Then she and the other woman sat down to eat also. I have never paid for a cleaning service where people --ALL 5--stop to eat when they are already running 1 hour behind a quoted timeframe. I walked upstairs and asked Teresa how much longer would they be...that it was 6:00. She replied "we are taking a 10 minute break." 15 minutes later, they all began working again. I don't even eat on my own couch, so for strangers I dont know to sit in my livingroom and at my table to break bread when they were paid for a service was unprofessional. I enlisted the opinion of several friends and family and NO ONE I know has ever had a cleaning service stop to eat in the middle of a cleaning, especially when running late. We aren't talking about a snack here...15 to 30 minutes to stop and eat what appeared to be dinner. They should have eaten before they came OR finished and then go eat. The cleaning was impeccable. They did a great job. However, between the music, singing, horseplay between the younger girls, and the eating McDonalds on my couch and at the diningroom table, I will not enlist their services again. It's a shame because they do good work, but when you pay $300 you expect a certain level of professionalism. Moreover, after witnessing this type of behavior, I would trust letting them come and go in my house and KNOW that they were actually working, not eating, and horsing around.

She has always been very professional and her crew that she sends is wonderful. Same one every time and I appreciate that.

I have used this service for a couple of years. I got their name from Angie's List. I think they do an excellent job. I don't have any complaints. I have been very happy with them. They show up when they are supposed to. I will continue to use this provider.

We were referred to Teresa's Cleaning Service by a friend, and contacted her to set up an initial cleaning. Teresa came by to give us an estimate and we then set a date for the cleaning. Overall, it took them around 7 hours to fully clean our house, and we were very pleased with the results. The previous owners left our home "broom-swept" clean as required, but Teresa's staff truly made our home shine, and they were so detail-oriented and hardworking; nothing was overlooked. After this cleaning, we hired Teresa's company to clean our home regularly, and we are consistently happy with the results.

Well they were really really nice. They had four or five girls she brought in to help. The house really needed a lot of cleaning. They even cleaned out the laundry tub in the basement. They wiped the doors down, and the windows. They did forget to clean inside the oven, but are coming back. They were very professional, courteous, and they did a really good job. They did a lot that I didn't even know they would do.

i emailed several, got a call back from theresa first. confirmed estimate and job description over the phone. emailed directions to my house. they arrived on time, took only an hour and a half and very good cleaning, charged less but didn't remember to pull out appliances. i called back and theresa sent out 3 people to do that task the next day, then i paid the rest of the 300 agreed upon. overall i would use them again. very honest and they make it right when there's a misunderstanding.

They were pricey. They broke few things. They were very detail oriented. I would not use them in the future.

Teresa called me that they had done what was included in the big deal but my house was so dirty that they couldn't get it all done. She was asking for more money, I can't remember how much right now, to finish the bathroom and bedroom downstairs. I live in a townhouse with hardwood floors. I used to have cleaners in the past but have been cleaning the house myself weekly for the last couple of years. The cleaner I used previously, charged $65 to get the whole house done. I found her statement that my house was really dirty therefore she needed more money, offensive and just an excuse (a bad one at that) to try and get more money. I told her to just leave it as is and that I wasn't paying more.

They are fantastic and really good. They are very thorough. They charge me about $145 for their services. I use them regularly. They come every other week.

They are great. They bring 4 people and stay for an hour and a half. They are completely honest.

TERESA'S CLEANING SERVICE LLC - Housecleaning 4 people come in and clean our house for an hour. We had a coupon through Angie's List. Showed up when they said they would. Did a fine job.

I emailed them several times to schedule the service, but they never responded. It is possible that the emails did not get forwarded from Angie's list.

A group of about 4 ladies come and do a thorough clean. I used to have weekly but now as there are fewer people in the house, I do monthly. They are excellent. They c lean everything in sight! They do baseboards, every cupboard surface.. everything. Teresa has been great. She is very accommodating for schedule. I like her a lot. Sometimes they do clean the windows from inside. I highly recommend them.

