Description of Work: Top to bottom house clean. Took 10 hours, scrubbed about everything that could possible be scrubbed, walls, floors, cabinets, top of cabinets, etc. House smells and looks great. Will be scheduling a biweekly clean for less money and less time.

Description of Work: Whole house deep cleaning. They cleaned places I had never thought about cleaning. Only issue is that the number of hours required to complete our house was significantly underestimated, and we were charged by the hour. Therefore our actual cost was more than double the initial estimate. I had no concerns about paying the final amount and they definitely didn't inflate their hours... my house was THAT DIRTY!

Description of Work: Understandably they came a little late due to bad weather but they called with a new time which was accurate. This was the first visit so they required a complete top to bottom clean. The price was higher than expected but they did a fabulous job.

Description of Work: After interviewing many companies we select Teresa's cleaning service and scheduled our first appointment, which was to be an initial deep cleaning. While we knew this first appointment was going to be expensive, we had no idea how incredibly thorough they were going to be. Our house has never been this clean, not even when we moved in. They cleaned everything, from the normal stuff like vacuuming and dusting to the incredibly unexpected. They cleaned the dead bugs out of my light fixtures, the grease off the shelf in my kitchen that's 8.5 feet off the ground, and other things I am sure I haven't even realized yet. Our house was spotless. | |Obviously they won't always be so thorough, but the prices is much more reasonable on a scheduled basis as well. After only one appointment, we couldn't be happier with the choice.

Description of Work: Teresa and crew cleaned my townhouse after all construction was completed and cleaned my new house after we moved in. Their deep cleaning is incredible. They actually hand clean from floor to ceiling. Everything sparkled so much I did not want to let anyone in my house. I was so happy they now come every other month for a regular house cleaning. The regular house cleaning is not quite as thorough but still does a great job. They are expensive but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend them. Just keep in mind they are always about 30mins late, but usually good at letting you know.

Description of Work: I decided to contact this company last year to get a whole house cleaning due to excellent reviews. At first the cleaning was exceptional, if not a little pricey. I then switched to monthly cleaning of my bathrooms. Teresa never set up a recurring appointment, so I contacted her every month to set this up. She would give me a 2-hour window in which to expect them, and I think they were on time only once. Otherwise, they were 2-4 hours late, if they showed up at all. The cleaning was fine (better than the average cleaning service), but one time the cleaning was sub-par. They did send someone out to re-clean, and the service was acceptable. The problem I have with this company is their lack of communication. The past 2 months, no one showed up at my house on the appointed date and time. I understand that issues arise (weather, cleaner out sick, car breaking down, etc.), but I would not receive a phone call or email to let me know of these issues. I am very accommodating, but after this happened 3-4 times over a six-month period, I realized that I was not an important customer.

Description of Work: I had purchased an Angie's List Big Deal, and I had never used Teresa's Cleaning Service before. Teresa and her hard-working crew of house cleaners arrived a few minutes early, and went right to work. They did a very thorough cleaning and scrubbing job on my kitchen, living room, dining room, and 3 bathrooms, including cleaning off the fronts of the kitchen cabinets, carefully dusting all knickknkacks, books and other decorative objects, and they thoroughly vacummed and hand-cleaned the hardwood floors and tile floors. They brought all of their own supplies, and appeared to have a well-organized division of labor among the crew, so that each member knew exactly what she needed to do. Teresa was easy to communicate with, and she directed the work of the others, most of whom appeared not to speak much English, but, as my communications were with Teresa, this was not a problem. I was very impressed with the diligence and pleasant attitude of the entire cleaning crew, I highly recommend them, and I am likely to use Teresa's Cleaning Service again.
