Sparkletime Cleaning Service

This cleaning company did an amazing job cleaning my house. I was a little surprised when only one person showed up to clean because I knew there was a lot to do. She was there for 4 hours but everything looks wonderful. I plan on using the service on a regular basis, but I asked for a team so it would not take as long. The only issue with the time is that the dog needs to be confined for the entire time and it was too long for him.

Very good experience. Very professional and courteous team. Note: I don't remember fee, so that may not be accurate.

Did a pretty good job, although arrived later than scheduled

They came out and gave me a quote and offered me some extra services. The prices were good and so was the quality.

They Sparkletime sent 1 cleaner to do my house. She arrived a half hour after the initial time they had scheduled, but they texted an update that morning. Many areas were skipped, including inside and bottom of microwave, stove burners, lots of dust left in corners of bathrooms, some furniture and blinds were not dusted, etc. At first the house did look a lot better, and they definitely improved the cleanliness, but were not as thorough as I would prefer, especially given the $220 price tag for what was billed as a comprehensive cleaning. I submitted a complaint through their website and did not get a response. By the time I had time to follow up through the angie's list site, it was nearly 2 weeks from the initial cleaning when they came to look at the spots that they had missed. This time they were 45 minutes late, ultimately causing me to be late for my own work meeting. They did update several of the missing areas, ultimately I had to scrub several areas myself to get some of the areas adequately cleaned. If I had a more flexible schedule and/or had paid a significantly lower price for the cleaning I probably would have been fairly satisfied, but the service that I received was not the full-house cleaning that I was hoping for to start a long-term relationship with a new cleaner.

They didn't really clean the carpet. He just took a machine over it like what you buff the floor with after putting water on it and did not suck the water and soap out of the carpet with anything. I was not happy with the work they did and would not ask them back them again.

Empty house move in clean. Great job. Thought work was thorough. After the ladies were completed, manager performed a walk-through and fixed things that weren't up to par. Did come a bit later than planned but called ahead of time to let me know.

An afternoon appointment was set for between 1 and 2. Cleaner arrived at 1:30. I showed her the areas I wanted cleaned. All bathrooms, 1 bedroom, and all rooms on the main floor (kitchen, dining room, living room, family room, and sun room.) I was told the cleaning would take approximately 4 hours. It tuned out to be a little over that. I was amazed that with only one person working how thoroughly clean my house turned out to be.. This lady worked very hard the entire time. I never saw her take a break. She was very polite and accommodating. I would certainly use this service again.

It was okay. It wasn't as good as other company that I've used. I have had the same service done by another company and they the other company was much better. The other company was able to get out stuff that this company was not able to. It wasn't as clean. They were nice. The customer service was good. The carpet stayed wet longer than he said it would.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were good. They came at the time they said they were going to come and finished when they estimated they would. They offered other services which I did not need done.

They were scheduled to arrive earlier in the day but contacted me several times to let me know that they would be late. When they arrived they were very nice and worked hard to get my house very clean. I have hired them to come out once a month.

The cleaning person was scheduled to arrive at 11am; however, that morning the owner called to postpone until 2pm. This one worker was fine, pleasant and worked consistently but could not complete the job promised by herself given the late arrival. We had prepared for the cleaning by removing area rugs and moving furniture for easy access to baseboards etc. She did say that she had expected to have help but the other person didn't show. The owner claimed the "deal" was for 4 hours of cleaning but this was absolutely not the case. The "Fine Print" clearly stated that one person would work until the job was complete. The coupons definition of a "deep clean" was thorough and extensive and these expectations were not met. Furthermore, the owner did not assume responsibility for overstating the services that he intended to provide.

The cleaning crew (expected at least two people but only one came) arrived fairly punctually and got to work immediately. It was clear that this task was larger than expected for one person but she continued to work until the job was (mostly) done. She did a decent job cleaning most things but as with most cleaning services, it wasn't completely up to our normal standards. Counters were wiped and floors were swept and furniture was dusted (without moving items). Bathrooms were cleaned as well as could be hoped for. All in all she did what we consider a passable job but was forced to do more than we would have expected for one person. It was only supposed to take four hours, but it took well over that (nearly 6). We felt bad for the cleaning lady. In the future, if you decide to go with this service, make sure you know in advance how many people will show up to perform the task.

SparkleTime was punctual and did great work. I would hire them again.

Professional, complete - excellent

The Big Deal was for one person to provide deep cleaning services and I must say it was well worth it. She was extremely thorough and professional. You could tell that she took pride in the quality of her work. We had to leave our home but we had no reservations about leaving her to complete the job in our absense. I would definitely use their service again.

cleaning was fair. for ex. they cleaned floors and then dusted. To the best of my recollection they were approximately four hours late which of course altered my schedule.

Went great. Showed up early, did a great job thoroughly cleaning the house from top to bottom. The house was a disaster in terms of dustiness, I'd been traveling a great deal with no time to clean it, and of course dust still builds up when you're gone. I'm surprised she didn't just walk away after looking at it. :-) But she did a great job with no objections, just plowed right through it, with a quiet, gentle personality. The only things not done absolutely perfectly were that she didn't put some tables and things quite back in their exact places, and she missed a couple items in dusting, but considering the size of the job I have no real complaints, these are small things compared to what was done. Would certainly hire again, probably will.

This was our 2nd time using Sparkletime, and we have been thrilled with the quality of their services both times. Surfaces are thoroughly vacuumed and dusted, kitchen and bathrooms wiped down/scrubbed, and insides of windows snd window wells cleaned too. They spent a good 4.5-5 hours on the job both times with a crew of 2-3. And a true testament to their commitment to customer satisfaction, Emmanuel and another team member came back to take care of the fridge which was missed initially (likely due to a miscommunication on my end!) without hesitation. They are lifesavers for our busy family with two young (messy!) kids, so much so we are having them come on a monthly basis. Recommended without hesitation!

They did a good job, it just took longer than I thought it would. They only sent one person, but she was thorough. She did offer to do a walk through.

I called Sparkletime 3 days before the desired clean date and they were happy to accomodate. The carpet cleaning went well and gentleman I spoke with was professional and cordial. There were heavy black areas on our steps and Sparkletime got them all out. I had a competing lower estimate and Sparkletime came down a bit on their price. Overall, happy with the service, will call them again.

I have had a good bit of work done at the house and no everything is back in order. They cleaned around the chaos and did a fine job. Very pleasant,.

Did not go well. Showed up late, stayed in my hours for over 7 hours and still did not clean everything. Two person team, and I think they were overwhelmed and not prepared to properly clean my home. Bathrooms: The shower stalls and tile were still dirty, vanity doors not clean, floors not clean, window sill left dirty, light bulbs over vanities left dusty, baseboards dirty. Master Bedroom: furniture, TV stand, ceiling fan, and lamps not well dusted. Living room: cobwebs left on the walls and grandfather clock. Air duct vent not dusted. Family room: cobwebs left on furniture (sofa and end table). Book shelves not dusted well. Kitchen - stove still dirty, faucet and sinks not cleaned well, cabinets not wiped down, backsplash not clean, floor not clean. I would recommend them using higher quality cleaning products because my house was not clean when they left -- at 10PM! I would not use them again -- even if it was free. I don't think they could "see" the dirt.

This service was above and beyond. I was amazed at the results, the house really did sparkle! Very impressed.
