Overall a pretty good job. One person arrived at scheduled time and went right to work. Dusted, vacuumed, changed bedding. Dusted all ceiling fans. Cleaned most of the baseboards - missed by the kitchen trash. Missed dusting dining chairs. Missed cleaning one corner area of bedroom. Cleaned all mirrors, sliding doors, vacuumed everywhere, cleaned all hardwood floors. Person arrived alone and had the whole house to clean. She was done after about three hours. Employer showed up towards the end of the three hours to check on how it was going, but she wasn't done yet. He stated that if she missed anything to give a call and they would return to finish, but i didn't think it worth her time and trouble to finish the small areas she missed. I would consider using the service again.

very easy to deal with and schedule. arrived on time. carpet cleaning was tremendous, looks like new. only sent one cleaning person and she did a good, not great job. i have a lot of pictures on the walls and many of the tops were not dusted. baseboards were cleaned, ceiling fan was cleaned. walls were not wiped down, even with obvious smudges. bathrooms look great, kitchen looks great. overall, i would recommend them, but the price should be lowered by $50 or make it a 2 person job. 199 for cleaning, 75 for carpet cleaning.

They came late in the day with only one person, then added another person even later(after 5) I had to go back and say clean the shower and doors, pick up the rugs and mop, vacuum under the chairs, etc. . They were just tired when they got there after working all day on other homes, I was told by the owner, they gave me extra by cleaning the windows,,,,,,well I wasn't concerned about my windows. Anyway, I feel they could have done much better if they had been there, first thing rather than like an after the fact or maybe I was forgotten until afterwards and he tried to make it work by having them clean a story home with basement after they were tired. Anyway, I do not want to supervise cleaning companies, if I have to do that I will bring in my own people and pay them to do the work at less than what these people were paid and if it had been a thorough cleaning as advertised, the price would have been terrific.

I purchased a special deal. I was contacted right away and a time of service was set. The provider worked with me to accommodate my schedule. The cleaning service employee came right on time and after showing her the areas I wanted cleaned she started right away. She was very pleasant and an extremely dedicated worker. She worked nonstop until my house was spotless!! Her employer came by to checkout and followup on the work that was done which was a very nice thing to do. This is a fabulous cleaning service and I would highly recommend them. Their prices are bit on the high side, yet still competitive with other cleaning services, but they are worth every single penny!!! I was more than pleased with the integrity of the company and will certainly use them again!!

The only issue we had was she did not clean the kitchen floor and we thought that would be included in the services.Yetti did a good job. She was professional, but obviously fairly new. She was courteous and worked hard.

They were very prompt with the scheduling, the price was good and the quality of work I give them a grade B. Every thing was great except the missed a few things. I only used them once about three month ago.

The company was very nice via e-mail. Quick responses and very pleasant. Expressed real regret.

They had some trouble getting here on the ready scheduled day, but came as asked the next day. No harm, they did an excellent job and were a joy to have in the house.

Raining like crazy that day. Man dropped of one lady and she cleaned top to bottom. I don't use a cleaning service often but seem worth the price.

Our experience was good. They were very patient with us and our children. They were really nice to work with. We also had our carpets cleaned the same day and they coordinated well with each other.

They cleaned the house top to bottom. Bathrooms, wiped down total kitchen all floorboards and floors and window sills. Rafters in back of basement were cleared of heavy dust. Rugs,some had heavy stains, were cleaned very nice. Hard working and very polite.

They did an amazing job. Two women showed up and went straight to work, for 3 hours, no breaks. They scrubbed the bathrooms, the kitchen and the baseboards. Even cleaned the outside porch which I wasn't expecting. I got their deal for $200 for a whole house cleaning, and then just paid the difference for a move out cleaning (empty house), and it was so worth it.

Went fine - only one woman was there cleaning, so things went slowly, but they were polite, professional, and did the job.

They did an excellent job. Scheduling was smooth and they came in with a serious work ethic. I was very satisfied.

They worked my house cleaning in ahead of schedule. My house has been collecting dirt for about 1.5 years now. They mixed up the schedule and showed up an hour early with nobody home, but they worked it out and came back later the same night! A couple very nice woman came to clean and were followed up in the beginning and the end by their supervisor. Everyone was very professional and it shows in the job they did throughout the house. I would have them back anytime!

They were very good. They did what we wanted done and they did it well. They had to call two different times for the appointment. The people that came to our home were excellent however my experience over the phone would be given a B.

It was fine. it was amazing. I liked that they cleaned the whole house. They dusted, did the floors, they even did a little of straightening up as well as cleaning the kitchen and bathrooms. They brought their own products. One person came initially and halfway through someone else came to help.

Cleaning was complete but not detailed: crumbs left around oven, refrigerator polish was only on 3/4 of doors

I was very happy with them. They were willing to work in out time frame. They made sure we were happy and the superviour asks if we were. We are using them on a regular basic.
