Sparkletime Cleaning Service

This is the second time I have hired this company, and the second time I have been very impressed by their service. One person seems to do the work of two. Yetuade, who worked for us on this instance, is a whirlind and I am very impressed by her work. I will definitely be hiring them again.

They arrived on time and went straight to work. They worked non-stop and declined to pause even for a drink of water. They did a very nice job. I will use them again.

It went well. There were just some areas that weren't clean.

Sparkletime provided excellent services! I've never had my house cleaned before and I was surprised at how thorough they were. I bought a big deal for up to 3000 square feet of housecleaning and my house has literally never looked better. I kept finding little surprises throughout the week where the cleaned (like when I opened my microwave and it was spotless). I would highly recommend them. The one thing I will mention is that I did pay extra to have my oven cleaned and they weren't able to get it all the way clean. They were very apologetic and tried everything and honestly whatever is in there is definitely a problem since I've tried everything so I don't blame them at all! Mostly just a forewarning for others if you have something that's really hard to clean. I will definitely use them again in the future!

Sparkletime did a wonderful job cleaning my home. What I love most about this company was that they were running behind on getting to my home BUT the owner came, personally, to see me and the property and brought 2 other cleaners with him. they stayed at my home until night cleaning for top to bottom. I wont forget that - really appreciated it!

I purchased this deal for my daughter who just had a baby and now and three children 3 and under which makes it hard to keep the house clean. The company called a couple of times to schedule the appointment. I gave them my daughter's number so they could schedule. They came on the appointed date and time. Cleaned everything to my daughter's liking and she was very pleased. I think the only down side could be a little bit of a language barrier but they seemed to get through it.

Overall, the cleaning was done well and worth the cost of the voucher. I am not sure if I would pay for the same cleaning at the full price due to missed cleaning of minor details, such as the sink back splash walls, behind faucets, and baseboards.

It went very well. In the future, I'm planning to book them again. They didn't provide a whole lot of communication while they were there in the home. It would have been helpful. They left everything neat and tidy. I would recommend them.

Two women showed up and took direction well. Bathrooms and kitchen cleaned. Rest of the house dusted and vacuumed.

A very sweet lady cleaned our home, and was kind enough to put up with my young children talking to her frequently :) The house looked amazing, and I'm going to schedule future regular cleanings with them. Fantastic job.

Cleaning went great. All the areas were well done and very clean, great smelling cleaner which left the house smelling great. All rooms were vacuumed, dusted, surfaces cleaned and an especially great job in the bathrooms all results in an amazingly clean house in the end. The only places that were not perfect were some of the baseboards which still showed some signs of dust.

Provider arrived and performed the necessary cleaning.

Arrived on time, worked for 5 hours. Dusted, swept, vacuumed, and cleaned all hardwood floors. They were very easy to work with, had the house looking and smelling like new!

My husband and I have been searching for a good cleaning service for a while, we have tried a few others and have failed to be impressed. After today's experience I think we have found out permanent cleaners. After a quick rescheduling from a morning to afternoon appointment they showed up on time, had the supplies they needed, did a quick walkthrough with me, and got right to work. The team of two cleaners cleaned our house top to bottom in about 3 hours and did the kind of job that I have been looking for. We are currently expecting our first child and between work and pregnancy I have been unable to keep my house to my own standards, but Sparkletime did a fantastic job and cleaned my house the way I would clean it. Which is saying quite a bit. I have already asked them to send me quotes for regular cleaning services. Update: I am sorry to report that I have to change my review for this company. They did a wonderful job on our first cleaning and I hired them as a monthly service to clean my home. The next two visits went fine, though by the third visit it felt like the quality of the cleaning was not as good as it had been in the beginning. In January they were scheduled to come by on a Friday, this was after having to convince the owner that my appointments had always been scheduled for Fridays. On Thursday he sent a text confirming they would be there at 10 AM. I said that was fine as I had a doctor's appointment for my infant daughter at 1 PM, and I would be home to let them in. The next morning I got a text informing me that my appointment had been moved to noon. No asking, no apology, just moved it. When I questioned why, he said a member of his staff had a baby and apparently all his other staff had to go that morning to visit her in the hospital. I felt this was very unprofessional, as when I had my child my friend's appropriately waited till after work to come visit me. He argued with me over the whole thing and said none of his other client's minded, but as I had other obligations that day I could not move the appointment. Due to his attitude I decided to cancel all further service with them. They provide a luxury service which means getting it done should not be more of a hassle to me.

