Sparkletime showed up right on time and after a brief run through she got right to work. Although the job was a lot more than she originally planned, she did not skip over any aspects of the job. The house looked great once she left; clean fridge, microwave, stove, floors, even the baseboards all throughout the house. The floors were spotless and everything perfectly dusted and cleaned. Would highly recommend

It was easy to schedule the appointment and she arrived right on time. The job was completed by one woman and she was here for about six or seven hours. I provided her with some cleaning supplies, but she only used her own. If they had completed what they were supposed to do, then the price would have been great. The deal was supposed to be for a whole house deep cleaning. She was very nice, but the work was superficial. I had cleaned off the counters and made everything tidy and neat. She dusted my ceiling fans instead of cleaning them. She didn’t do the baseboards and there was still dust everywhere. There was even one kitchen counter that was not cleaned at all. She did a good job cleaning the bathrooms, but she did not mop the floor. The deal and the service was not at all what I expected it to be. I would not have her come back for any additional work or corrections. UPDATE 2/19/14: The response of the provider below is a complete lie. My dog was already secured in the back yard when they arrived and they did not do a complete walk through, only the living room. The manager came in the living room and even commented my house was very neat to begin with. I tried to clean off all areas so that it would be easy to do a deep cleaning. I was not visibly upset, that is a complete fabrication, and there was no discussion about my dogs at all. The manager did not do a complete walk through, he just came and picked the worker up. I did say the job was satisfactory because I wanted them to leave and didn't want to argue about the job. I wasn't that uphappy with the service before, but now I'm VERY unhappy. I also asked not to be contacted by them after leaving the review and they called me.

The start time was always inconsistent and they were always late for the time they gave me. They should not be hired for houses with dogs. Emmanuel and his staff are polite and thorough.

Emmanual & his crew were very polite, friendly & respectiful. Everything was done to my expectations plus a few extras. Emmanual was also very prompt returning my first initial call. We scheduled a meeting time & he kept in touch with me if there was going to be any delays due to running jobs. We discussed details of the work to be done & Emmanual was also willing to negotiate a fair price which I could work with. He has done two duplicate houses for me on the same street the second of which was more costly because it involved more carpet cleaning but still we were able to negotiate a fair price. He is a very plesant person to work with & a very good communicator so I recommended him to a friend who was also very satisfied with the price, the work & his communication skills. Sparkletime was very responsive and did a wonderful job on our house the two times they have been out so far. We're fairly particular about how clean we want things to be when the cleaners leave, and they have not disappointed. The team will text the night before to remind us that a cleaning is upcoming, and they do a walk through after the house is clean to make sure that everything is in shape. I would highly recommend Sparkletime, they have been easy to work with and do a fantastic job.

He was very good. He was a really nice guy. He did what he needed to do. He cleaned all the rooms, couches and was very timely. I thought the cost was appropriate. I thought that he was a very nice man and a good business owner. He did a thorough job.

I cannot praise Emmanuel enough. I am coordinating the house cleaning vendor for a family member. It was very helpful to have read the reviews previous to calling so I knew what to ask and what type of cleaning we expected so there was no miscommunication and no misquote. I was probably on the phone with Emmanuel for approximately 15-20 minutes and I felt this advance time was very well spent. In turn, he did not rush me. Thank you very much. NOTE: Based on Emannuel's quality and professionalism, I would heartily recommend.

The owner contacted me soon after I made the purchase and he explained what the company would do. This was not what I had expected and after a discussion, we agreed to cancel the agreement. He sent me the info on how to get a refund and was very pleasant about it all.

They did a good job, removed lots of trash and cleaned rugs in addition to the regular house cleaning.

Service was reasonably priced and performed quickly and professionally. I would use them again in the future for carpet cleaning services.

