Description of Work: They deep cleaned our carpets and did a whole house cleaning. The carpets initially looked great, however many spots/stains were not removed, but overall the carpet looked better. As for the cleaning, the house looked better, however many spots were missed. Fans were not dusted, curtain rods were not dusted, vents were not vacuumed, the ledge around the soaking tub wasn't touched, the shower doors were mostly clean, baseboards were not touched, and tile floors were not vacuumed or washed. If these things were extra, I was not made aware.

The issue of the uncleaned areas was due to miscommunication between our cleaners. We are happy and enthusiastically willing to correct any oversight on our part. We have offered the customer a "redo". However, she has not scheduled the "redo" appointment. Customer satisfaction is our aim and we will fix any oversight on our part. Any reputable carpet cleaning will tell you that not all stains are removable. Depending on the cause of the stain(ex ketchup, wine) and how long the stain has set, a stain may become permanent. We made the customer aware of this fact. We are glad that the customer noted that overall the carpet looked better.

Description of Work: The cleaning person was a bit late, due to some of her co-workers being out sick, but I received a call to make me aware of this situation. She did a great job of cleaning my entire house. Everything looked great when she left. I really appreciated having a nice clean house for the holidays. I would definitely use Sparkletime again!

Description of Work: Bought a coupon, however, I misread the coupon and it did not apply to move-out cleaning. Owner explained this to me and it was my mistake. He did schedule extremely fast cleaning for a move out. His crew came a little later than expected, but communication was excellent to inform me of these changes. The team does not clean walls or trim during these cleanings but overall did an excellent job. Carpet cleaning was adequate as well. Overall, landlord impressed prior to our move out.

Description of Work: The service was advertised as a deep cleaning with no time limit. The actual cleaning occurred in less time than other companies I've paid in the past and I can't agree that it was a "deeper" cleaning than any other services I've used before for a significantly higher price.

The service was advertised as a “whole house cleaning” not a “deep cleaning” and yes there was no time limit. We are not sure what the problem is. Is it the cleaning? Is her dissatisfaction with the cost of service? Or the length of time it took? As with any job or occupation, no two companies or employees spend the same amount of time on the same project, some are fast and some slow. We have very experienced and efficient employees, so we don’t waste time with any project. The whole house was cleaned as advertised and the customer did a walk through at the end of the service. This is a very vague review as it does not point out any problems with the quality of the cleaning itself.
