It went okay. They were decent but were not great. They did a good job but it was not really deep cleaning like it was advertised. They did not charge us anything extra. Maybe I would hire them again but not for deep cleaning.

It was good. They showed up on time. I thought it went well. They weren't able to send us many people so they had one person so they sent one person.

Cleaned bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, dining room and hallway.

My husband and I just moved into our home after a few weeks of construction. We had already moved in our furniture but still wanted a "move in" cleaning. Mr. Beckley was very easy to work with. He really bent over backward to find a convenient time for us and the cleaners did a fantastic job and were very nice. Highly recommend!!

I can't say enough great things about the job performed! Called on Friday to set up an appointment. Emmanuel asked if the following Thursday was OK. I also wanted to get some new carpet installed during the week since I am on vacation, and wanted to get the cleaning done first, so I asked if I could set up something for earlier in the week and he told me he could set something up for Monday, which was perfect for me. Told me he would be over between 9 and 10am, and arrived very shortly after 9. Did a quick walk with me before the cleaning started and the girl started cleaning shortly thereafter and worked non-stop until nearly 5pm! She vacuumed the carpets, swept and mopped all of the tile and hardwood, wiped down everything that could be wiped down, cleaned 3 bathrooms spotless, including one that is rather large, cleaned everything in the kitchen, including inside the cabinets and inside the fridge, and even a bar and some built in shelving I had in the basement. The quality of the job performed not only met my expectations, but far exceeded them! I will be selling a home very soon and will most certainly be calling Sparkletime again as I could not be happier with service I received.

The experience was very good. I would recommend Emmanuel to anyone looking for a hard working, reliable person to clean your carpets. He arrived early! He came in and got right to work. He was very pleasant to work with and a joy to have in our home.

Very well. After 6 hours of non stop working, my home was in better shape than when I bought it. The inside of the microwave was missed, but that was just a minor oversight.

Everything went really well. The team that cleaned were professional and pleasant. They did a great job and the work was done very efficiently.

The service was okay. I expected more people to come, he sent one girl to do my whole house and it took her more than 4 hours and I felt like ran out of steam. It was okay. I wasn't impressed by her cleaning, I had to tell her what to do, and she did. I don't know what products she used, I wasn't thrilled with what she did. In the kitchen, I had to tell her to move the coffee pot and clean under it, I had to do a lot of that, I wasn't thrilled. She was very nice, but I wouldn't recommend her individually. He was very nice, he came in and called her back to do some work. I had other house cleaners, and this was not by any means up there, and I just wanted my whole house cleaned. It wasn't terrible, but it wasn't excellent. The price was fine for my whole house, but the comments I had read online, where they send 2 or 3 people. She ran out of steam and I asked her about it, and she said that is the way it is. I don't think it was fair to send just one girl to do the whole house. She didn't do a good job. There were a lot of things that I did myself which she didn't do and I wasn't expecting to do it. I was just upset that they sent out only one person. He was very good and I think if they sent me the same girl, I wouldn't use them again. She had been in the country only 2 years and she was new and didn't have experience.

One woman cleaned steadily for 5.25 hr and did a great job...even cleaned inside of windows.

My husband and I lead a busy life on top of our family (we both work two jobs and take graduate classes), so unfortunately, cleaning is not always a priority. Emmanuel arrived at our apartment 20 minutes early (we love punctuality) with Hannah. He informed us that it would require a deep cleaning. Hannah worked for 4 hours without stopping and left the place spotless. It didn't even look that good when we moved in! She worked so efficiently and did a much better job in a shorter time than what we would have been able to do. She was so respectful and polite. She was very appreciative of the compliments and tip we gave her. I was more than pleased with her services and would highly recommend Sparkletime to others.

Sparkletime Cleaning Services did an awesome job. I've only used them once but they did do a very thorough job from top to bottom. I purchased a Big Deal from Angie's List for their service so it was a good deal. The only thing outside, it's not their fault, is that if you have a pet such as a dog, that's one thing they have a fear of. I'm not sure if it's fear or insurance reasons. I can't hold that against them. If I could find a place for my dogs I would use them, if not then I maybe wouldn't.

