Emmanuel was extremely professional and flexible with my schedule. They arrive at expected time and the woman who cleaned worked extremely hard all day. The service was purchased through Angie's Big Deal and they fulfilled all their promises. I do have a large home and hard wood floors, throughout. She was a very hard worker and never stopped although I offered refreshments. My house gleamed and sparkled when she was done. In the later afternoon someone else came to help her in order to finished the job on time. Their service is well named, "Sparkletime cleaning"

Overall, I am incredibly pleased with the service I received. I have 2 dogs that shed A LOT and when they left--the house was spotless.

We purchased the Big Deal Deep Housecleaning. Overall, we are very pleased with the level of service and professionalism of everyone. Our house has never been cleaner! They arrived at the appointment time and began work immediately. The two people that came to clean our home was courteous, friendly and worked methodically for over four hours to clean our home. This was our first "house cleaner" experience and we are very satisfied with the whole experience. Definitely would recommend this company!

I recently moved back into my townhouse that I had been renting out for several years. The house really needed cleaning as it had been vacant for a few months. The cleaning was performed by one woman. She did an excellent job. Better than I could ever do. She even cleaned the windows. The house was spotless!

Emmanuelle and his assistant did an excellent job shampooing my carpets. I have two cats, so there were some areas that really needed cleaning. The carpet looked almost brand new after they were done. I also had them use a deodorizer on the carpet. The house looks and smells clean.

When I asked if the window shutters could be done, the staff said "sure". They worked fast and efficiently, wasting no time.

This was my first experience with a professional cleaning service. I learned of the vendor via an Angie's List Big Deal so this was a low risk trial. I received an appointment immediately and the provider arrived an hour early (that didn't cause a problem). The cleaning technician did a great job in the bathrooms -- the guest bathtub has never looked better. The dusting (which I particularly dislike doing) was also first rate, though she didn't replace items exactly as I might have done myself. Vacuuming was a different story. For some reason, she didn't vacuum the den. Maybe I didn't exit the room promptly or she just ran out of time. While disappointing, this wasn't a deal breaker. In the end, I appreciated not having to perform these tasks myself. I'm considering routine service.

To start, I will say, for the deal price I got, the woman that cleaned my home did an EXCELLENT job. She was all alone in her cleaning though so it took a lot longer than expected. When all was said and done, we never went over the whole house to check on what was done. I really wish I had done that. The longer the day got, and the supervisor came back, the more they both started rushing through. My kitchen was left with the microwave undone and the cabinets where not wiped down as I expected. These were minor as I was really impressed with the work that was done. I would definitely let her come back to clean again, she was, for the most part, very thorough. HOWEVER, I would NOT have any carpet cleaning done. The man came back with a hardwood floor cleaning machine to clean one room of carpet that was included in the deal. This was the wrong machine, as it put soap on the floor but did not take it back up. I had that room redone the next day to take up the soap that was left in the rug making it crinkly. Also, pushing that machine around in that room, he hit a piece of furniture and broke an heirloom porcelain cup. I was dismayed that he didn't have more control over the machine, or move the items or ask me if I wanted to move the items. I would have if I had seen the machine he was wielding. He offered to glue it back together. I declined. With all that said, I really loved how clean my home was. This one woman worked so hard in my large home. I was very impressed. They really should have had more than one person though and a carpet cleaning or steam machine and not that one for hardwood floors would be good. Knowing all of this, I would recommend them for the cleaning, especially for this deal price. Overall, I was very pleased.

It was easy from the time they contacted me for the cleaning. They communicated quickly and clearly. They asked if they could move the cleaning time up and when I could not move it up as early as they requested, they were accommodating to my schedule. They listened as to what I needed done and not done and they worked to complete the job efficiently. They went through each room with me at the end of the job to inspect it and completed everything as expected. I would definitely recommend them to others.

In preparation to put our house on the market, it was suggested we replace the family room, stairway and upstairs hall carpets. I spoke with Emmanuel, the Sparkletime Cleaning Services owner, while comparing estimates and considering cleaning, repair, or replacement. From the first, he was patient, helpful and informative. He twice referred me to other companies on the list, if we decided to go in the repair or replacement direction (services Sparkletime doesn't do). He quoted such a good price, and I liked and trusted him so much that I scheduled a deep cleaning. He made room in his schedule and came out, himself, the next day. The results are more than pleasantly surprising. I can only give him and his company the most glowing review! The carpets looks almost brand new, which is a miracle in a home with a cat. I am so glad I did not spend another thousand dollars to buy a new, cheaper carpet in order to sell the house. He honored the Angie's List coupon, which gave me a more than fair price. I recommend this company to everyone.

Sparkletime did an excellent, professional job (in terms of the cleaning services and the way they conducted themselves). In addition, they were very flexible about scheduling when I was forced to cancel the night before our originally scheduled date. This flexibility is very important to me. Most importantly, we plan to use them on a regular basis going forward.

There was no problem scheduling the work for the time I wanted the day before we had a party at our house. The team confirmed the time shortly before the work. They did an excellent job. They cleaned the whole house including mirrors and accessable windows. They even steam cleaned a larger area of carpet than the deal outlined at no extra cost. I was very impressed with the qualityof hte work. I would definately use them again.

I was very pleased with the service. I set up a time and although the cleaners were a little late, I was warned well beforehand that they were running late and then informed of their new ETA in a later update, which kept me perfectly happy. Stuff happens, and I appreciated the professionalism. My home and belongings were treated with respect, everything got nice and clean, and my bathtubs are sparkling. I plan on using this service for regular cleaning service going forward.

They arrived early which is good but I had to deal with putting my dogs in a separate area before I expected them. Everyone was very professional and courteous to me but I think that the size of the house was a bit overwhelming.I think that it's a mistake to say in the offering "any size house". We have 3 levels with 3 1/2 baths and initally there was only one person there to clean. The best part of the deal was the carpet shampooing which went quickly and looked very nice but it was overall just an average house cleaning.

I hired Sparkletime based on short-notice availability, price, positive reviews and the fact that they provide both house and carpet cleaning services. After submitting an online request, Emmanuel was quick to contact me and schedule a time that was convenient for me. Leading up to our appointment, he called, that morning, to confirm and again a couple hours prior (he was also very accommodating when I had to postpone the appointment for two hours that same day). Sparkletime arrived several minutes early and Emmanuel and his assistant were quick to get get started. The team simultaneously cleaned carpets and the house, working efficiently to cover over 3,000 sq. ft., including all rooms, windows, bathrooms, kitchen and utility. After doing a final walk through, I found only a couple of inconspicuous areas that were missed, which they quickly resolved. In the end, the work was efficient and thorough. I had a chance to speak with Emmanuel after the work was complete. He provided me with helpful details on his process and "green" cleaning methods. I also asked him about his background and the origins of his company. What I discovered is a businessman with a passion for his own business and for providing exceptional customer service. Emmanuel makes painstaking efforts to hire quality employees and takes personal accountability for the work that is done. Having, in the past, used franchised cleaning services (MollyMaid, etc.), and their fly-by-night employees, I prefer independent businesses that take pride in their work and build trust with their customers. This is my second time using Sparkle to clean my carpets in the last 6 months. With kids and animals they can do a doozy on your rugs. I had one living room, a hallway and 3 bedrooms and they look great. It is clean and drying quickly. They did not use the steam cleaner type like other companies use that offer to clean 10 rooms for $30 then show up at your home and want to tack on all the additional costs. Emmanuel was punctual, friendly did a great job and very affordable. I highly recommend their services.

Their staffs are knowledgeable and friendly. I like that they communicate with me. They inform me when they will be coming.
