Rather superficial, but good enough.

This is the 2nd time I hired Sparkletime, and they were just as good if not better. They were on time, very professional, and even worked around my changing work schedule. I can't say enough good things about this company, and especially the women who clean for them. I highly recommend and will use again in the future. Thank you!

Two person staff worked very hard cleaning the entire house. All rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, etc. Dusting, vacuuming. Very thorough, professional

What a wonderful company! I cannot say enough about how positive this experience was. We had an absolute disaster of a dust situation in our house after extensive construction, to the point where one of us could not even live in her room. SparkleTime came, and when they realized how bad the situation was, they brought in heavy duty equipment, and they stayed for over 12 hours! I cannot believe the level of detail they employed (cleaning out every single cabinet and open space). The quality of their work was so impressive, I cannot believe this is the same house! They also were very personable and a pleasure to have in my home. I look forward to hiring them again for much less extensive, maintenance cleaning. What a first-rate group!

I and my husband are very particular about our house being cleaned. I did not think I would be so willing to let a service come in and clean our home. The girls came on time and did such a wonderful job on all rooms. Best decision I ever made, very professionally run! The owner of the company called to make sure we were satisfied before his team left and I was. I will for sure use Sparkletime Cleaning Service again. Thank you, for making my life a lot easier.

After the initial emails we were then told that it "takes more time" to clean an empty house. Ludicrous. The advertisement did not stipulate a time constraint nor that there was any concern beyond house sizes. There were extra charges for cleaning of appliances which we had never requested. This company is deceptive in their practices with trying to, essentially, renegotiate a price for service beyond what is stated in their ad. DO NOT USE this service unless you have a conversation and be prepared to ask for everything in writing. I can't tell you if they know how to clean or not. We cancelled the transactionThey will never set foot in one of our properties.

It went okay. They did a decent job. It wasn’t totally perfect, but it was sufficient. I appreciated how responsive they were to short notice on my part, and willing to work around my schedule. I would give them an A-.

I was told that it would be a complete cleaning, but they didn't move chairs to wash the floor under dining room. I just feel that they didn't do what I expected .

This is the second time I've used the service. The first time, the service sent two women to clean my house for five hours. The second time, they only sent one person for about 7 hours. While she was diligent in her work, the house cleaning would have been more thorough with two people. I keep up the house pretty well in between professional cleaning, but my house is 3500 sq ft and there's just no way for the service to deliver all they promise to do with only one person. I'm on the fence about whether I'll use them again.

I had a specific date in mind that I wanted to confirm before purchasing the deal/ the owner replied promptly to my question and scheduled the cleaning as requested. They were set to arrive between 4:30 and 5:30, but earlier in the day the owner called to say that due to weather related issues (it was during the snow and ice events) , they would be running a little late. One person arrived during the new time window given, and immediately set to work. Throughout the evening 2 more workers arrived. They did a very thorough cleaning, and stayed until after 10:30 at night to complete the job. I was very satisfied with their work.

We had a great experience from start to finish with Sparkletime. The communication was prompt and excellent, the price was very reasonable, and the cleaning itself was very thorough and well done. We would definitely call them again if we need cleaning services in the future.

People were OK but the cleaning was insufficient. Dust and cobwebs left, no cleaning underneath sofa for example.

Fantastic service. The team at Sparkletime knew we had a specific timeframe and went out of their way to get it done....In a terrible snowstorm!!! Their communication ahead of time to confirm the appointment was appreciated. They were professional courteous and very thorough. I would highly recommend their service. They paid attention to all of the details - including ceiling fans etc. We would definitely use them again.

I called Sparkletime prior to purchasing the Angies List deal they were offering to confirm availability. The gentleman I spoke with was very professional and I was able to schedule services within a week of my purchase date. The cleaner arrived on time and made sure to check with me on exactly what I needed done. All in all, it took about 4 hours and I was pleased with the end result.

They called that morning to ask if it was alright that they be a bit early, which worked out much better for us. They arrived at the agreed upon time and went right to work. The house was recently vacated and being made ready for the new tenants. They cleaned everything (baths, kitchen, wood and carpeted floors, baseboards all in several hours. They did wonderful work and were very understanding and pleasant. I would highly recommend this company.