Easy appointment setup. Showed up on time. Very professional and easy to talk to. house looked great and we are planning to use again for semi regular cleanings.

He showed up a little late for the appointment but I did receive a phone call letting me know so that was okay. He got to the home and looked at the carpet. He said that steam cleaning the carpets would be the better option to help get my carpet the cleanest. He said he could do the work but wanted to caution me to that as he didn’t want a dissatisfied customer. I appreciated his honesty about the condition of the carpet.

From setting up the appointment to the actual appointment was easy. They did a complete deep cleaning of our rental appartment in prep for new tenants, which covered floors, appliances, windows, etc. I would use them again and recommend their services.

This was the first time I'd ever had my home cleaned by someone else other than me! Emmanuel, the owner, spoke with me on the phone beforehand to set up a date/time, On the day scheduled, the Sparkletime team arrived on time, Emmanuel walked around the house with me and discussed what I did and did not want, explained his services, future pricing and what it would cover if I was interested, and after the work was done (they were there 5 hours!) had me walk around with him to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. The cleaning team was VERY thorough, very personable, very professional, and did a great job! I was so impressed I scheduled them to come again on a regular basis. I highly recommend them!

The cleaner was supposed to arrive at 1100 AM but did not. Found out later that a call had been left on my wife's cell phone that the cleaner would be late. But, my wife can't use her cell phone at work so I did not receive the message and no message was left on my home phone number. At 1130 I called and found out that the cleaner would arrive around 4:00 PM due to vehicle issues. At approx. 4:30 the cleaner arrived and began cleaning the carpet. Everything appeared to be fine and the cleaner cleaned the living room, dining room and upstairs hallway. After completing cleaning the carpets he left and wife arrived about 15 minutes later. I had my shoes on and didn't notice how damp the carpet was but my wife had taken her shoes off and said the carpets were soaked. She asked how the carpet was cleaned and if the cleaner had used a device to suck up the water that was used while cleaning the carpet. That's when I remembered that he hadn't. My wife took out old carpet cleaner and sucked up over 2 quarts of dirty water from the carpets and then we turned on the fans to help the carpets dry. In the morning we noticed a bad odor coming from the carpets and when we got home from work the smell of stale damp carpet was really bad . It was too late to call Sparkletime and by then my wife was fed up with the whole mess and said we would take care of the problem ourselves. We have since deodorized the carpets to help keep the odor down and plan to re-clean the carpets ourselves.

I would not say this is a deep cleaning. I have ony about 2000 sq ft and they were there for 4 hours and I still found dust and cobwebs. I am not sure the cleaning person was experienced because she was going to use Pine Sol on on my laminated wood floors (thank goodness my husband was home.). Most cleaning people know to use vinegar and water or wood floor cleaner. When they say they do not do windows, I assume that means cleaning the class of windows, etc which I understand.- but it includes dusting the blinds - which they did not do. I would expect this with "Deep Cleaning." I feel this was a waste of my money.

This was a "Big Deal" advertised as a complete deep cleaning of a house of any size. The company and employees were nice, polite and professional. However, it turned out to not be a true deep cleaning, just a regular wipe and mop type of operation by two persons. I had pre-warned them that I need this to be completed by 5pm, so they showed up an hour late at 10 with only two employees. To their credit, the employees worked non stop but they just weren't enough to get the full house done. There was so much more that should have been done. Also, the home seemed cleaned but not the deep cleaning I was expecting. The deal turned out to be too good to be true.

The service provider arrived on time. He was friendly and efficient. I am very satisfied with the quality of the work. The carpets look so much better! I have a toddler and two pets, so he had quite a mess to tackle. I will absolutely use this company in the future.

Very professional and respectful and honest workers. They completed work in a timely manner. When they returned back to their office (over 1 hour away) they realized they had mistakenly taken a small work step and called to inform me. They drove all the way back to return my step, which im sure used up a lot of their profit just in gas money. Very honest and trustworthy. Highly recommended.