Due to some scheduling issues on our end we were not able to secure the services that we needed. The representative (Emmanuel) from the company was wonderfully helpful and responsive. I would definitely use these guys in the future.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out really well. The guy's good team came to the house, and he is a very professional owner. They were on time as scheduled, they had good follow up, they were there to answer any questions, and they were a very professional group. I did not spend more than what I had paid for the big deal.

This is the 3rd time I have used this company. I like how Emanuel is quick to respond to appointment requests. They come in clean the carpet you ask to be cleaned and not try to sell you something else. Carpet looks great!!

The provider showed up with one woman to clean my 4 bedroom home. I expressed doubt that one person could "deep clean" my house in one day. I was assured that she was "the best' and could do it. Two hours later, the provider showed up with another woman who was supposed to help. They declared the house clean after 3 1/2 hours. On the surface it looked tidy. On closer inspection, no small rugs were moved to clean under, baseboards were not dusted, blinds were dusted only as far as the (not very tall) workers could reach. It was not even a satisfactory light clean and for the "bargain price" of $219 it was no deal. I do not recommend Sparkletime Cleaning Service.

Emmanuel was very courteous and responsive in setting up the appointment. I was interested in having the house deep cleaned prior to having our baby (due any day), and the listing for the Big Deal described the cleaning as "comprehensive" and included interior windows. Two very sweet ladies arrived and started cleaning right away. They did a wonderful job on the back of the house where they started: 2 bathrooms and the master bedroom were spotless. However, when I ran out to do some errands, it seems that the rest of the job was a bit rushed. I found dust in the kitchen window sills and the plantation shutters in the dining room weren't dusted. Maybe my standards are impossibly high right now, but for $279 I expected a really deep cleaning. 12/13 Update: Emmanuel immediately offered a fix to the problem, offering to come the next day to clean missed areas. I appreciate his willingness to correct the problem, although I can't take him up on the offer at the moment! I will consider Sparkletime for future cleaning.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and it was fine. They came and did it; I never saw them, actually. I don't know exactly what they did and did not do, but the house is much cleaner now. It was somewhat expensive; I guess it was worth it. The house had not been cleaned for a long time.

It went well, we left while the cleaning was done, when we got back it was practically finished and it looked great.

The team consisted of two individuals. They showed up on time, we gave them a quick tour of the house. The discussed what they would be cleaning, and then they went off on their own to begin cleaning. Throughout the process, they were courteous, and respectful of all family members in the house. They cleaned for longer then I expected them too. Not that they were slow, there were *more* thorough then I thought they would be. Overall very satisfied.

Overall everything went very well. I will use Sparktime in the future.

They arrived on time. Two people cleaned the house. They were very thorough and dusted and cleaned everything. Even things that are very hard to reach were cleaned. The window sills were spotless, even in my finished basement. They worked for about 8 hours to get it perfect. I was very happy with the work and with the cleaners and the owner of the company, who came to check the quality of the work before they finished. I would definitely use them again.

The whole experience was excellent. It started with a call to Emmanuel who listened to my request for move out services and my need to have it done within a week. He asked the appropriate questions to determine the scope of work and immediately quoted a price and suggested a time to do the work. We negotiated a time on the weekend so I could list the house for sale by the following Wednesday. Emmanuel and the house cleaner arrived ahead of the scheduled time after he called me to see if I was okay with starting a half hour early. The service was complete within 6 hours - it was a large scope of work! I returned to the home after a call from Emmanuel that alerted me that they were finished. I inspected the entire house and I was amazed at how well every detail was done. The stove, refrigerators, shelves, floors and bathrooms were all addressed and thoroughly cleaned. I was thrilled and heartily recommend Sparkletime! Emmanuel and his worker were polite, professional and a pleasure with which to do business.

The technician they sent was fantastic. He was able to get out all of the stains. He was nice and professional and did a great job. He only did three rooms including the master and the master closet, which is a larger area. One of the stains was lipstick and he got that out. I do not believe we had any scheduling issues. Overall, this was a good experience.
