Description of Work: I had several unanticipated scheduling changes which they accommodated. They were prompt, professional and I will hire them again.

Description of Work: General cleaning. What they did was good but I didn't realize until after they left that they had not vacuumed the steps going to the basement which I had specifically asked them to do. It took them quite a while to do my small home. They were friendly, but were afraid of my small dog, so I had to keep him away from them. I do wish companies would let you know that ahead of time; maybe they could ask whether you had pets. My dog is not aggresive, but he does bark, so there's no blame, just a need-to-know. As I said, what they did was well-done; however, not worth $300 as the advertised "regular price."

Description of Work: Cleaned our house prior to an open house. There was an issue with their vacuum cleaners, but the owner came by with one, saved the day. They cleaned some areas they missed on a previous visit, so I gave them an A overall. They are a little more expensive than my old cleaning company, but more thorough and responsive.

Description of Work: The cleaning was done well for a one person team. Was surprised only one person was sent to do the job of an entire house cleaning. But she did a good job and went back to re-do some spots that were missed. Overall good value for the money.

Description of Work: Two ladies cleaned the house top to bottom for a good 3.5 hours. They were amazing and I will be booking them in the future.

Description of Work: She arrived promptly. Cleaned entire house including vacuum, dusting, floors, etc. in a timely manner. She was very professional and did a fantastic overall job. I would definitely use this service again

Description of Work: They cleaned 3 bedrooms and 3 baths plus kitchen,living/dining combo,family room,and mud room. I returned home just as they were leaving. The garbage bag was sitting in the kitchen floor. They said they didn't know where to put it. My garbage can sits outside right next to the door in the mud room. One peak outside would have revealed it. Professionals should take the garbage they create with them, in my opinion but certainly not leave it in the floor for the homeowner to dispose of it. There were cobwebs visible on a couple of chair legs and the leg of an armoire plus wood floor under the chairs that were not touched. Also an area of carpet I had to run the vacuum over. It was a big job for 2 people so I would give a B-. I probably would not use them again at their full price. The $199 was a special.

Description of Work: They were late. There was only one cleaner cleaning a townhouse, so she skipped over a lot of areas. Although she used cleaning supplies that made it smell good she only wiped down dirty surfaces. For example, my shower doors were only wiped down so there was still soap scum on them. There was a grimmey film in my sinks. It did not look as though my place had even been dusted. My bedding was merely drapped across the beds...my 10 year old could have done a better job at making his own bed. I am quite sure that if I were not their last customer for the day and there had been more than one cleaner they would have done a better job...at least I hope. In all, I will not use them again, no will I not recommend their services.
