When we could not agree to a mutual scheduling time, Angies list told me it would take 7 business days to get my refund. |I have canceled my membership and will let everyone know about their holding your money policy."

This is the kind of review that makes a hard working company/manager/employee feel frustrated. If the problem was with Angie’s List and not with us why were we rated a B? Why are we taking the heat for the anger the customer feels towards Angie’s List? Angie’s List is a multimillion dollar company and the review above will have no impact on them but on us. If the review was meant for Angie’s List why post it against us?! lol.

Description of Work: Manny is very flexible with regards to schedule, and he is very easy to reach (i.e. textable). His staff does an excellent job. We have used two other companies prior to Sparkletime, and of the three companies, his staff does the most thorough job with reasonable pricing.

We have a record of every single customer we have ever serviced from our first day of business. This is not a customer of ours and Angie’s List has been notified. I believe he is mixing us up with another company, this has happened to us in the past and Angie’s List was able to resolve the matter in a timely manner. I hope this can also be resolved in a timely manner as it’s not fair to take a hit for something we did not do. This is very frustrating. We hope this is not a competitor, because the person also never left any detail or explained why they are rating the intended company an F! My suggestion to Angie’s List is to make sure customers provide some detail/description for negative reviews to ensure that the right company gets the right review. Reviewers should be required to provide specific details, for example a point of contact the customer spoke to or phone number, the type of service requested/provided. This will mitigate review errors.

We did a walk-through with the customer and she was satisfied with the service I called the customer when we saw her review to find out why she felt the service we provided to her last year was rushed. And she responded by saying: Initially one cleaner showed up for the job (she bought a one person voucher) and a second cleaner joined her afterwards. The customer stated that shortly after the second cleaner arrived, the job was completed. We sent a second cleaner over to assist the first cleaner at no additional cost to the customer. We thought we were offering a “perk” to the customer by sending an additional cleaner to her house. It follows logic that two people work faster than one person doing the same job. We send additional cleaners to assist others, if they finish work at nearby job locations. I asked her if she had any problem with the cleaning itself and she said no. I really don’t understand the customers reasoning behind the low rating if she didn’t have any problem with the quality of work other than her perceived notion that the service was rushed only because a second cleaner came over to help. I guess the mistake we made was that we did not communicate our reason for sending a second cleaner to help with the cleaning. Now we know better.

Description of Work: I ask them to send two cleaners. On the phone, they said that was not a problem. Then, a few days later, they said (they emailed, sent me an Angie's List message, and called my cell) the deal expressly says they can send 1 or 2 cleaners, and they can't guarantee that I'd get 2. I really didn't care if I got one or two, but the whole thing was such a hassle I went with a different company.