I hired them to do a move in cleaning. They did come on time. 3 People came. They were not happy when I pointed things out to them. The shower floors were not cleaned very well. They were satisfied but I wasn't. They showed me what they used. It wasn't the right thing. When I went to the store and bought some soft scrub and they used it , it worked perfectly. Not sure why a product like soft scrub wasn't in their box of tools .When they left several hours later the house did look cleaner but to be honest it wasn't that terrible before. It was just a lot of money for me to have to follow them around.

The ladies were fast and professional and kind. They did a great job with my sticky cabinets and the floors have never looked so nice. They came on time, and hurried to finish as I had to leave to pick someone up. I am greatful for their kindness and hard work. And someone sang so beautifully.... It was relaxing as I was stressing out over a project in my office. Thank you.

For at least 90 days, I read multiple reviews on Angie's list for cleaning services in hopes to find the BEST service provider. The honest reason for this exhaustive search was because I was hesitant to have a "stranger" in my home. After reading multiple reviews, I determined that Sparkletime Cleaning with the #1 company based upon Angie's List reviews. After much consideration, I called Emmanuel of Sparkletime and spoke with him regarding the services needed in my home. After our initial discussion, we agreed upon a price, date and time. In July 2015, two of his employees arrived to commence residential cleaning in my home. They were friendly and kind. I showed them the home and after their walk thru, they immediately began to clean. Five hours later, they were done and my home was "spic and span" clean. From top to bottom. My hardwood floors shined. My stainless steel appliances sparkled and there were no areas left untouched. Within a few minutes, Emmanuel came to our home and inspected the work. He walked thru the home and asked if we had any questions or concerns. This was very impressive. How many business owners take time to come and inspect their employees work? He does this to ensure complete customers satisfaction. We were very pleased. I was relieved. My family was happy. Due to the exceptional service, we retained Sparkletime again this past Friday. We wanted to identify if the initial service was just a one time occurrence or common practice. Well, once again our expectations were EXCEEDED. Our residential cleaning professional cleaned our home herself which is a big task. She was exceptional. To say the least, we are head over heels with the service. After both of these experiences, we are confident that we have finally identified a permanent residential cleaning company. We are so happy and thrilled that we have a reliable, high quality company that goes above and beyond to exceed customer satisfaction. Don't delay booking Sparkletime for your residential cleaning company. You WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!

Crew was very pleasant, worked hard the entire time and did a great, detailed job! Owner arrived at the end of the cleaning to follow up and was very friendly and professional. Will definitely use them again!

The quality of the work was great. I cannot fault the person they sent at all. Unfortunately, that person was all by themselves. This means that the cleaning took upwards of 4 hours, although toward the end a second person showed up. It is a pet peeve of my when cleaning services do this because I feel like it is inefficient and ends up taking forever. I might be a little hesitant about using them again unless i knew they were going to send more than one person.

My impression is that the two women cleaners were intimidated by Emmanuel, the owner of the company who would drop them off at my home and pick them up 2-3 hours later. As I recall, they arrived without cleaning supplies or tools. One woman had a bad back so her activity level was limited. On the second cleaning, Emmanuel dropped off only one woman. When I discussed this with him afterwards, he became rather verbally aggressive toward me. I let the issue drop. In retrospect, I see that his cleaning service is ad hoc and his behavior unprofessional. If he was willing to try to intimidate me, a customer, I have serious concerns about his treatment of employees.

The person they sent came late and my hubby rushed home from a meeting to ensure tha he was in the house prior to them arriving. They came an hour late. I left a list of things to be completed and I was pleased when I first walked in the house as it felt light and clean. But my disappoint grew when I went into the kitchen and passed my finger on some of the appliances and it was dusty. I was disappointed but I shrugged it off. I went upstairs and was pleased to see the master bathroom and the other bathroom was shinning, but as I did another dust check, I find dust on the TV, and the cable box. So I decided to check the fan and realized that was dusty as well. So I grabbed a cloth and spray and cleaned those areas myself. I was hoping that they would really do a great job, so I could finally pick a service cleaner to do my home regularly, but I guess the hunt continues for a great cleaning service.

Slightly below average whole house cleaning for a relatively high price.

They were 1/2 hour late. The woman was polite and did a wonderful job. She started cleaning immediately from top to bottom and took ~5 hours to clean 3 levels - 1 person (thorough job). I would definitely use this service again.