I've used 6 cleaning services over the past 15 or so years for my 2.5 BR house that was built the early 1990s, and Teresa's was by far the most expensive. My previous company charged $120, but based on good recommendations from a friend, I decided to give Teresa's a try. We had a rough start with Teresa and her crew. On the initial clean, they did extra things that we had not agreed upon and did not clean things that we did agree upon, and then Teresa wanted more money for the initial clean than she originally quoted. I wanted things to work, so I paid her the extra money that she requested, and she agreed to complete the remaining work over the next several cleanings. After that things went pretty well and her crew seemed to do a pretty good job for a while, but in honesty I don't feel that they were much better than other cleaning services I have used - not enough so to justify the additional cost. But I stuck with them since they were doing a pretty good job and fit into my specific schedule requirements, and frankly it's a pain to switch cleaning services. But, over time they began missing more and more things during the cleanings (such as forgetting to clean the refrigerator and dishwasher doors, missing pink mildew in the kids bathtub, leaving food stuck on the grout on kitchen floor, cobwebs, etc). Eventually this bugged me enough that I started looking for another service. I called Teresa to cancel and she offered me a free deep clean and asked that I give her crew a second chance. I agreed to this, and the deep clean went well and I was hopeful that her crew would be more mindful of the details were missing so that could continue the service. But then Teresa called the day before they were scheduled to come back to clean my house and said that her crew was no longer comfortable cleaning my house and that they were cancelling me! She said she would return my key the next morning at 9 am. I made her aware that I had plans for an outing with my kids later that morning but that we would be there at 9 am to meet her. It turned out that she was 1 hour and 50 minutes late dropping off the key, which screwed up my plans with kids (and really annoyed me). What an unprofessional way to end a business relationship.

I’ve been using her for over a year now and I am very happy with her service. Whenever I call and cancel, she is willing to reschedule. They are reliable and they come on time every Monday. They do a good job.

I spoke to her in early May. I set a date for today, I confirmed it with her this morning. She said they would be here at 3:30, and they never showed up. I got no phone call, it was just a no-show.

Theresa returned my call promptly. We arranged to meet and discuss the work I needed to have done. She gave me an estimate at the time she and I met. Theresa arrived with five women who work for her. She and I walked through the house with her manager. Her manager explained what needed to be done to the other employees. Theresa left. They used my cleaning products because of my request that they do so. They worked for four hours non-stop. The windows were the most difficult part of the job. They are not professional window-cleaners, but they did a good job. They were very pleasant to have in the house.

We have used Teresa's service since October 2010. She is great. On the first contact Teresa came out and did a thorough evaluation of our home. She pointed out several areas that we did not even notice. She was able to put together a comprehensive plan for our cleaning. And we were able to negotiate very reasonable rates for the initial cleaning and subsequent bi-weekly cleanings. On the initial cleaning visit Teresa showed up with four of her people and they cleaned the entire house from top to bottom it took them about 4 hours. They even wiped down all of the walls. Teresa even brought along plastic boxes and helped my wife organize the items that she keeps on the dresser top in the bedroom. On the subsequent visits (every other week) Teresa sometimes comes out but it is always the same four people who come, which is great for us as we don?t like the idea of having strange people come to the house when we are not there. They stay for about an hour and a half cleaning everything. They even wash the dog bowl! If we leave fresh sheets on the bed they will put the old sheets in the washing machine and start it for us and put the new sheets on the bed. They are always friendly and professional and do small things for us when we ask (for example my wife has an old radio that she wanted cleaned up and placed in the nursery which they did without any hesitation). We recently had a new addition to our family and my wife noted that they are very careful when they clean the nursery to the point of making sure they use new cloths when they clean the room. And they wipe down all of the surfaces including the rails on the Changing Table. I look forward to coming home on the days that they clean everything is very clean and organized. I cannot say enough great things about Teresa?s Cleaning Service!

Our house has never been so clean. Teresa and three other crew members showed up right on time and worked without a break for over 7 hours. They cleaned every nook and cranny, washed all the floors by hand, cleaned the inside of all the cabinets and closets. They lived up to the description of a deep clean. Everything was sparkling and looking brand new when they finished. The price sounds steep, but we feel we got every penny's worth.

They do a good job. We have been using this service since July 2010 and have no plans to switch. 3/14/13: We continue to use Teresa's Cleaning Service at the same price and service we agreed on in July 2010. They are accommodating and are willing to change the cleaning date if we have a party scheduled prior to their normal cleaning date. We continue to be very happy with their service.

It was a little pricier than I expected but they did a great job.
